I randomly started going to House of Enchantment a year and a half ago after I walked past a few times and decided to make an appointment to try it out. Darlene has been doing my eyebrows since, and I couldn't be happier. She is very nice, uses great products and always listens to what I want. I am always happy with her service and look forward to my appointments with her. In addition, she has candy and treats for once your appointment is over. I've been going to the house of enchantment for mmm 2yrs now or even longer and Darlene is the best at what she does. I could never go anywhere else or think of even trying anywhere else. Both Amanda and Darlene did a great job. Darlene was so knowledgeable about skincare. I was impressed. The spa had a great atmosphere. This was my first time at the spa, my boyfriend wanted to get me the massage and mani/pedi for my birthday. My boyfriend scheduled the massage with Ericka and I called Amanda and scheduled my nail appointment for to be done after the massage. Ericka performed my massage, she was extremely nice and professional. I felt very comfortable and relaxed! Amanda did my gel mani/pedi. She took her time and did an amazing job on my nails, they are perfect. Amanda was very nice and made me feel totally comfortable. Both associates offered me water while I was there to stay hydrated and made sure I was taken care of. My only advice, make sure you call ahead and book an appointment, there are no walk ins. So after much searching I found a day spa that seemed to fit what I wanted, took the plunge and made an appointment! Yoly is incredible and funny! She has been in the nail business for years and clearly knows the game. She takes her time with each client and makes sure you are satisfied with everything before she moves on to the next step. I went in thinking that I had massive problems that would need to be treated with chemical peels or microdermabrasion but she assured me that we did not need to take a drastic route, just make some changes in my routine. I was looking for a great place to have facials,waxing and massages done.I searched Yelp and after reading all the reviews of what Visalia had to offer..I decided to give Darlene a call.. I arrived (lots of parking) and was greeting by Darlene. She was very friendly, attentive and made me feel very comfortable. She took me into her facial room where I was greeted by soft music playing,  a muffin and a bottled of water. I enjoyed the muffin and the bottled water while I filled out a questionnaire, so she can get to know my skin. The facial was absolutely amazing! My skin felt great. She also waxed my eyebrows. Did a great job!  I left there feeling absolutely fabulous. Since then I've been back to have another facial and a massage by Erika.   Erika did a great job. Really worked out the knots and customized the massage to really suit my needs. The place is extremely clean and very cozy.. a great place to host a spa party with friends.Next time... I took my daughter here for her acne. Darlene was very sweet and welcoming. She greeted my daughter with a brownie and some water! She allowed me to sit in the room and watch her give my 13 year old a facial. She explained to the both of us about acne, what causes it, how to get rid of it etc. She would explain what she was doing to my daughters face as she was doing the treatments. When she was done she gave my daughter samples to try and we saw a huge improvement on her skin a few days later. I absolutely recommend Darlene. I will be taking my daughter back for a follow up. My skin is dry and I have been wanting to get a facial that won't be too abrasive cause my skin is also sensitive. I'm thankful that Darlene recommended that I try the Hydrating and Balancing Natural Facial! It was awesome! Everything she used was organic and natural.  I loved the Honey Oatmeal Pajama Paste Mask. Aside from its sweet smell, it left my skin feeling soft and smooth!! I also loved the Agave Oil she used that also hydrated my skin without feeling greasy afterwards. On top of all the products she used, Darlene is also very accommodating. My first time with Darlene was last year May 2013 for my cyctsic acne. My face was inflamed and red with acne! I was fortunate enough to stumble upon this place when I came home to visit my parents from college. Darlene is an expert in her field, and after my first visit with her, I knew it wouldn't be the last. She extracts, which was a major plus for me.
