Sophia is hands down the best technician! She doesn't do acrylics, but I much prefer gels anyway. I've been going to her consistently for almost two years now, and I've never once been dissatisfied. I've started coming here just a few a months and pretty much every visit has been pleasant since day one. Everyone are so nice and friendly, the place itself is nice and clean. I can show them a picture of how I want my nails done and they pretty much always come out the way I want it. My go-to girl is Linda, but I've had about 4 other people work on me also and still I love the outcome of my nails. Came here for a simple manicure. Really didn't want gel because of how long it took to get them off last time I had it done. It seemed to really piss off the lady doing my nails because she worked very carelessly (not painting the entire nail, etc.) and only made sure to do a good job when I was watching her. I was rung up for 12$; right before leaving, I go to tip her, and then she tells the cashier that it was actually 5$ more because she massaged my arm a bit??? Always with the tricks and gimmicks. Called on a Saturday at 4pm and was able to come in just one hour later. We came in to a nearly full house but were seated almost immediately. My sister and I were very pleased with our manicures (I got gel and she got acrylic as well as a pedicure). The technician who did my nails (I forgot to ask her name) knew exactly what color and shape I was looking for.All the staff are very friendly, especially Ken who greeted us and had us taken care of. This place is not the same as it was when it first opened. They now charge too much and for things that elsewhere are part of the service. A gel manicure should include removal of the previous gel polish. It shouldn't cost extra. Especially if you're a regular customer and they know you got the previous gel manicure at their salon. It's now extra to remove the old gel. Ridiculous. Given that I was a regular customer, I asked about the extra charge. The owner / manager became upset and said it's always been that way (a straight up lie) and then proceeded to complain about me to the customer standing next to us. It was rude and unprofessional. Like a previous reviewer wrote, I too have received the "I'll make it up to you next time" line to no avail. I just let it go so to speak, but the last experience, and flat out rudeness, was the tipping point and I've not returned since. Read Less

Been here a few times for their Men-icure and pedicure. I would make an appointment in advance since they will book up fast especially on weekends when they are busy. Being a guy I kind of felt a little intimidated being the only one in there with so many women around me but got over it fast. Parking can be hard to find at first since there aren't a lot of spots to park in. Girls here are nice.The Men-icure and pedicure's I have got here have all been pretty good. My hands and feet have always been taken very well taken care of. Especially the pedicure with exfoliation scrub. Feet were left completely fresh and clean. They will do a hot towel press and hot stone massage as well. After they'll apply lotion to your legs and massage them. Feels great after and I really like how my feet and legs look after. For guys I wouldn't ask for shine or gloss, just my preference. Read Less

First time going here was amazing. The lady was attentive and got every cuticle and cleaned it well. Got the regular pedicure. My friend and I got there about 15 minutes late and they were very accommodating.Went in the second time recently. Arrived about 10 minutes early. We were sat immediately. Although, I had to wait a little longer, so we didn't start and end at the same time. They assisted my friend first and the lady was attentive and really nice! Since I had a great first experience (flawless application) and clean cuticles and service. I don't remember who the lady that did my pedicure the first time.I figured since the first time I went was amazing this will be my go-to place for a pedi. As I have gotten a pedi at another place and did not like how they still left dirt underneath the nail, and didn't soak the feet before trimming...What I noticed right away. The lady didn't use a tablet for the water for my feet, which the first time I went they did. She also turned on the water (didn't ask if the temperature was ok) and walked away. The water almost flooded over! Then she was walking back and forth and sped through everything. She was a bit forceful in using the cuticle cutter and was pulling on skin. And her application of the color was incorrectly applied...which I have attached photos. At first glance they looked ok. After I got home I noticed my cuticles weren't cut very neatly, she didn't buff out the nails well, and my nails were clearly missing large patches of top coat!! Yes, from far away you can't tell, but if I'm paying for a pedicure I expect to have a correct pedicure from a professional who knows how to do them correctly, I could polish them myself better than these patches! Cherry Blossom is very good at their craft. The staff is very skilled and professional. I have never had a bad experience. They have an easy to understand menu with lots of choices. I do recommend calling ahead for an appointment as Cherry Blossom is in high demand. My overall experience was fantastic. It's not over priced but it's not bottom of the barrel. They take you quick even when their busy. My only thing I wasn't happy about (please read to the end) was that I was getting a gel manicure done because my nails are thin from having acrylics previously. The color I picked was a glitter. On the display it was very opaque but on my nail(even after 4 coats) the glitter was very sparse and not what I wanted. I felt bad for having wasted ...her time but I just wish that, since she works there and knows her product that she would have adviced me to do a base color or something so I didn't have to go through the uncomfortable process of removing fresh gel(not fun). Despite all that, the manager took over the removal process and was very kind about the whole thing. I researched this place on Yelp and based on the reviews I planned to go. Parking is available right in front just for salon customers. I arrived about 10am and did not have to wait. I was seated right away and the nail lady was nice and friendly. She asked how did I like her shaping on my nails, asked if her pressure wasn't to much, very concerned with my experience. I liked that I was taken care of and made sure I liked my nails. We talked and had a good conversation. She was a perfectionist and offered great customer service. I usually have a great experience at Cherry Blossom, even since the new ownership. However, today I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. The girl that provided my services was rude and gave me the impression that she was doing me a BIG FAVOR by doing my nails. She was rough and just grunted at me without a smile and in a very snarky manner. She also did a below average job on the gel manicure. She got the gel polish on my cuticle so now when it grows out I will have a "lip" "edge" at the back of the nail so they will start lifting after only a few days. I complained to the owner, and his response was "I will take care of you next time". What does that mean? What he should have done was give me a discount or a complimentary service of some type to get my business back. I will not go back and neither will any of my friends. Had the owner made good on the complaint, I would of course go back for services. Not now. I find poor customer service very annoying - also, he charged me $4.00 more than I was charged for the exact same services one month ago. *** The best nail salon experience ever *** I love this place. Kim (new manager) is super friendly, she offered me a glass of champagne while they did my nails and my pedicure, now ... I call that super service. Wouldn't you agree? My nail technician is amazing, sweet, creative and so good at getting nails of all colors and designs.
