Overall, clean place. Almost no wait, reasonable price. 1 downside I came across was some of the employees smelled like cigarettes and the back did too. Not disappointed though, I always come here to clean up my eyebrows. Read Less

Went here over a year ago and got acrylic with french tip. The guy was rough n my fingers hurt. wasnt too happy. Decided to give them another shot today. Great service. Waited about ten minuets. My nails look great. Read Less

This place was amazing. I've been shopping around visalia for a decent nail salon and this place is my number 1. They were super friendly to me as soon as I came in. Daniel is the one who did my nails and carried a nice conversation with me. We even began to laugh together and my nails came out great. The place was clean, and it wasn't too busy. Went to get a mani/pedi a few weeks back and after only a week my gel manicure was peeling back. I sent a message thru Facebook to Katie letting her know how bummed I was. She quickly replied letting me know she was sorry about my experience, and offered to redo it free of charge! Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by rockstar nails spa. I got my acrylic nails removed and not only did they not honor the prices on their price board, but the method they used to take off my nails was PAINFUL and something I could have easily done myself (for free). They took off the top layer of nail causing them to be flimsy. My nails are still in pain and look terrible. Not worth $10. I will not be returning. Read Less

I went in for a mani-pedi with my mom for my wedding day. And I have to say that the only thing I'm glad for is that I got them done in the morning of my wedding because if I would've waited to do them before the wedding my nails would've been even more chipped than they are now. My mom requested they put the pink nail polish over them (like they usually do and are SUPPOSED to) and they roll their eyes like her request was ridiculous. The best pedicure that I have ever gotten! I got the deluxe and for the price it's so worth it. They use sterile tools, unwrapped in front of you. They used an exfoliating scrub and warm wax finish it off. Definitely my new favorite place!! Read Less

I chose a white glitter type gel color I think it was 129 . And the worker said they would have to put a white coat first as a base then the glitter gel over .So the nails ended up looking like white out , the nails were bumpy , I get acrylic then gel on top .  Then they painted my toenails with regular polish to match they out white first then glitter on top and it literally looked like a 5 year old painted my toes I was so upset . Not only that but one guy did the toes one guy started to do the nails but then handed me off to a third guy  to paint my nails . None of them spoke good English , I paid 47 in total and have a five dollar tip to the two men who painted cus I believe in tipping . In total I paid 57 for a shitty job . A few days later one broke I tried to deal with it because I hate complaining but I went back and asked them to fix them They fixed my nails and painted them another color I was happy with but they were rushing because it was almost closing time (I just got out of work and notified them ahead did time I'd be there at 630pm) he was hurting me while filling them down . and then he  refused to fix my toes unless I paid 12 dollars ...  Why should I pay for something that wasn't done right the first time .   So now they don't match and my toes are terrible I'm embarrassed to go out in sandals Do not go here Read Less

Did a horrible unattractive job on my nails , I told the nail tech what I wanted he said no you don't. I told him the next thing I wanted he said no you don't. And again did what he wanted. there is very little English communication so I did not feel like I could actually explain to him yes this is what I want and why I wanted it. They were so ugly I had to try and file them down myself. I finally got to a real talented manicurist killer Claws by Charlie. Found out Rockstar Nails and Spa put illegal MMA Dental acrylic on my nails. Shame shame on you. You people suck taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers. I have pictures and video to prove this and would happy to add it I could figure out how.Again I cannot say this enough you people really suck. And by you people I very very specifically mean you nail technicians that are trained professionals that know you are not to use illegal MMA acrylic and use them on unsuspecting consumers trust what they are paying for so again you suck Read Less
