I have been going to this Nail Salon for a couple of years and they are great! Jenny is my Manacurist and she is right on top of it. If she is even a bit concerned about one of my nails, she will take off the acylic and redo it from scratch to make sure I don't get a fungus, or whatever. She is the best. Great pedicures as well. My girlfriend's review: You absolutely must request Jenny! I've been going to her for years. I followed her from her previous salon because she truly is the best. I usually get a pedicure and gel manicure every three or so weeks because my nails grow quickly but there have been Times that I've gone over a month because I'll get busy, but my nails will still look perfect. They don't lift or break or peel. Jenny is also the best with designs ! She creates the most beautiful flowers, orchids, roses, petals, leaves and even cat eyes. She also does great holiday designs. Everyone is super nice here. They were laughing and smiling the entire time I was there. I noticed Cindy was very welcoming to her customers, constantly offering them water and tea.I got a gel manicure. My cuticles were a disaster and my nail tech took her time cleaning them up. My nails ended up lasting nearly TWO MONTHS (!!!!) and during that time, I was in the process of moving so I had bent and scratched my nails a ton. My friend introduced me here because I was told that both Lisa and Cindy, who are really pro at nails, switched from Shiloh Nails to here. This area is pretty much right next to Round Tables with plenty of parking. I walk in with my sisters greeted pleasantly with no hesitation asking what services they were able to assist with us today. I got both mani gel and pedi. I've come here  before and thought I'd try it again. I got the regular pedicure which includes regular polish removal, cut and cuticle care. Massage, warm towels, hot stone massage and color for 25 which is reasonable. I just feel that the additional pedicure options are priced a bit high. I had an over all very good experience. My gel nails lasted three weeks with only one small chip! The only thing is you are in and out in less than 30 minutes which might be convenient for some but I feel you also pay to be pampered. I've been here twice and both times the lady gave me a minute massage on my hands at the most. I feel the massages need to be longer. This is my first experience here. I came in with uneven nails but they cut them all beneath the quick. None of them were that short before. Also, the hot stone massage on my calves was pretty superficial. It's Clean, the Ladies are so, so professional and extremely nice.  My Nail lady is An and I just love her.  If I pick out a color that she thinks won't work with my complexion, she suggests another color that I might like better, and boom, she's always right. I was visiting the area and came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. They did a very nice job for an affordable price. I got a French mani on my nails and it was very well done. Look no farther, this place is "pristine clean"  no re-using of files and buffers from other clients; the pedicure tubs have disposable liners and the salon is clean and organized.  I've been to several salons and this is by far the cleanest I've ever seen.  Family owned and run by 7 sisters, all of whom are great and very accommodating. Ann is FABULOUS!  I had gel nails done and I am finishing my 4th week!  Other than the growth, they are still 100% in tact - no chipping, no peeling, no breakage.  I called 3 other salons in the area and Palms Nail Spa has the same exact pricing as others - so very competitievely priced.  In addition, you get $1 off if you pay cash - - OTHER salons quoted me their prices and if you used a debit/credit card to pay, they charged you $1 more, which was not disclosed - Palms Nail Spa does it right, Service and Quality are second to none and they make things convenient for the client.Great pedicures too - this is our go to place and we are so happy they have now opened in Santa Rosa too! I don't know why this place has 4.5 stars. It's not nice on the inside and the service is not good. I went to get nails done for my WEDDING and when I asked to add more glitter she declined. I also got a foot massage and when I asked for more pressure she said "sorry, we are a nails place this is the most we do." I'd avoid this place if possible, there are better options. Read Less

The girls at palms are awesome. They do a great job my nails are always looking great. Anne she's awesome, nice and caring, Gina she's funny caring and does amazing job. Helen she's nice, very quiet and as well she does an amazing job. I read the reviews for this spa; they seemed very good, so I made an appointment. The gel over acrylic job was good, but three of my fingers were nicked. At the time, I felt a little stinging, but thought it may have been product on my skin (I am new to this process). The next day, I had three small red and painful sores. I still have small scabs. I would think infection would be a concern and more caution would be taken. In addition, several reviews said that the staff at Palms were professional and spoke only English in front of clients. My manicurist had a conversation with another nearly the whole time. They weren't speaking English, but they did apologize profusely in English more than once. My irritation escalated when the other employee came over and started whispering in my manicurist's ear! I didn't think they were talking about me, but I did think it was very unprofessional and rude. I sent an e-mail through the spa's website one week ago, and have not received any kind of response, so I did give them a chance to comment. I will not be going back, nor will I recommend "Helen" or The Palms Spa to friends. Read Less
