I love this place! I’ve been coming here for about 10 years now (before the move). The owners are both kind and professional—and they listen to their customers. Some think that they’re priced high, but the pricing is justified by the quality of work the techs manage to perform. As a someone who types for a living, and has a busy schedule, I’m not always able to get to the salon every 2 weeks—sometimes it’s 4 weeks—but my nails rarely break. Maybe 1-2 nails per year, and only... because of extensive growth and my profession. All of the techs are awesome, and get to know you on a first name basis. Kelly (my nail tech), and Thuy and Annie (my pedicure techs) are the best in my opinion—they’re sweet, kind and patient. This place is awesome, the owner never refuses people(Lee). It's a friendly and clean establishment. Just wish the young receptionist was more patient with the staff and customers. He's young still. I always have a great experience when I go. I don't have a preference when it comes to getting a pedicure because they all do a great job. I recently moved about 1/2 hour away, but I continue going back, because Nathan does a fantastic job with my manicures. I've been getting manicures done on and off for years and his work is by far the best I've ever had. My nails are gorgeous, they never come off and I get compliments on them all the time! Read Less

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for over a year now and wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Even tho I moved a distance away this is still my go to place. Leanne is phenomenal and I wouldn't want anyone to do my gel nails besides her nothing sloppy about this place! They also have a hot stone pedicure that is to die for! I explained to the manicurist I wanted a thin layer over my natural nails (I hadn't had them done in over 30 years) as I do them myself, but my wedding was the next day. When she finished my nails were so thick and bulking I couldn't pick anything up with my fingers. I went back a couple of weeks later, I asked her (same manicurist ) to thin out the acrylic on my nails, once again a no go. Very disappointed and will never go back. Read Less

Really disappointed in this salon. My two daughters and I had been going here at least twice a month for over a year. On July 5th my daughters went without me. They made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. After waiting for 40 minutes and other people being taken before them, they left. I have a tough time giving a business my money when they have no respect! Don't make appointments if you can't keep them!! Really is disappointing when they don't treat adults well, but to not treat a 19 and 13 year old well is disgusting. Really wish I would have read the reviews before I went. Specially lashes refill I highly recommended her to anyone she does excellent job..for facial look for Natalie or Kim owner. very good service Permanent eyebrow Kim is the lady you want.. I been going to this place for more than 3yrs & I will not go anywhere else. If Leann , Natalie or Kim are not available I wait & my daughter & grand daughter fills the same way..
