I love the staff here.They always very polite caring,loving and under standing.They do their work with love.From the basic manicure to the delixe manicure.It does not matter.You can feel the gentleness ,the love and care.Its like a home away from home.The establishment is so very clean.I love they way they put the acrylic nails.Plus my daughters wanted highlights.It looked so good.I could only say thank you with tears in my eyes.I had to leave a tip.My daughter wanted to look good for the prom.We love you Angel Nails.Happy New Year.Unfortunately most recently as I was with my daughters eating a glazed donut in the parking lot,it appeared that a male Hispanic adult was harasing some customers in the parking lot.He was wearing: A long sleeve gray sweat shirt,plus black pants.He appeared to not have any tatoos or facial hair.He appeared to be in his early twenties.Black hair.Approximately five foot six inches.Approximately 150 pounds.He came on the shopping center from Trask.Was last observed proceeding South bound on the side walk on Beach Blvd.His female friend waited by the bus stop in the shopping center .He approached cars from the Angel Nail parking area.He was observed giving hand signals as to request a cigarette.When refused.He was observed approaching the cars any way.In a very aggressive strut type of walk.He was observed being loud and boisterous.As well as what appeared to be verbaly and with body language ;Challenging and duelling,drivers as they sat in their car.If he was not on the property to conduct leditimate business the rents on the shopping center.He was trespassing .Calif Penal Code:602.Plus loitering and disturbing the peace.Calif Penal Code:647E.Plus it appeared he was yelling out verbal words and the name of his gang.He appeared to be challenging and duelling customers as they sat in their car bothering no one.This action is a violation of ;Calif Penal Code:415.1.2.3.Its unknown what his motive and intent was?Was it to rob some one?Was it to car jack some one? Its unknown if he had any weapons on him.Such as a 38 revolver,or if he had any knifes on him?Its unknown if he has any out standing warrants?Or if he has any priors?Or if he has ever been in the system?Or if he is on parole or probation.Hopefully the authorities can apprehend this suspect .Then obtain a good field investigation.Will he deny he was approaching cars,using gang signs with his hand?No technology has:No lie M.R.I.will he refuse this?Will he refuse:Calif Evidence Codes:801.70 and Section:795 ?
