This salon is small gross and very dirty. The technician was rude and his hands were rough and his nails were dirty and fungus ridden. I wasn't asked to wash my hands before starting a mani and the tools looked dirty. I would never return here. Although they are 5 dollars cheaper than other salons in town for the same mani its not worth it to run the risk of a fungus or infection.Read Less

I tell the man what kind of full set I wanted, even showed a picture and he was trying to convince me to do something else stating it was different ingredients and wouldn't end up how I wanted them, so I ended up telling to do something quick since he seemed like in a rush, not only that was complaining that we didn't tell him it will be a full set. I was explaining him how I wanted them and kept interrupting me and was completely rude, I tried this place out since my coworker goes there often. We will not return again. Horrible service. I thought I found my new favorite nail salon. Even brought a friend all the way from Rio Linda after my first visit. Let's just say I left today completely and completely unhappy today. There is just no excuse for 2 hours just to do a polish change and a dip soak off. And then be asked to wait another 15 minutes to do my nails after the soak off, while doing nails of others who arrived after me. I probably will not be returning. Not only do I have to pay for the expensive services, but I also have to pay a sitter for a toddler who isnt easy to watch. Now I am left with painted toes and jacked up looking nails and sitter money wasted because I have to hire someone else to go elsewhere. So frustrating. Read Less

The best pedicure ever! They even offer a paraffin wax option for no additional charge. They have a pretty nice selection of nail polish colors as well. I walked in without an appointment and was seated immediately (3pm on Sunday). I didn't give them 5 stars because they don't have plastic sanitary liners for their pedicure bowls, nor did they have pre- sealed individual use tool packets, and the massage remote on seat #4 didn't was malfunctioning. I come here often and the service is always hit or miss, but it's convenient and the good experiences stay fresh in mind and put the memories of bad experiences to rest. My last visit however I can't overlook and can't forget because my toes still hurt from the horrible pedicure- she knicked me multiple times on my cuticles and the stinging pain is still there; I still don't know why she trimmed my cuticles so closely and in a manner more appropriate for a manicure than a pedicure. This last visit I also got a gel fill ($18) and gel color ($10), after it was done I was told it would be $31 for my fill because they trimmed my nails and shaped them. I didn't choose a special shape and they were trimmed less than 2cm- pretty standard when going in for a fill. Every other time I've come for a fill, having my nails trimmed has never been an extra charge. I'm really disappointed in my most recent visit, and sad to have to leave a 2 star review but the quality just doesn't seem to be there anymore. Read Less

I'm so happy I found this nail salon. I can finally say I found a new home for my toes and nails. I'm so happy how Hanna did my pedicure she took her time didn't rush doing my pedicure and was very careful. Finally I was able to leave a nail salon with out blood on my cuticles. I highly recommend anyone to come check them out! Very clean and nice. I was able to relax while getting my pedicure. Chair was very comfortable. I'm in love with my nails! The place is super cute and has a lot of workers unlike some nail salons. Lisa did a great job and listened to what I like and she shaped my nails perfectly! My coworkers even complimented on the way she did them and asked me for the name of the place! Lisa also was kind enough to do an extra coat because the second coat didn't look like the color I wanted. Third coat was perfect. Prices are super reasonable too.$25 for gel manicure that lasts at least a 3 weeks to a month for me. I can't wait to go back.. next time I'll be getting the full set! Read Less

I've been going here consistently for the last five months and when I can work with gentleman that works here, I am very happy. He does an amazing job, Julie also does a wonderful job. However one of the girls ripped my real nails multiple times and I was not happy with the end product at all, especially since I was charged more for things I didn't want and vocalized that I didn't want them. I got right in and they were friendly. Ok colors to choose from...I was there only for a pedicure and was not pressured for any other services. A nice surprise. The massage chair needed some repair but the pedi was just ok. She didn't speak to me much but did engage with her coworkers which was kinda rude but luckily I had a book so it was no big deal. One of my go to nail salons in West Sac. I live off W. El Camino, and there isn't really much salons I'm not willing to try out in the Northgate area.Drifting to West Sac isn't a problem since the salon is nestled in a busy plaza (Ross, Super Walmart, IKEA, HomeDepot surrounds the Bellus) I always forget about their $5 off $50 deal bc it's only a Mon-Wed deal, and I always come on a Thursday. (Boo)Typical nail salon, rush hours usually start right at. 3:30/4pm weekdays. If you come before then on a weekday, you'll be seated at the spa chair with two technicians treating you (if getting a mani and pedi) that's a PLUS. Lisa has done my nails a couple of times, and I like her. About two months ago I needed to get my nails filled on a Sunday and they were still closed, so I went to Luxury Nails instead.BIG MISTAKE. HUGE.Luxury nails did the worst job at filling my nails I have ever seen in my life. I was in tears at how horrendous my nails looked, and the woman wouldn't remove them. I left and waited for bellus nails to open.I walked in and told them I needed to have my current nails removed and a new full set put on.Julie was the name of the woman who took my horribly done filled nails off, and put a new set. I'm giving 2 stars only because Bill has provided good customer service and did great nails for the most part. 2 weeks ago around Christmas time, I went to someone else Lisa recommended due to Bill was on vacation. Lisa assured me that everyone was as good. She was wrong, it took over 30 minutes extra to have the young lady file my nails to look somewhat even. On top of that they charged me more than Bill and said it was because one nail was broken. I tipped them despite the horrible service. 2 weeks later on Christmas Eve I had an appointment with Bill & "thought" they were perfect. Less than 4 days later as I was just sitting down, watching TV, the tip of my left index finger just fell off. I called today and Bill wasn't in, so Lisa offered to fix it for me. When I arrived, Lisa gave me some crap about how my nail chipped because 1) i need a brand new full set once a month 2) because it was my real nail. I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years and have never had that happen. Especially after just 4 days. Especially with gel polish. I then told her what # gel color I used and she argued with me. I told her I know what # I chose, yet if Bill used something different I wouldn't know. Lisa responded, "well I told you to come in when Bill was in". Not only does this establishment lack consistent quality work, they also lack customer service & clearly only care about $. Needless to say, they've lost a customer.
