Horrible job... they charged me for top coating gel when I didn't ask for it. Not even a week after my nails were done they started to come off when I went in to complain they said nothing wrong with it. Don't waste your money here!!! Horrible customer service! Read Less

I moved to West Covina in May only nail place I’ve been going to it’s been ok but the last draw was when I went in on A Thursday at 640 pm the nail tech tells me to pick a color than I take a sit waited till 710pm for the I think owner to tell me it’s like 20 min wait I was already there a half hour for nothing because I had to leave I will not be going back. Okay so I've come here in the past and Ive been happy with my results. They're inexpensive compared to most places in the surrounding area, and they do a decent job. The guy who works there, and I think runs the shop is very friendly and charismatic. So I went in yesterday and was quoted a 15-20 minute wait. That turned into an hour. I don't blame the nail technicians much however, because they did have two girls who were being very difficult, and even asked them to take off their nails entirely and redo them. But I had an important business meeting to get to in LA and was running out of time. Once I explain to them that I was upset, and that I was on a time limit they immediately began helping me. And as soon as the other nail technician was available they were both working on my hands. I really appreciated the effort and I was able to get my nails done within 45 minutes and was not late for my meeting. The technician was very apologetic about the wait. And I understood that it wasn't really all their fault. I would come back here because the customer service is good, and the staff is friendly. My nails did come out a little bit calcium-y and I'm not sure if it's due to the rush or if it's because I asked for French tip (I usually only get French tip done at more expensive nail salons, because I've noticed that cheaper nail salons tend to make the clear nail look calcium-y) but I've had my nails don't many other ways at this place and the results are usually really good... so I'll say it's because they didn't have enough time since I was rushing them.
