I've been coming here for 10 years! I love the quality of the work they do and it's at a good price too. My nails last about 3 weeks in between sets and Billy and his sister always give me what I want even though I can be extremely difficult. The customer service could be a little better but their work is what keeps me coming back. I've tried other places, like Queen Nails. Beautiful EXPENSIVE  nails but after 3 days, they were looking like I had them for 3 weeks! And both the times I went there, one of my nails came off CLEAN, the entire acrylic just came off whole. I don't mind spending money on my nails, but when I'm paying $50+ for a set, I expect it to last. So I HAD to come back to my spot and haven't betrayed them since. The only reason I'm not giving them 4 out of 5 is because Billy always complains I get my nails too long. *rolls eyes. Read Less

Stopped by on Christmas eve and was able to get a manicure and pedicure without waiting in line. I was greeted fast and kindly. My pedicure was meticulously and well done, i had gone for about 2 months(too long) & the woman was great at cleaning my feet and dead skin. My manicure was great. She painted my super short nails perfectly the first time, without having to clean it up. And the price was great. I think i paid under $20 for both. Actually, i think it was about $16. I'll definitely be back. I do suggest bringing your own polish as the selection is lacking. Read Less

I love this place. They have the best prices for gel and always do an excellent job. I love all their gel colors. They also are so nice and friendly and make you feel at home. Three star nail? only one nail?  1st of all, who would want to call themselves "3 star" anything? 3 star? And honestly, they were not worth any star. When I walked in, they took me right away. No wait, no lines....  That was the best part! But, only reason I went here is because my regular place was booked solid, and it was my last day for a three day weekend out of town.  This is closer to my home, and I have visited this place over a decade ago, and I couldn't remember why I never returned... now, I remember!  When I walked in, there was no AC.  The guy explained that there AC was not working.  No big deal, I can hang in there for a few hours.   He started with filing my nails, without removing the polish off. Is this even normal? I have never seen anyone do that before. They always remove the polish 1st, then file. Then after filing a few fingers, he got a call on his cell phone.  Stopped working on me, and took that call... while I wait... and waited... and waited... and approx 4 minutes later, he got off his personal call and continued to work on my nails.  The whole time he was on the phone, I was just looking around, getting annoyed, seeing how dusty all the surface was.  I'm assuming its personal, it was in his language plus it was on his cell phone. He never once said he was sorry about taking a call. I mean, if he continued to work on my nails while taking the call, then I might not mind it so much, but the fact that he was not apologetic is what pissed me off.  He was a bit rough and cut my finger (twice). I jumped from my seat and said "ouch!", he grabbed the finger tight for a brief second and proceeded, once again, without an apology.  To top it off, once he finished filing and cutting me, he took a used paper towel, and wiped off the dust from my fingers. Good quality work. I went to beauty school and have a good idea of what it takes to provide these services and do it quickly. I believe the owner (sucks I can't remember her name) is doing an excellent job at it. I hardly ever have to wait and the times that they were packed she was completely honest and told me the truth about how long the wait time was going to be. I would usually just decide to try another time. I admire that because other salons have been guilty of telling 10 minutes and 25 mins later they are scrambling still. They remember me every time along with what i usually get. If you're looking for a luxurious facility... this place isn't for you. If you care more about quality of work for decent price like I do... pay them a visit. Read Less
