What a gem! I'm new to the neighborhood and was looking for a nail place. I've had a few visits here for pedicures and gel manicures and have been very pleased with the service and cleanliness. I always walk out with acrylics that are way too thick, and as a result, many of them pop off around the two week mark. I came in as one of those annoying walk-ins about an hour before they closed desperate for a full set & Demi & Isaac (owner or manager I think) accommodated me and did a great job. I had to wait a little bit but they gave me water and regular updates about how long it would be. And it was worth the wait. Demi listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. Super friendly staff and talented manicurist and pedicurist. I've never gotten waxing or anything else done here, but I do see that they now offer lash extensions as well! (Their sister store is a tanning salon). Spacious interior, you never feel cramped next to the other people. They have about 12 pedicure chairs (with good massagers and jets) as well as 6 manicure stations. They offer you free water and a wonderful variety of both gel and regular polish options. They have all different brands like OPI and Essie. Plus, they always make sure that you love the color on he first nail before finishing the job. Quality for the price ($60 for gel mani and spa pedicure with callous removal)! Yes, you can find cheaper but you won't find a better job. A least I haven't yet. Years ago I was a regular here (for nails and spray tanning). I stopped coming here because the quality was so inconsistent. I stopped in about an hour ago because my current nail lady is on maternity leave and I'll tell ya, thing have not gotten better here.The salon looks run down compared to when I used to come. No one to greet you at the front, no pleasantries at all. Come in pick your color and sit the heck down.  No one is pleasant here at all. It's depressing. The mani/pedi itself was also subpar. See my photo for the horrible paint and cuticle job my lady did. If I had gotten any other color besides a natural color it would have looked like a child painted my nails. My cuticles were not trimmed smoothly, there's paint all over my skin... just bad. A funny thing that happened during the manicure is that somehow a black hair was trapped under the first coat of polish (I don't have black hair). When I pointed it out to the woman, instead of taking the hair out she just put a bunch more layers of polish on that finger to try to hide the color of the hair.... hahahahahahaha. Um. No. Not only is that just lazy and gross, but I chose a nude color, it's just not going to cover up the color of a dark black hair. Come on now lazy people. The pedicure was fine. I had the guy with blonde-ish grey hair on the top. He did a nice massage too. The kicker was that when I went to go tip each of my people $7 each, the woman said thank you. The guy who did my pedicure literally walked past me, grabbed the cash out of my hands and kept walking! I have NEVER seen anything like that! Especially when trying to tip someone $7 on a $15 pedicure. Hahahah seriously. It was both rude and freaking hilarious. I am not sure how to take it. The guy did and I did not speak the entire time he did my pedicure , so maybe it's just s language barrier thing and he wasn't trying to be rude... I don't know. But he sure snatched that money and kept it moving. I'm glad I came back to check this place out after not coming here for 5 years. But I won't be back. The quality and service are severely lacking. This has to be one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. And I'm so happy it's just 10 minutes away from my new place! Isaac (the owner) and his team have done an incredible job creating a clean, welcoming salon in the middle of the hustle and bustle of WeHo. There's some spots in front but street parking is also readily accessible which is nice and easy. Isaac greeted me the moment I walked in and offered me drinks and snacks. What other nail salon offers you donuts and chocolate?! Thankfully I had an appointment because they were super busy on a Saturday. Even though they were running a few minutes behind, Isaac was incredibly attentive and made sure to keep me up to date on when I could be seated. Not once did I feel like they had forgotten about me. There's an huge array of polishes on the back wall with everything from Essie to Orly. You don't have to rummage through almost empty bottles of polish to find the color you're looking for. All the pedicure services are in the spa chairs which are comfortable and up to date. Kevin did both my mani and pedi and made sure I had an enjoyable experience. As I was leaving, I ruined one of my wet nails and he was more than willing to fix it without making me wait. The salon is huge but most importantly, clean!!! This is incredibly important to me when I'm looking for a new salon. Extra points for good music too!I've been to my fair share of dingy nail salons and this place really sets the bar. They're really nice, so that's a plus... But I had my nails done on Friday, gel manicure and a design on one nail that they had advertised on the gel polish station. The job done on just painting my nails was incredibly sloppy, I could have done a better job on my own... The woman obviously didn't know how to do the design I asked for, and completely messed it up. If I had known that, I wouldn't have requested it at all. I asked her beforehand if she could and she nodded. Now it's Monday, and they're already peeling (I didn't do anything with my nails this weekend that would have been hard on them), and I'm going to have to go get them done again today. I popped into this place the other day after I missed my appt at my usual nail spot. I live close to Ibiza but honestly skipped it thinking ti would be overpriced. I was so wrong. I got an amazing pedicure for only $20. Add in the place is gorgeous and just installed new massage chairs that actually MASSAGE instead of just vibrating. The staff was great and super nice considering I did not have an appt. Great color choices for nail polish and the foot bath were immaculate! I went to Ibiza after reading a few reviews online and I have to say, it lived up to all of my expectations! My nail technician was professional and sweet. I got the Simply Serene Spa, which included a very relaxing foot massage, and the price was much lower than I thought it would be! For the kind of service you get, it's worth every penny. I decided to try an airbrush tan, as well, and was thrilled with the results! It was bronzed and glowey, not streaky or orange like some other places I've gone to. I would have to say Ibiza Nails has BY FAR been the BEST nail salon I've ever been to.. not only was the salon breathtakingly beautiful, but the service was amazing. They are extremely clean which is really important to me. I enjoyed every minute of my pedicure in the spa chairs (which are incredibly relaxing while massaging your back ;) and Ive never had a better full set! its been almost two weeks and they aren't even coming off in the slightest bit! I stumbled upon ibiza nails and decided to take a break from my hectic day to get a pedicure. I had the most amazing experience. The salon was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. I didn't have the typical nail salon experience where the technicians are speaking their own language, leaving me wondering if they're talking about me. My stop for a pedi became a stop for a mani pedi wax and spray tan... all in one stop. It was a lovely experience. Top of the line salon with low low prices. I highly recommend this salon.
