2nd time going. Not that happy this time around. I took my friend for the first time, the manager did her nails. Never again. She half fasted my friends nail, did not clean up her nails, didnt file cuticles, she did not clean up the dead skin, no lotion either. I do not recommend her at all she is too distracted. The lady who did my nails today. I wasn't too happy either I had to ask her to clean up my cuticles, she must have been bothered because I asked. She did it really rough, no cuticle softner no lotion either, she torr my skin.. So sad. I really recommend the gentlemen who works there he did my nails last time. I recommend any of the ladies who do pedicures.VERY happy with the ladies who did our pedicures today. They deserve a 5star! They are great and take their time! I will go back I just know now I will make an appointment and request thoses that take their time to listen to your needs and do it with care. (My friend nails in blue, mine where done in purple- we did the dip)

WORST NAIL SHOP IN SACRAMENTO! My first time here and definitely my last. Not only do they talk about you in Vietnamese but their customer service is HORRIBLE. Very RUDE, they don’t want to do their work & they get mad at you for wanting certain designs that THEY OFFER?!
I don’t look like I do but I speak Vietnamese. Even the owner was talking about customers. She was calling people cheap, the work isn’t worth the design, she told the lady not to do it because to many people were waiting. There’s only a couple ladies work here that are so sweet. Otherwise, this place & the owner (I’m guessing she’s the owner, she calls all the shots.)

I'm not from here and I travel full time . I read the reviews of this place and it seemed good. They DID an extraordinary job with my acrylic (pink and white powder) set. I asked for a new set and she was even FASTER than many other places!!! My pedicure was absolutely perfect. The lady didn't skip a thing and was very carying.
Than I did my eyebrows. I was worried because she let me sat on a chair instead that laying on a table as many do...and she did a GREAT JOB!!!
5 stars well deserved !

I am extremely picky with my nails you have to be really good for me to continue to return I've been here twice the first time was so wonderful and the last time I wasn't satisfied at all but I love how the manager/owner went out her way to make sure that the problem was fixed and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get started my favorite nail technician is Helen and I love Tracie for my Pedicure she gives the best massage

I have never gotten my nails done before and wanted to give it a go. I ask sister for a recommendation if she had a go to place to get her nails done, she told me about Elle nails shop and raved about how good her nails looked, how fast they did it, and how she had a great experience. Hearing her hype about Elle shop makes me even more excited. I gave it a shot... I deeply regret it!! Yes, it was fast but my nails looks horrible, it's wavy and lopsided. The lady that handles my nails was also aggressive, (keep in mind that I've never gotten my nails done), I thought that's how it's supposed to be. Once I got home and told my sister about my experience and showed her my nails, she laughed at me and said my nails were all F*** up, I was in shock I really didn't expected to be this bad. My first time ever having my nails done and it turned out to be horrible. Never again! Now I have to find another place to see if they could fix it. Fml!

Love love love! The staff are extremely friendly and the establishment itself is nice clean and well maintained. I had a gentleman do my nails and it's been 2 wks since I got it done and the rhinestones are still intact! Other places I went to previously the rhinestones fell out within a couple of days. This place is affordable and great!💕💞💕

Went in last minute on a Friday night and waited almost two hours to get my nails dipped. It was a total of three of us. Where do i start on the service part.... the service was GREAT! Christine did my nails, she was very professional, explained the benefits of dipping, apologized for the wait time, and charged me the introductory price! She was amazing! There was another lady that did my friend and daughter's nails but I didn't get her name. She was amazing too!!! I will be back for another dipping session, a pedicure, and will bring in my nieces for dipping!

GREAT pedicures. Went with a friend and we both had friendly, skilled technicians who did a fabulous job on foot care, massage, and nails (and we both required some intensive work). Clean, pleasant salon environment, quality massage chairs, and it didn't even smell overwhelmingly like a nail salon. $35 for "deluxe spa pedicure" and we were there for a full hour.

2nd time going. Not that happy this time around. I took my friend for the first time, the manager did her nails. Never again. She half fasted my friends nail, did not clean up her nails, didnt file cuticles, she did not clean up the dead skin, no lotion either. I do not recommend her at all she is too distracted. The lady who did my nails today. I wasn't too happy either I had to ask her to clean up my cuticles, she must have been bothered because I asked. I'm not from here and I travel full time . I read the reviews of this place and it seemed good. They DID an extraordinary job with my acrylic (pink and white powder) set. I asked for a new set and she was even FASTER than many other places!!! My pedicure was absolutely perfect. The lady didn't skip a thing and was very carying.

Went in last minute on a Friday night and waited almost two hours to get my nails dipped. It was a total of three of us. Where do i start on the service part.... the service was GREAT!
