Owner (Michelle) has bad attitude she feels she can control everyone even her staff is very intimidated by her. Long waits and the most important they do not clean the tubs well you can easily catch an infection. Ive been going here since the start of this business and now they can't even make an appointment or they said "we can't see anyone for nail" Really I go in and both Michelle and Helen are seeing clients but I should see another person in this salon. Which Ive lost my respect for this salon Im looking for another, yes they are close to my home but Im done. They don't respect appointment time, you still have to wait. I went in for a pedicure & manicure USING MY OWN NAIL POLISH & some how still got charge $60. Another time I waited over 1hr, I got up and left because I had other things to do, went back the next day & the owner told me "you shouldn't have left yesterday" they were going to close in 1 1/2 hr and she basicly she told me she was closed already. Love coming here for my pedicures. They are thorough and my feet always feel so soft afterwards. The sugar scrub and wax treatment is the best, so definitely upgrade. It's only a few dollars more but definitely worth it. Read Less

I've gotten to a lot of nail salons. But this one is by far the WORSE. Helen, one of the girls that works there did my nails, Did a horrible job! A nail broke 2 days after, so i had to go back to fix it. A day later another nail broke, I went back to fix it and she still got upset about me going back cause another nail broke. ( it broke while i was doing laundry) made me wait an hour to fix it, A DAY LATER another nail broke (while in the shower) i called and told them that i wanted a new set because i didn't have the time to be waiting an hour everyday for ONE nail, and she said that it was my fault cause i had "long nails". Terrible experience yesterday.  The boss must have not been there.  The manicurists were so mean and obviously making nasty comments in Vietnamese as the manicurist kept saying things and they'd look at me and smirk or nasty giggle.  They were doing that to the 3 other customers there too.   I was so uncomfortable there I couldn't wait to leave.  I guess it was a good thing that, even though I paid $10 extra for a sugar scrub to my legs, the sugar scrub lasted approx. 30 seconds.   Applied/washed off, that's it.   Don't waste your money on that.   I understand that English is not their favorite language but someone should tell those ladies to stop barking at people.  "MOVE FOOT" "YOU GO NOW"   A little kindness would go a long way.   I barely tipped and when I left I was in a bad mood.   Don't go there. This place was very dirty. From the area where you get your nails done to the back where they wax. Floor were filthy and I wonder if they sterilize the tools. Scary. I'm surprised the health department has not shut them down. Read Less

So rude here ALL the staff! I had made an appt at 4:30 I got there at 4:27 she was helping someone I was okay with it until it was 5:05 and she was still helping them. I hate to give a place only 1 star but it was horrible. I just needed a quick mani/pedi and it was literally around the corner from where I was. The customer service was ok, but the place was disgusting. The water was slimy, the massage was less than 3 minutes. I went in specifically for callous removal and left with them. There were 2 ladies sitting, one on the iPad and one on the phone. And there was dust and grime everywhere... Literally could run my finger over any service and it was covered in nail dust or just regular dust?! So gross. I wanted to tell them to get up and clean! Have some pride in the place you work at! It was seriously the grossest place, and it won't last if they don't get an overhaul. Don't waste your money. I paid $30 for 2 coats polish on my feet and 1 one my hands. I've been coming to Michelle since she opened her salon. She used to do my nails at another local salon she worked at and I loved how she did nails,so I followed her when she decided to go and open her own business. Every time I come in I usually call to make an appointment but her and the girls are always super nice and attentive to me and any guest I bring with me to get our nails done. Run! Fast and far! New to the area and stopped in for a pedicure. The place was a little busy, so I had hoped I had stumbled on to a good salon with regular clients.After about a 10 minute wait, I was directed to chair 1. Walked to the chair and saw a puddle of soapy water in the tub, leftovers from the prior client. I told the girl I would wait until the chair was cleaned before I sat down.The pedicurist came over, ran some water in the tub, put the plug in and told me it was ready. Ahhh, NOOO! That is not clean and I am not trusting you with my toes.Put my pretty red polish back in the polish station and left. I feel like I dodged a bullet and an infection.Please protect your health and avoid this place at all costs. Read Less

My mom and I had been going here for awhile. I will never return. They put me in a chair that had just been used...the lady's shoes were still next to the tub and the tub had not been cleaned. Then two employees were arguing. Sloppy job. Too bad this place went downhill so fast. Read Less

I know Michelle Nail & Spa hasn't been receiving such great reviews as of late, but I personally love this place. Granted the place isn't luxurious and it has a couple things it can improve on, but their prices make up for it. I believe the quality has a lot to do with who you sit down with. My mom and I have been going to Michelle regularly. Love the service! It always depend who does our mani-pedis. Of course some give better feet/hand massages, some does better "cleaning" of nails but we always come out feeling pampered.And of all nail salons I've been to, this is the nicest place.
