It is almost one month and I still have not received my order!! Wow! The CEO sends emails to explain they have shipping issues and are in process of finding the boxes and rerouting them to us. Instead of crediting my account, they send us a 30% off coupon..OMG! You think I am really going to purchase again to wait another year for your product?! This is my first time buying and I will not purchase again. Any other company would go the extra mile to keep a customer. One star because staff are always nice. Used to go to topanga but they closed it down too... now this is close and other locations. I have only used 1 out 5 package deal and I've been trying to make appointment awhile back via text and website (under construction ) and never got a reply. I've been calling them to get reimbursement of what I paid for but all number seemed out of service and there no one reach? Hopefully my bank will be able to dispute the charges of the services that haven't been used. Read Less

I called the phone number provided and left several messages during the day but did not receive a return phone call. I decided to stop by the salon on the chance I could get a brow wax. The salon was empty even though the sign said open. I went to the front desk at Regency Studio to ask and was told no one had come in today even though the website shows they are open. I met the company chella first at IMATSLA whilst looking for some new brow products . While there they did a brow make over and I was very impressed w/ how they filled in my eyebrows and bought some product & was very happy with my overall experience & the Products are great. I ran out of the pencil and wanted to be able to purchase it w/o ordering it online and googled Chella & i got the link To yelp . I saw some reviews and thought I'd give it a shot! I originally messaged them via yelp and got a response very quickly , customer service online was great! At this point I'm super excited and ready for eyebrows to finally look good again :)I walked in and met with a Lady named Bailey & she was AMAZING!!! She was very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Trusting someone w/your eyebrows is a big deal as you can go in looking great and with a pluck from a wrong part it can throw your eyebrow game off. She marked the points of my eyebrows & made sure I knew step by step what she was doing and why. She then went on to waxing using a warm to lukewarm temp , it was not painful at all and that had got to be one of the best feelings ( I had been threading them for so long that I couldn't remember what it was like not "crying" getting them done ) also she didn't cut me which is awesome she took her time & didn't rush. Bailey is an amazing asset to the Chella team and is not only one of the most knowledgeable ladies I've met but the sweetest and most professional . THE ADDRESS ON HERE IS INCORRECT AT THE MOMENT!  I have tried to fix it but it might take a while for Yelp to update it.  They are located at 2838 Agoura Rd.  Not 2839 Agoura road.  FThis location of brow bar is located where the CVS/Vons is ... more accurately, across the street from them in the same parking lot Popeyes and Joi Cafe are.  They are located in the Regency Salon Studios (where I got the correct address from) and I believe it is suite 19.The hours/days on Yelp are also incorrect.  This might be due to a staffing issue that is currently going on.  I would recommend calling because their online booking system is messed up.  I tried booking online and it said my session expired, so when I went to redo it it said that appointment was taken.  I ended up calling to make sure I wouldn't double book.  The girl on the phone was very nice and told me that the person I was trying to book with no longer worked there.  It's fine, I'm a new client and I literally could not figure out from the yelp reviews who to go to.  So, I decided to book with her because she said she was open all afternoon.I wish I remembered her name because she did a good job.  She gave my eyebrows a great shape (I got complimented on them by my mom) and she did not take off too much.  She was talkative and made me feel like a friend.I think the price (30 dollars) was completely fair ... some brow bars charge an arm and a leg for sub par service. It was my first time there and I don't remember her name but the girl was super unprepared to perform my service. I waited for a couple minutes before she even did anything. I am a patient person and I would understand if she was busy with other customers but she was just on her phone the whole time and totally  ignoring her actual job!! I have really sensitive skin and she used alcohol on my brows before waxing and it burned really bad. I have had my brows done  before and have never had this issue.Overall she was nice and talkative (once she actually started doing her job) but I have to say I won't be returning here. Don't waste your time or your money here. Not only are my eyebrows uneven now but I was also badly burned on the side of my face.  I couldn't understand why my face was burning when she went to clean up the wax with the alcohol base cleanser until I got home to notice the burn on the side of my face which proceeded to get worse as the day went on.  4 days later theres a nasty scab there and a constant itch that wont go away.  Wrote them an email explaining my problem and the lady who did my eyebrows called me to apologize which was nice, but that doesn't get rid of the scar on the side of my face two months before my wedding.thanks for nothing chella brow bar. This place was great. I message them on my way down from San Fran to see if I could get an appointment in the evening. It was a little tricky to find, but it could have been my GPS so that's not their fault. The studio was clean and bright. Shannon was great! Very informative about what she was doing and answering my questions. She also asked me multiple times if I liked how they were looking. She even taught me how to fill in my brows. Read Less

I've been getting my eyebrows done with the same lady for the last 10 years, so to change it up meant a lot! My experience at Chella was phenomenal 10/10 would recommend. Not only do they wax and shape, they also fill in and actually show you had to style your brows at home. Definitely coming back! Read Less

Sydney is amazing! I walked in this morning and she was able to accommodate me right away. She was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the shape and trimming. I have very thick dark eyebrows so one wrong pull can make it look wonky. But Sydney enhanced my shape and dos a great job! Read Less

We love Jade and the Chella team!! Originally, I got a Groupon or something for Chella, but now my daughters (ages 14 & 15) have been going to Chella for over a year, every 4-6 weeks. Not only do their eyebrows look clean and artfully arched, but an appointment with Jade feels like a visit with a good friend. She's a great eyebrow stylist, yes, but she's also always cheerful and fun.We have also had appointments with Sydney, and she is also excellent, efficient and so sweet!Don't forget to make your next appointment at the end of your session or to take Chella's marketing survey online - both will give you a small discount for your next appointment.
