Had an appointment today for a Pure Pedicure today and the reception when I came in was great. I was re-directed to free parking instead of on the street, which I appreciated. However, what bothered me was the technician stating that she "asked" me if I wanted an additional 10 minute massage?? She never asked that. She just stated, "10 min massage"...I'm thinking this was what is included anyway.
So, I prepare to settle my bill and she tells the receptionist that the service is $55! The receptionist and I are both taken aback as that isn't the price. She goes on to say that, "I needed so much help that she provided extra time". She is correct in that I needed a pedi badly as I've been super busy, but that still doesn't absolve her of asking if I actually wanted an additional 10 minutes and being clear about that. That cost should never be passed on to the client which is not good business.
I ended up paying $5 more, but should have paid what that service cost. I tipped the technician, but she would have received a larger tip had things gone differently and I would have given 5 stars...

It was my first time and I had semi permanent gel left on 2 fingers. The lady started to remove it with her nails so had to ask her to use a stick.
While being in the middle of applying my color, the lady replied to a call and said she will be done in 5 min.I asked her to arrange some parts but the overall work looks rushed because time had to be spared for the other client arriving shortly after. And she made me pay as I had a full semi soak off when it was 2 fingers. I regret I haven’t left after the soak off.

I went in to get dipping powder done. As she was doing my nails... a HUGE red cockroach fell on the table on top of my phone ... she screamed and flicked it off and almost flicked it on me!!!! I almost threw up!!! She then tried to make me forget the haunting incident by offering me a drink and massage which I declined. And once she was done she made sure to charge me an overpriced fee!!

Way overpriced. Painted on the colors as clear. Didn't cut my cuticles, made me bleed with the file, the chair was broken and fell back while I was sitting on it. Not coming back

KEVIN IS AMAZING!!I rarely get my nails done because I am picky with people touching them and as soon as something bugs me about them, I go get it removed somewhere else. I hate spending a bunch of money and being unhappy about it. I've never had a place I was able to call my "go-to" but I have found it. So excited and happy to go back again soon :)

Service: The first time I came in there were 2 pretty unkempt and frazzled people working the front desk who basically threw a dirty "menu of services" at me after saying I'd have to make an appointment to come back. You'll see the corner of it in a photo - it landed as I was taking another photo...When I did come back (because I work next door and convenience is a real thing) the manicurist was nice and the manager came over to check on me and gave me a water, which was very nice. Atmosphere: Nice enough. Nothing special, but I only had a manicure so I can't speak to the pedicure chairs or that side of the room. Quality: DO NOT get the "powdered" gel. It was a mess within 48 hours. They say it's better and stronger and lasts 2 weeks "for only $5 more!" but go look at my pictures. Total waste of money.

Excellent friendly service, relaxing atmosphere and nails are done perfectly every time, massages are great, Wax service and Facials available , Nails in all forms From SNS, Gel, Acrylics , tons of gel or regular polish or just a buffed out shine, specialties include Juliya, and Keon with beautiful nail art of any type of nails. Holly and Annie for Gel, Mani and acrylic , Kevin, Cindy, and Kelly with Mani/ pedicures and Sandy is good an waxing and Mani/Pedi, Not to mention natural set of eyelash extensions are offered by appointment affordable and carefully done with the famous Xtreme Lashes.

It was very clean and the environment is very relaxing. The woman who did my nails did an excellent job they look perfect! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back again.

This is a beautiful Nail Salon! I have been going here for a while now, it has been under new management since September of last year and the new service is wonderful! While listening to relaxing music, and reading a magazine, I sat in massage chair and got a pedicure that left my feet really soft. I also got gel nails done and it stayed on for 3 weeks until my nails grew out and I went in to have them redone. Their waxing service is neatly and carefully done. I especially like Ruby and Holly who are very polite and attentive. They speak English so there is no need to feel uneasy. It really is a great and beautiful place,beverages served, relaxing music , t.v is also available. Only thing is, you have to make sure to call in for an appointment if you go in the evening on weekends, and parking in the back is kind of small so I like to go in early when it isn't too busy.

Had an appointment today for a Pure Pedicure today and the reception when I came in was great. I was re-directed to free parking instead of on the street, which I appreciated. However, what bothered me was the technician stating that she "asked" me if I wanted an additional 10 minute massage?? She never asked that. She just stated, "10 min massage"...I'm thinking this was what is included anyway.

While being in the middle of applying my color, the lady replied to a call and said she will be done in 5 min.I asked her to arrange some parts but the overall work looks rushed because time had to be spared for the other client arriving shortly after. I almost threw up!!! She then tried to make me forget the haunting incident by offering me a drink and massage which I declined. And once she was done she made sure to charge me an overpriced fee!!

KEVIN IS AMAZING!!I rarely get my nails done because I am picky with people touching them and as soon as something bugs me about them, I go get it removed somewhere else. I hate spending a bunch of money and being unhappy about it. I've never had a place I was able to call my "go-to" but I have found it. So excited and happy to go back again soon :)

This is a beautiful Nail Salon! I have been going here for a while now, it has been under new management since September of last year and the new service is wonderful! While listening to relaxing music, and reading a magazine, I sat in massage chair and got a pedicure that left my feet really soft. I also got gel nails done and it stayed on for 3 weeks until my nails grew out and I went in to have them redone. Their waxing service is neatly and carefully done.
