I hate this place. My mom and I went to get her nails removed and they started to say stuff amongst them in their language. Then one of their staff approached us asking if that's all we wanted. We were limited in time and so we were only able to go get her nails removed. Long story short they didn't want to remove her nails because she wasn't going to get anything done. & they walked us out in a rude manner. Kinda pushed us out of the door. I felt so disrespected and angry. I would not recommend this place. It's the worst! They past few times I've gone they are rude!!!

AWFUL! I used to come here often but the last two times have been just terrible. It takes forever to get a pedicure! The lady did not massage my feet! I upgraded the pedicure to a "luxurious" pedicure...
AWFUL! I used to come here often but the last two times have been just terrible. It takes forever to get a pedicure! The lady did not massage my feet! I upgraded the pedicure to a "luxurious" pedicure which was about two hours of waiting and three minutes of massage. I asked for a flowers on my my big toes and a guy came to do the flower and made it like horrible! I regret coming here and will NOT be back! PS only one girl speaks good English. I forgot her name... she's the best one in there.

I called them trying to see how much acrylics and a pedicure, and my friend thought it was a sandwich place and said "ask them how much their sandwhichs are" and I said "I'm calling a nail place." The next thing I know the lady just says "ok bye." I was like how rude. I tried stopping her but she hung up.

I've been here3 times with my daughters. Today, I asked how much total- they started talking in their own language about me and I'm thinking the tip...I had to walk out with my tip and only pay for the gel service because customer service was awful! I pray these people find a different profession and allow someone else who really likes to do nails tk this spot. I know I'm being mean and I apologize. I'm just not going back there. No need for me to put myself thru this harsh service.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place needs to be shut down! My last experience with pro top was in October of 2015 obviously it was a bad one because I didn't go back for over a year but I thought "hey it's been a while I'll give them another chance" WRONG MOVE he did horrible!!! First: let me tell you I was SO proud and excited of how long and strong I got my natural nails so when I went in the first thing I told him was not to cut them and that I wanted them long. Second: I was not allowed to move an inch, he wouldn't even let me look down at my phone without death gripping my finger and telling me no. Third: he missed every single nails side edges and there's a huge shiny chunk on my index finger (they're supposed to be matte).... I could go on but now I'm ranting

Worst place ever not only are they more expensive they aren't careful. I went to take off my nails and the lady looked like she was struggling and I kept telling her she was hurting me and she'd just give me a smirk the next day my nails hurt so much from how thin she left them it even burned to eat like do ritos with Chile and my nails are now braking vertically when this had never happened to me before.

I hate this place. My mom and I went to get her nails removed and they started to say stuff amongst them in their language. Then one of their staff approached us asking if that's all we wanted. We were limited in time and so we were only able to go get her nails removed. Long story short they didn't want to remove her nails because she wasn't going to get anything done. & they walked us out in a rude manner. Kinda pushed us out of the door. I felt so disrespected and angry. I would not recommend this place. It's the worst! They past few times I've gone they are rude!!!

Worst place ever not only are they more expensive they aren't careful. I went to take off my nails and the lady looked like she was struggling and I kept telling her she was hurting me and she'd just give me a smirk the next day my nails hurt so much from how thin she left them it even burned to eat like do ritos with Chile and my nails are now braking vertically when this had never happened to me before.
