This review is for lash extensions by Nancy. She always gives me the exact lashes I ask for. She takes her time to make sure every lash is placed perfectly! Her attention to detail and reasonable prices are what keep me coming back time and time again. She also is a sweetheart! Never go there!! I never post negative reviews but this was shocking. Waaaay overcharged $75 for acrylic nails that do not even look that great! Watch out for Sam - he does a fair job was very sneaky with extra adding on prices he never informed upfront. no acrylic nails should be $75 even with gel. I was impressed with the salon when I walked in because they immediately greet you and explain the packages to you. We were ok with the spa but realised after the job was done that is was not up to my expectations.1. I asked for temporary tips which they don't give. They only do gelish & acrylic. I need temp tips due to avoiding damaging my nails Long term. I need to be able to take them off when my nails grow. Not leave it for 6 weeks and painfully remove them.2. They massages my feet with gloves !!!! Very bad for your skin & health. If they're gonna use gloves, I don't f****ng want to go back there. Many massage parlours use their bare hands. Latex going in your skin impresses a bad smell in your feet for hours. 3. The lady doing my nails was upset that I asked her to leave out one nail without acrylic. Hey it's my nails !!! Not yours !!!4. My Husband got a foot massage and said the lady used her nails and was painful due to nails digging in his skin & a soft massage. 5. Price was an extreme rip-off !!! - they market the hell out of their services but it's nothing special. Don't expect extra treatment. Nothing but normal. Brochures do lie !!!My advise for nail salon: always ask he customer what they want. If your customers are mainly women, you should be nice to women & not treat them like dirt because they're the ones paying your bills !!!Even cheaper nail spas have better service than this. This nail salon takes me in after closing hours, however, the nail tech does a rush job on my 15 min massage while text simultaneously. After 3 mins of this I promptly ask her to stop. My manicure on the other hand is using old nail polish with nail polish remover added. The quality of this nail shop has diminished over time in my opinion. They want top dollar for low quality service. I hope this review perks up everyone at this salon, because if this is kept up. The ubiquitous competition will crush you! l repeat this online as I told the manager, I will take my service elsewhere. I believe instyle choose quantity over quality! -5 stars in my experience. Needed to get my hands/nails in shape for a busy weekend and didn't have time to visit my usual nail spa/sweat shop in Studio City. Dropped in to Instyle Nail Salon in WeHo on my lunch hour (without an appointment) for a quick manicure. Didn't expect anything special - just a nail and cuticle cleanup after a busy week. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Kyle seated me right away, was attentive and really pleasant and he literally gave me the best manicure I've had in decades. Clean and precisely trimmed nails and cuticles with the shiniest "shiny buff" I've had in many years. I'm hooked. I'll be a regular customer from now on. Read Less

This place looked nice, but they were pretty high on price and my nails are not done well. The acrylic is uneven and excess under the end of the nail. The lady who did them stopped halfway through and made me pay her and when I didn't tip because I was not happy, proceeded to tell me to let my nails dry outside, even though there was ample room to sit in front of the fan, as the only thing busy was the phone. Totally dissatisfied and had to buy the stuff to repaint my nails at home. Do not recommend this place, and I get my nails done often. Read Less

Nancy knows exactly what i want every time, paying close attention to details. She makes sure all the length and shape of my nails are even. I had to bring my sister in law here the other day. This place is very busy and the seem to be very fast. The good thing is that they are in a busy part of West Hollywood so the foot traffic is always gonna come through. The vibe that you get in here is very comfortable. They make you feel welcomed. This place just as many male clients as there were female ones. That says a lot in my book. I give them 4 stars due to the fact that they have parking but it's in back of the Trader Joe's. And you have to walk a little bit to get to it. They do have a ATM if you need also. Read Less

Let me tell you, guys, why you do NOT want to get your nails done in this salon. First, how do you expect to spend your time while doing manicure/pedicure or whatever? You expect to relax for an hour and leave the salon in a good spirit, am I right? So, in this place you will have to be nervous and pissed off for this evil hour...It took a loooot of time to finally grow my nails and they ruined it, she just totally screwed up my nails. Even though I had to do all the work for her. I was doing gel...oh God...I regret it so much. My nails are bumpy and look like I haven't done manicure in years. I'm honestly about to cry. Not my favorite mani-pedi. I was in the neighborhood and found a spot right in front of this nail salon. How bad could it be, I figured? It was $33 and the pedicure was rather painful. They dig a little too much in the nail beds. I've never had that done and did not enjoy it. The nail technicians were nice and the salon was clean and very, very busy. Person doing my pedicure seemed annoyed at life and kept hurting me with her tools. Clearly didn't want to be there, and this was reflected in her work. You can see my picture of jacked up cuticles and polish outside the linesAlso, I feel like they're slightly tricky with the services they offer when they present you with a laminated list of choices that are all upgrades and don't include the standard service. I'm very impressed with the service and staff here. They're extremely friendly. I actually went in with a friend of mine who is a regular. This was my first manicure/pedicure ever. They got started as soon as we walked in. I was a bit nervous about my first time. First, I thought they could accidentally snip away my skin or cut too deep into my nails. They were actually very quick and efficient. There were 2 staff members working on every person. One on the hands and the other on the feet. Parking is validated for up to 1 hour which shares the trader joes lot. It's quick so I wouldn't worry about exceeding the 1 hour mark. Highly recommended. Read Less
