I come here for my eyebrows to get waxed, yes I'm one of the small part of our population that still has hair where your brows are supposed to be. They do an amazing job every single time. I literally drive acrosstown just to get the waxing. No complaints! They listen to how I want it ( maintain thickness but clean it up) and they always do it.Ps- never once has any employee here been rude toMe. Ever. I've been coming here for years and they always do a great job. The staff is friendly and really want yo make sure you're happy with the service. Sometimes they underestimate how long you'll need to wait if you just walk in, but they do take appointments. As a trained professional, I was incredibly nervous walking in here. I've had such horrible luck at nail salons especially around Visalia. Honestly horrible. I never review but I can't believe the service or prices they charged me. The wait was so long, they started my daughter before me so leaving wasn't an option.My daughter (5yrs old) got a pedicure. While I got acrylic put on my real nails. While I was at my station the lady asked my daughter if she wanted flowers but never asked me.. the guy who did my nails shorted my real nails a whole bunch and then left them very bulky and thick very uneven. They charged me $30 for my "full set" and $10 for my daughters pedicure plus an additional $5 for the flowers. $30 for some acrylic is crazy!! Not asking the Adult for permission to add ons that cost money is ridiculous!!! Went in for a manicure about 45 minutes before they closed. She did a great job. I asked for the French manicure gel on my nails, which was a first for me. I always paint my own nails, but since I didn't have a lot of time to do a French manicure myself, I decided to get them done. Well I went to be a pedicure yesterday after 6:00pm, this was my first time here. There was 4 employees there and attending other customers. After they were all done with the customers, a few started to leave. While I was finishing up with my pedicure. The guy that works there started to sweep the floors and NAIL DUST was flying all over in the air while I was sitting there getting my nail polished.   I went up to pay for the pedicure the lady said they do not take credit card, only cash. Then they all started to speak Vietnamese, I said but it was not posted that they only take cash!! They asked me to go to the market and get cash. I said I not going too. I have never heard of a nail salon only cash. So one of the ladies went to the back for a few minutes, then returned and said they will take my card now.  It was like they were playing me as a fool. At the end of the day, the pedicure was not what I paid for as listed, because they were all in a hurry to leave.  As my take of the place I will not return and I suggest no one to go here ever!  Also I would give this place a -0 star!!!! Went in for a fill, ended up paying for a full set because the previous place I went to did a pretty bad job. So they had to correct it. Pro's... They do a good job on shaping the acrylic and painting nails. Cons...they charge $5 for design each nail. They need to update their sign with the prices because on there it says something different. WORST NAIL PLACE IN VISALIA!!!! VERY RUDE!!! I went in to get a color change which is $15 dollars but the nail tech wanted to charge me $20. I called him out on it and he tried arguing with me at first but then agreed to $15. Throughout my visit they would NOT stop asking me about where I had gotten acrylic nails done. I couldn't remember the name!! They just kept harassing me about it so I couldn't even enjoy my visit!! It was annoying!! Then he didn't dry my gel nail polish properly so it got messed up. I went back so they can fix it and they told me they close at 7. It was 6:50 and to come back tomorrow. How is that my problem? Because I already paid they don't care about my bad polish. What lazy people! Do the job right! When people asked why my polish was so bad I let them know it was these people. I came back the next day and the tech said he would only do the left big toe, which was the worst one, but would not redo both feet. After arguing some more he finally agreed, but not before saying something in Vietnamese in an angry tone. No brainer about who he could have been talking about. In the end I got the polish on both feet redone but the arguing was really not necessary. But if I hadn't argued, then I'd be walking around with one good toe redone and the other nine would have looked terrible. I thought this place was called "NICE NAILS" false advertisement. Not coming back, I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are rude, talk badly about you in a different language, it's no wonder why they only had 2 other customers when I walked in on a Saturday afternoon! Went in and got a rough pedicure then on to my nails. A woman started putting my nails on and halfway through a man butted in and took over because she wasn't doing them correctly. He said she wasn't applying enough acrylic. I was told that one of the ladies left to pick her kid up from school and hadn't returned. Then when it came time to pay I was told to go to Savemart and get money out of the ATM. I was there for 2 hours. What a wasted of my time. Never again! Read Less

When I lived in Visalia this was the only nail place I ever went to because I always loved my nails after! I came back home for a visit and decided to get a gel manicure done since I've had them done here before. Let me tell you, when I come back into town I don't think I'll ever come back here again. They weren't busy and I was very rushed. The nail technician messed up my cuticles very badly and made three of my cuticles bleed and they became swollen days later. She didn't care nor apologize. My gel manicure also only lasted about a week(usually I can get a minimum of two weeks when I get them done here). Can't remember her name I just know she wears glasses(Not Nancy because she is always awesome). I'm giving this place two stars because I do love this place but it was nobody else's fault but the technicians. Had this not happened I wouldn't be writing a bad review. I went in for a pedicure. The pedicures are $20 and the manicures are $15. There were quite a few customers in there at 3pm. They went ahead and started the water and let me sit in the massage chair for 10 minutes before someone was available.It was a standard pedicure, nothing special. They cleaned up my nails nicely and they massaged my legs and feet for a total of 6 minutes, which is more than some places. However, they wore latex gloves during the massage. I don't care too much for a gloved massage because it doesn't feel as good. The pedicure was about 30 minutes long. For $20 bucks though, I would go back. P.s. BRING CASH $$ Read Less

I had a good experience at this place. I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure.  They did a very nice job. It felt wonderful.  I don't like the fact that I felt I could not explain what I wanted because they were in such a rush to get me started.  Also their credit card machine is still not working. Since it has been broken for so very long and all they want is cash it leads me to believe that there is some shady tax issues going on there. Came here with some time to kill for a simple polish. I chose a color that I thought was cute and the bottle seemed to have never been used, which I did on purpose so I'd get a good amount out of it. However the lady who did my nails BARELY dabbed any on my nails at all, which resulted in her missing spots! Like it was a full, probably unused bottle, and she barely put any on the brush! She also had on acrylics so she couldn't really clean up the sides of my messy fingers where she got polish on my skin. My nails looked worse than when I had came in. It was only $7 and I really wish I hadn't given her a $1 tip. Those immigrants are SO PUSHY, rude, and ungrateful, I felt forced to tip!
