My pedicure was amazing, done by Lily and she did a great job. My manicure was rushed by Annie and a 3 of my nails are crooked 😕 . I even scheduled this appointment a week in advance so they would make time to do a good job. I thought spas were supposed to be relaxing, and I felt tense and rushed with my fingernails. Wait time was ridiculous. Was told it would be 15-20 min when in fact it took an hour to get in the chair for a pedicure and another 20 minutes for someone to actually start our service. Worst part was the staff just keep telling be it would be 20 minute wait. If you are short staffed then let your customers know the real time frame. Came because my friend said they do an amazing job and every time I look at her nails are always so beautiful so I decided to give them a try. Would have been 5 stars but I got cut twice. Not entirely her fault but it hurt like hell the nail file was new which I was extremely grateful for. Place was clean and everything she used was new and or clean and a lot of places you go to usually don't do that. I've been coming here for years and always get my gel mani done by Tina, who I love to death! She is an absolute pro at gel manicures and knows exactly what I like and does it perfectly every time. I used to live in West Sacramento and have since moved, however I still come back here for my gel manis because Tina does it so well. I haven't really had any services from the rest of the staff, but they are all very nice and professional, and they are consistent with pricing so it doesn't vary from customer to customer, which I've seen in other nail salons. The receptionists are always very sweet, especially Sierra, and you're always offered a beverage like water or tea while you're having your service done. The actual work done was great.  However, customer service needs improvement.  I was directed to dry my pedi nails and left me alone with no instructions as to how long I should dry my nails.  Did not know the machines turn off by itself. I recently visited this salon for a pedicure and they left a lot to be desired. The technician didn't take the time to fully remove my old polish which left a bit of darker color showing through the new lighter color. The polish was also applied way too thick resulting in a weird bumpy texture. I waited a few days and got the color changed at a different nail salon. Read Less

I went in for a ulta pedicure hardly had any massage on my legs and feet. The girl rubbed my heels so hard with sponge. I finally had to say hurts when i got home she had rubbed skin off and to have a bandage. I will not be going back this is my 2 bad experience. Read Less

Sandy and Cassandra are such awesome nail techs! They took great care of me and are super sweet! I am 7 months pregnant and Sandy explained pressure points and exactly what she was doing during the massage part of the pedi so I would have the safest experience possible.  She explained how pressure points can sometimes induce labor and wanted to avoid that.  The two tag teamed doing a gel manicure and Sandy doing my pedicure.  It was very busy but the girls didn't stress out or seem to rush through it which I appreciated.  Thank you both!!!!! I am very sad to have to write this post as this used to be my go to the nail salon. I made appointments for me, my mother and grandmother for today as a little Mother's Day girls time. We showed up five minutes before our appointments at 11 AM and started to check in. We told her that we were here for our 11 AM appointment and she said that appointments do not work there. She was extremely rude and didn't make any sense! Why did you take an appointment with us if they do not work there. She then stated that we would not be able to keep our appointment times and we would have to wait like everyone else. We set appointments for specific time as we were on a schedule. This place is okay, I've been here twice. 1st time- service was great, only issue I had was that they had totally different prices on their website and didn't honor them. They said they "used to have a sign" and gave me a discount that brought it roughly close to what I had anticipated. 2nd time- I went back because while the prices weren't great, the service was (facial wax and haircut). This time I scheduled a full face wax and was pleasantly surprised when they only charged me for like 3 services, saving me $10-15 dollars- basically only charged the minimum for what I actually needed done. I went in yesterday to get a full set and pedicure. I asked to get my old set removed. I had Thuy. She was really aggressive in how she removed my nails. I thought it hurt that bad because I have Lupus. When I left the salon I was still in pain. I noticed right away that you could still see black gel from my old set, peeking through the clear acrylic. Tina, Lin and Sandy are AMAZING! I would suggest calling and making an appointment with any of these ladies ahead of time. All the ladies in the salon are excellent, but these three I've been seeing for years! This is a very sanitary and wonderful atmosphere. The lady who did my nails was very rude her name was Julie. I will never come to this salon ever again. The only good thing I can say is the receptionists were very kind.Julie was super rough and seemed miserable.When I asked her how much my nails would cost I couldnt hear her the first time I asked her to repeat herself she said "thirty!" With so much attitude.Then while she was doing my nails I had my hand that was drying on my arm and she picks up my hand by my wrist and shoves it I don't know if this lady was having a bad day or if she was just a naturally rude person.When it was time to pay she asked if I would like to pay now while she was painting my nails before I could answer she reaches over and takes my card from my wallet phone case. How unprofessional is that!When the receptionist walked by Julie was so rude to her and gave her the card and didnt even know how to speak properly she told her to charge the card $33 and $3.00 tip instead of saying charge $30 for a $3.00 tip (the only reason why I tipped was because I was too embarrassed not too).The receptionist asked for her to clarify and she shooed her away. I was hoping maybe she would get what she was trying to say even tho Julie made no sense.The receptionist came back and gave me my receipt which was under my card. About one minute later Julie reaches over and picks up my receipt then puts it back. She cut my nails shorter than I would have liked and they are pretty uneven, the nails on my right hand are longer than the nails on my left. The polish isn't all the way to my cuticle so some of my nails look like they have been grown out for a week. Before I came in I checked out their prices online and they are completely different from what they are in the salon, I mentioned that and the lady said "oh yeah we haven't updated our website yet." Hmmm isn't that false advertisement??I didn't get a pedicure today but there were a few ladies in there that did and I saw they now put a big plastic bag in the pedi tub so that nothing actually touches the tub. Wtf?! You're too lazy to sanitize the tub after each use?Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this salon. Read Less

Came to the location on 2/10/16 for a gel fill, then over the weekend my thumb and index finger chipped. What's upsetting is I had given a huge tip for the hospitality and kindness (40%). The gel was so thin on my nails that I had to go back and asked them to redo.I'm sad Tina is on vacation, and the work was not satisfactory. Now I'm sitting here for 10 minutes, on my lunch waiting for them to fix them. I live in Citrus Heights, so the only time I get to get this done is on my lunch. I'm going to be completely honest: about a month and a half ago I swore I would NEVER come back here because they charged me $25 for my 7 year old granddaughter's pedi when they quoted me $10 when we walked in. Apparently a flower on each big her toe upped it $15. What lured me back?? Ivy. I was going to Luxury Nails for 3 years and when my 2nd tech left I decided to try across the street. When I called to book an appointment, I told them I was very fussy about my nails and to please book me with "the best" they had. Well they did. My girl Ivy knows exactly what I want and does just that!! I do have some complaints about Palladio though. It is way more expensive than any other nail shop I've been to, and they seem to be very unorganized at the front desk. They have a couple different girls that work the reception area and even though they go around and ask how much the tech is charging for the service they are providing, there is always confusion when it comes to the total when you get up front. It's just basic lack of communication so that seems to be fixable. The price thing will probably only get worse, but I will continue to go back to get my nails done by Ivy because I know she will do an excellent job and I don't want to keep searching for a decent tech. I guess that's just the price of beauty!! One thing though, I will go somewhere else for my pedi's and save some money there as I don't think there is anything special about their pedi's that I can't get elsewhere. Read Less

I am hooked on this place!! Was looking for a new spot for my fill/pedi/wax as I was going to Luxury Nails for 3 years and both the ladies that do my nails left. I tried a couple of the ladies there but just did not like them as I am SUPER picky about my nails. My girl Ivy here at Palladio will have a customer for as long as she works here. She exceeded my expectations for my nails. Rose did my pedi and it was awesome. The shop is very nice and they treat you right!! I will be back for as long as their doors are open!! Read Less
