The worst gel manicure I ever received! I went in about a week ago and decided to wait for a review in case I got an infection after being cut in four places. Luckily I was able to avoid anything too terrible. I called and made an appointment near closing time and came in on time. Ended up with the worst and most rushed manicure I've ever had. I have paint on my cuticles and it started chipping after a few days. The worse part is that the guy filed my nails after painting them and cut into my skin with the file. I jerked my hand back in pain and he continued to do it. The woman next to me loved the nail salon and it sounds like the SNS is a plus, but I will never come back here. Not worth the money to be cut with the file on four of my fingers and end up with a lousy and rushed paint job.

I love this place! They do amazing work and they have SNS POWDER NAILS!! I SWEAR by this stuff. It has strengthened and lengthened my usually short nails. Prices are great and service is better! Make sure to bring cash for tips as it's always better :)

Have been here twice. First time was a decent experience but the gel polish starting peeling off days later. I was in a rush, about to leave for vacation, and within walking distance the second time I gave them a chance. Mistake. I needed two nails done that I had broke off and the lady I dealt with was rude and made it feel as if she didn't want to waste her time. She tried to convince me multiple times to go to the place I had got them done at. They didn't have the same color, the shape would be different, it wouldn't look right. I had to convince her I just needed my two "ring fingers" done so a different color would be contemporary and I didn't care if they were slightly different. It would look better than my bare nail. She rushed through it and did the sloppiest job I've ever seen. The nails were visibly shorter, lopsided, and so thick it looked blatantly ridiculous.Sorry to inconvenience you at your job, lady, but you didn't have to take it out on my hands.

Consistently great customer service. Prices are competitive. I really like the flexible appointment times. There never seems to be a long wait time. My favorite feature and what keeps me coming back is the reclining/tilting pedicure chairs. I haven't seen chairs like this anywhere else!

Hands down the worst pedicure Ive ever had. I waited a half hour in the chair, which would have been fine if she told me it was going to be a half hour wait, but she didn't and then the pedicure was done in five minutes. She didn't even file my toe nails so they were straight or clean up any skin around the toes. How about the paint job?

Love getting my SNS nails done here! They last so long, 3-4 weeks! My nails have gotten stronger too! I used to use gel polish and my nails were so fragile and flimsy but now they are strong and don't easily bend! I definitely recommend going to Lan, she is so precise and makes sure every single nail is shaped perfectly. Love this place :) Little tip: I don't know why but you can't put a tip on your card which is a little inconvenient. So bring cash for tip :)

The worst gel manicure I ever received! I went in about a week ago and decided to wait for a review in case I got an infection after being cut in four places. Luckily I was able to avoid anything too terrible. I called and made an appointment near closing time and came in on time. Ended up with the worst and most rushed manicure I've ever had. I have paint on my cuticles and it started chipping after a few days. The worse part is that the guy filed my nails after painting them and cut into my skin with the file. I jerked my hand back in pain and he continued to do it. The woman next to me loved the nail salon and it sounds like the SNS is a plus, but I will never come back here. Not worth the money to be cut with the file on four of my fingers and end up with a lousy and rushed paint job.

Have been here twice. First time was a decent experience but the gel polish starting peeling off days later. I was in a rush, about to leave for vacation, and within walking distance the second time I gave them a chance. Mistake. Love getting my SNS nails done here! They last so long, 3-4 weeks! My nails have gotten stronger too! I used to use gel polish and my nails were so fragile and flimsy but now they are strong and don't easily bend! I definitely recommend going to Lan, she is so precise and makes sure every single nail is shaped perfectly. Love this place :) Little tip: I don't know why but you can't put a tip on your card which is a little inconvenient. So bring cash for tip :)
