After not coming here for a year (we moved), my sister and I decided to come back and give it a try. My sister and I wanted to get a pedicure and manicure. We call in advance to see if there is a wait or not. They tell us there isn't one, so we head on over there. When we get there, we end up having to wait at least 20-30 minutes. They make my sister wait while I get my nails done. After I get my gel manicure, my sister gets her manicure. After we were done, we waited for another 30 minutes or so for a pedicure. What frustrated me so much was how they were letting everyone who arrived after us get pedicures while we waited in the corner of the shop. I ask when we are next and they say I would have to go after people who came in AFTER us. I was so annoyed. My sister and I decide to leave. We paid for our manicure and went somewhere else for our pedicure. Don't go here! Service is terrible. My sister's manicure also came out super bumpy. It looks like she has salt in her polish.P.S. They charge $2 to use your card or their ATM charges you 50 cents. My sister and I don't plan on coming back here ever again. Read Less

As a cosmetology student, cleanliness is everything in a nail salon. Don't get me wrong, I love how my nails came out but.. every file used was not new :( My mom had a pedicure done and the utensils used on her were also used on previous clients. Read Less

I was just informed by the yelp headquarters that my review that I had posted was being removed because I'm sure this place complained about my HONEST review. First off when I visited this place they were not friendly like most reviews say and they were in such a rush to do my manicure and pedicure I felt as though they don't value their customers.  My nails shipped right away I called and they asked me what I had done to make them chip. Horrible customer service, I'd been here a handful of times before but this time was different the owners wife who also works there was so rude to my daughters. We will never step foot in this place ever again. If she isn't a people person she needs to stay home!!! Read Less

I came here like maybe 6 times the first 2 times was ok. Now the nails they do are nice, but the reason I stopped coming here was because of their condescending attitude towards me and maybe other customers. They are rude and I waited almost 2 hours one time before realizing they were assisting other people before me. They are unprofessional and the make you feel uncomfortable. I'm not sure if maybe they're racist towards Hispanics but then I seen them be rude to an Asian wom...an. Mind you we were both there 5 min after they opened and they already had their pedicure seats busy and one nail tech (a guy with a diva attitude) the Asian customer came in asking for vee but vee wasn't there yet. After 30 min she asked if vee was coming in they told her "no because I'm firing her" then vee walked in and they were yelling at her, then vee told the Asian girl to she will do her nails, but the girl (who said she was firing vee) told the pretty Asian customer "vee is going to be busy if you want she will help you in 45 min" the girl left. Then that nail lady came up to me and said "you have a wait time of 45 min you can leave and I'll save your place" (mind you it's already been 45 min and I was next but for some reason nobody was helping me instead he took in some girl who walked in after me) I responded "45 more minutes? No it's ok I can wait" she looked so bothered about my response. 5 min later he called me because he said I was next. I felt awkward tho. There was another time too when a lady brought her lil girl to get her toes done and they told her "no none of us want to do her toes" the lil girl was so sad. After they left the same lady (the one that runs or acts like she runs the salon) started talking about the lil girl and how frustrated they get that's why they didn't do her nails. This place used to be my favorite place to go get my nails done don't get me wrong they do a great job but I feel as though the respect that they give to their customers is all wrong they are very rude today I never felt so disrespected in my life after getting off of work I walked in there and signed in and noticed there were two other young ladies before me another lady just walked in signs and sits down five minutes later they call her up at first I was going to say someth...ing but I thought I'd sit back and wait another customer comes in she signs and sits down five minutes later they call her up and finally I stood up and asked why are they not calling us up we were here before them and they all just looked at me as if I was crazy and spoke in their native language to each other but never said anything to me I will never return to this place again I've never been treated so poorly ever I would not recommend this place to anyone! I would like to say that I've been coming to this place for about a year now and Up untill today I will never return there again. When I walked in I signed in there were two young ladies before me one lady walked in after me and after waiting about 45 minutes they called the lady that came in right after me before me and before the other two young ladies I didn't say anything until another young lady walked in sat down and then they called her after only waiting five minutes. So now it's been an hour and they still have not called me or the other two young ladies finally I stood up and asked them why aren't they calling us and they all talk to each other in their language and acted as if I was crazy I think it's very disrespectful and rude for them to treat their customers as if we are ignorant I had just gotten off work and was very tired and waited a full hour and didn't even get my nails done I wouldn't suggest this place again. After an Hour and 5 people served after I came in, after asking how and why it was taking so long I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I was never spoken too after I signed in I had to ask why people who came in after me were being served but not me.
