I went in today today to get polish change, I was not greeted, not offered water, nothing.....the girls all then proceeded to talk about me in their language....looking at me and snickering.....the woman I saw couldn't even give me a decent polish change! I went there for the first time last week. I hate how my nails turned out... the lady did my nails so horribly. She shaped them uneven and also put a very thin coat of nail polish. Had french tip nails and asked them to take them off and give me coffin nails because I didn't want the white to show from the back of the nails. He told me it wouldn't show and it'd be red so I agreed and when he was finished my nails were still white from under my nails and didn't try to paint over it. Paid 30 for crappy cheap looking nails. Horrible service. My daughter and I went to have mani and pedi's. The people were rude talk to each other the entire time (loudly). Right before it was time to Polish my nails the lady tells me to give a 5.00 tip. I was shocked. I gave 4.00. The man doing my pedicure said why would you only give me a 5.00 tip. Then he stood up mad walked away sat on a stool and told someone else to finish my pedicure. I was so appalled. Took my daughter to get her nail fixed and I wanted a manicure, all other nail shops in Visalia were closed and tomorrow is the 4th of July. Horrible customer service. After waiting an hour, I was told they couldn't do my pedicure. Once my daughters nail was fixed they asked her what color she wanted. Pointing to their gel nail sample which matches the color she had on they proceeded to tell her we don't have that color. They don't use a base coat under the Polish. They didn't fully remove prior nail Polish and it still shows in nail creases next to new polish. They are VERY rough when scrubbing your feet. And when I got home, my feet were dry and rough. They weren't that way when I went in. I actually had to buy my own products to resscrub them and make them smooth and soft again. My nails look terrible! My white tips are sloppy and uneven. Also he thought I said I wanted sparkle on the lining of the white and when I told him I didn't, He didn't take it off all the way but my nails are gel so now I still have sparkle stuck underneath. I always come here and they are very friendly they always do what I ask and make sure I like what they are doing they owners are so good at their jobs. I love how the designs come out and colors!!, but of course I can speak only for myself. I just wanted to share this and I have been coming for three years already. I mostly get my nails done and a massage as well as my mom, dad, and brother. My mother and I feel that other places hurt us while doing our nails and when they are giving you a massage the do it quick and in a rush even if they aren't busy. Read Less

Obviously I can only speak for myself, but I enjoy coming here, there's this one guy, luong ? I think his last name is, he always asks if what he's doing to my nails is what I want, sometimes he'll strike a conversation with me and sometimes I'll strike one with him. He's not cold or rude. As for the place itself, I've never looked around and had a problem with cleanliness. Actually, there was a couple times I was there and people who got helped after me would be rude to the other manicurists. I stopped in with all of my girls for pedi's and they were horrible! They only spent about 6 minutes to do the procedures, did not apply two coats of polish, spoke to each other in their language...laughing and nodding our way. They demanded payment before pedi's were finished and then just left us in the chairs...never came back! Ending note...the hot wax was dirty and disgusting. Beware, never go into this nasty place!
