I've been coming here for 7 years. I like the price, very convenient for me since I'm a student. I make appointments with Jenny or Kathy. They are my go to girls because they do a very good job on my nails. I have an ingrown nail so I only trust Kathy with that. Jenny is pretty fast, but she still does a good job with gel nails. I get my eyebrows, underarm, and upper lips wax. Eyebrows is $5 and underarm $10. The price is good so you get what you pay for. I would just recommend making an appointment and arrive on time or else they'll take someone else and you will have to wait forever. Read Less

I've been here countless times due to the convenience of its location and its prices, but not after today. I've had a couple bad/mediocre experiences w getting my nails done here, but today was just the worst.Not only are the nail polishes extremely old and outdated, but the woman who did my nails was extremely sloppy and unprofessional. I came and got a pedicure and gel manicure. Not only did she rush and do a horrible job, but she also asked me to wait for her midway through doing my nails so that she could go wax another lady's eyebrows....I understand efficiency and multitasking, but as a paying customer who is going to tip, I think she should've been a little bit more considerate.First she filed my nails unevenly, and then when she started the first coat of my gel mani I noticed that the nail polish was extremely old and goopy, to the point that it was not painting on smoothly on the nail. I asked her if she could fix it and she said that it would look fine at the end, but all she did was slab on a thick layer of clear nail polish and put it under the UV light so that after you could still see the wrinkles from the previous coat of nail polish under the smoothed clear coat. There were times when she was buffing and filing my nails, and I just saw her looking into the distance, not even at my nails. Her polish job was so sloppy that that it was all under my nails and on the sides sticking to my skin, but when I told her, she just said that she had to do that so that the nail polish lasts longer...like what? I was still being patient at this point, as she started filing the nail polish she got on  the skin of my fingers to get them off (which I thought they usually clean up with a brush and nail polish remover), and then she cut me. That was the last straw. She gave me a quick "sorry," dropped some green liquid on my finger, and then told me it would be $34. It's unfortunate that one lady's sloppy job was enough to make me not want to come again.If you DO come here though, 5 stars for Phillip. He's extremely meticulous and does a good job, but it's not enough for me to come back, as he only does pedicures. Read Less

This place is HORRIBLE! The messiest manicure I have ever had in my life. The nail tech I had would use so much alcohol, like literally downing my nails in it. My gel manicure came out sloppy & super thick. Read Less

This review is from my experience from last June and this past January.Their service was good but the nails don't always last long. I went here to get my nails done for my college graduation and my mani barely lasted a few days. I had to go back to get them redone.They charge you extra for french manicure even though it's not listed on their prices. To top it off it frustrates me that I'm not really getting my money's worth. I've gotten other manis that have lasted longer so it depends.   Also with places like this, most of the staff arent trained on designs. I requested to do a snowflake on one of my nails this past January and the lady said it was "too difficult for her" and she wanted me to change my design. Her attitude was kinda negative and it made me feel u comfortable. I was asking for a simple snowflake on two of my nails. Plus the design honestly wasn't difficult to do. Basically only one employee knew how to do it. Look I get that it's a small business, but just because the employees are older or that they're  a small salon it doesn't give them the excuse to not train more on new designs. I've been to other places where the employees are different ages, but they are updated on various nail designs. Or if they can't do it they have many other employees thay can do it.   The big reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because I got a nail infection on one of my nails. As I took off my nailpolish from my snowflake design, I realized my nail color was different. The color was NOT like the polish so I could tell it was an infection. Due to this I haven't came back. I came here in the past and didn't really find anyone that I loved so I stopped coming. I recently came back here again for a pedicure since it's close to my house, and thought I'd give it another try. This time I got a young guy named Phillip. He isn't much of a talker...... I don't mind at all! I have 2 toddlers at home so I really enjoy the quiet time. I'm not a small talker, I just want to relax. I was able to sit back and relax with the massage chair on. Phillip is great. I'm a bit OCD I tend to noticed things other probably don't and if they aren't corrected they will bother me, Apparently he is too because he fixed everything I normally complain about WITHOUT me needing to say a thing. He took his time, which I appreciated. I'm normally rushed and I dislike that. If your in a hurry then that may be an issue. When I come here I'm not..... And I enjoy every minute. The results were perfection. He gave a wonderful leg and foot massage. I nearly needed a nap afterwards. The prices are very reasonable compared to local salons so remember to tip well!! I took off 1 star because the Polish selection is poor. Some colors are old or not too trendy. I really wanted a bright color for summer and they had like 2 colors in that range. Read Less
