Kendra has been doing my nails for years and never fails to impress me every single time. Her patience her detail her experience and professionalism speaks for itself.  She literally gives you "Pinterest, Instagram nails"  (those perfect nails you see on social media ? ) SHE'S that girl!! I honestly don't even know where to begin. I was so excited to get my nails done here and unfortunately I COMPLETELY REGRET it. This review is pretty much based on the nail tech I had, because while I was watching the other two, I was envious I didn't get one of them! I originally had an appointment with Kendra but had an emergency and had to reschedule with Cat. First of all, when I arrived I got the most cold shoulder "hi" and that was it, she never really initiated a conversation just the basic questions about style, shape and length. So, I sat down and she just started working on my nails. This nail shop is cute and small but that can also be a negative thing and this time it was because I was sweating my ass off. The girl next to me was offered the fan by her nail tech (Kendra) where as mine was zoned in on her work, she probably didn't noticed I was sweating. Now, with how "zoned in" my nail tech is into her work, you'd think my nails would've been phenomenal... yea, me too. Well, I had gone awhile without getting my nails done so my cuticles were grown out, usually when I get my nails done the nail tech uses the drill to just shave them off... not this nail tech. She just put the acrylic around them.. Two of my nails are completely shorter than the other and three of them are completely crooked (and trust me, it's not my finger that do like this). Not even 24 hours later my beads were falling off my nails, and my shellac top coat is chipping. I usually don't complain when there's a few things wrong, if it were just one thing I would've never wrote this review, but because there's so many things wrong with my nails, I felt like it was acceptable. I still tipped her what I normally tip and went about my day because I'm not the one to cause a scene especially when the room is full of people.
