It seems like they do a really good job, but I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who is new to the nail game. I went in for my first ever manicure, and I communicated this to the receptionist. I also said that I wanted a gel manicure, and that I was willing to wait or come back later if they didn't have someone who would be a good fit.So...they set me up with a dude (don't you think a first timer would be better with a fellow lady?) who could understand English but couldn't really speak it (um, so how is he supposed to walk me through the process?) who just took me to the color wall and pointed, so I didn't end up with a gel.At the end, he didn't give me any instructions on how long to wait until my nails were dry, so I ended up messing them up at the counter while paying because they weren't set yet. I'm not sure if they saw or not, but if they did and didn't offer to touch it up....poor form.I actually started this review at 3 stars, but after writing out what happened, I brought it down to a 2. IM IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!!!! By far the best nail salon experience I have ever had! Walking in I was nervous because my nails that I had on were done by another place and I just wanted to get a fill. The place was so clean and the atmosphere was just relaxing and pleasant. Queen is an amazingly funny warm woman. My daughter and I have come here many times. You receive free water which in summer is a great thing. They even have cheaper prices for kiddos. So Mommy and daughter nail time stays budget friendly. They are a busy popular nail salon so I highly suggest calling and making your appointment ahead of time. Read Less

Love this place!!  I took my mom here for Mother's Day to get pedicures and the experience was wonderful!  I don't live in Windsor anymore, so I wasn't sure where to go.  Queen had me at "We're open on Sundays!"  How awesome is that?!  We went in and the nice man offered us both a mimosa and they had flowers and balloons set up to celebrate, it was very nice!  We both enjoyed our pedicures very  much and decided next time I come back to Windsor we're going to get our nails done! This was my first time here and I got an acrylic fill and red gel polish on top with a clear layer on top. The younger gentleman there was gentle with my nails and didn't burn me with the drill at all. He was quick but efficient and not rough. He listened when I said I wanted two coats of each polish. Michael and Queenie are so sweet and personal, in my opinion, and are so welcoming, even if I come in for a last minute fill at the end of the day. My daughter and I walked in on a whim with some time to kill...neither of us ever get pedicures and with my job, manicures are a waste of money. So the pampering was an extra special treat. The staff was adorable and accommodating; facility was clean and relaxing; and the finished product was nice and polished (unintended pun, honestly). After being able to sit and relax for half an hour, I realized that I could probably find a half an hour a couple times a month.
