Jennifer did a totally awesome job with extending one of my nails 1/2" that was totally flat broken off, and repairing another nail with a broken corner. The result is amazing and the metallic red gel still looks awesome today, 3 weeks later... Time to book another appointment with you guys! I cannot sing enough phrases about this amazing place. COPPER pedicure bowls (fight bacteria), sanitation on point, atmosphere is amazing, staff is kind, all extremely talented and knowledgeable nail techs. I called an made an appt the evening before my appointment. I was NOT told of any cancellation policy. I had a work emergency come up and I just couldn't make it. I called to let them know and I was told I would have to pay 25% cancellation fee. I paid the fee, but I will not support this business any longer. The woman I spoke to wasn't friendly either. When they're not busy they do a solid job, Vivian or Christine (I honestly forget her name, she has glasses) were my favorite with my nails which I always requires my almond shape.Pros: nails don't break, will accommodate you when you make appointments, will wait if you have an appoint. Seriously do yourself a favor and call in advanced and make an appointment or you will wait. A ton of nail polish colors and gel. I used to go here for awhile until I found a better nail place. But my mom got us an appointment with my sister so we went for the day. Vivian wasn't in and they were already getting annoyed because we wanted to sit together and there's was a lot of misunderstanding as to what my mom wanted and such. Long story short, they were annoyed w us and hurried throughout the nails. The person who did my mom's nails was being very persistent that she "knew" exactly what my mom wanted and all, and when we tried to say it was wrong, she had an attitude and said it wasn't gonna look good anyways and it was too late. My mom wanted an acrylic pink/white ombré and even showed her a picture.... her version of pink/white ombré was a mess... I came here spontaneously after the recommendation from a co-worker looking pass the horrid Yelp reviews. I just wanted to feel pampered since it's been so long since I had a mani/pedi post pregnancy. I knew immediately I would be disappointed based on the appearance and setup. They didn't even have a nail dryer section. The owner who did my nails left gel all over each nail causing me to pick at them. So annoyed. And my pedicure was OK I guess. I usually go to this place to have my nails done (acrylic nails). The place is nice and clean but the ladies who helped me so far are not very good. Every time I ask them to have my nails thicker they never listen. The color lasts for a long time, but not the fill, they break very easy unless you don't touch anything. If they want, they make your nails look very nice, but that doesn't happen often. Last time I was there was today in the morning and they left one of my nails way darker then the rest purposely, I told the lady that she left my nail darker and she said "yeah I see" and didn't bother to fix it.
