I've done a regular bikini wax, regular pedicure, and gel manicures here.I think the person who does the wax is Tammy (?) --  boy she is a beast in the wax room! Takes off more than the average and really gets in there, which is great if you prefer that. Pedicures are good as are the gel manicures. They are good at taking folks last minute, generally will have street or lot parking available. My only slight piece of constructive criticism is to not pressure customers to get services they didn't originally ask for. Don't get me wrong, they are great quality. I love getting my nails done here because they are beautiful and last 5x longer than nails done elsewhere. My issue is the LACK OF PRICES. I don't even know if it is legal for them to not have set prices. The last time I went I asked the owner how much it would be, and she said $60, for a mani pedi with a little extra massage, but after it was done the person who did my nails said it was $80. Being young, not wanted to cause a conflict, my parking meter almost being out, and the fact I had to get to a wedding, I didn't say anything, which is on me.I love this nail place, and if they posted their prices I would give them 5 stars. But as long as they don't, I don't think I can go back their. I am also keeping in mind that while I was scammed, the owner might be being scammed too. If she says one prices, but the employees are charging $20 more on top of their normal salary and tips, they are scamming the owner. Genuinely surprised by the positive Yelp reviews. It smells so strongly of noxious chemicals inside my friend and I had a hard time breathing during our entire pedi. I started to feel nauseous. We left when our pedi was done instead of waiting for the polish to dry for a bit because we couldn't take it anymore. There is no ventilation and the lack of fresh air made a mediocre pedi feel like a downer. They also tried to upsell us twice. It's not very clean inside and massage chairs are old. Read Less

All technicians here speak very little English! Despite the communication struggles, my technician came through in delivering professional-level service. Their decor is lovely, and the ambience is relaxing. I had a good experience and would recommend this place to a friend. Read Less

Tip:  make sure to see the price list up front before getting your pedicure. I have been here on a few occasions for pedicures because they do a good job, keep the salon very clean, love the location (easy to find parking) and long hours. I have always been pleased with my pedicures - but the reason for the 3 stars is because I felt disceived on my most recent visit. My recollection was that my prior pedicures only cost $25. On my recent visit they charged me $45 - and there were no noticeable changes in services from the last visit - other than she put some sort of buttery cream on the sides of my feet (but there was no hot wax or anything else). Unfortunately they don't have any prices posted so I was left at the mercy of the only person left working in the salon to let me know what I would be required to pay. Maybe it's because I used to live in the city, but the prices here really aren't bad. Especially considering you get a complimentary massage for just a basic mani/pedi. Everyone who works here is always super friendly and there's a huge selection of regular and gel colors. I've never had a bad experience or haven't had my nails turn out stellar. The one time I was moving and chipped a corner of gel polish on my thumb, they fixed it and gave me another shoulder/arm massage - for free! Tip if you've never been: the storefront is actually on Cypress, even though the address says Broadway. There's a metered lot in the back where you can usually find a spot! Read Less
