I’m reviewing this for the person who did my nails. Not sure his name but he is the oldest from the two males working here and he doesn’t speak English very well. Not happy with my nails. like another reviewer he hurt some of my nails while he prepared them for the gluing nail. He did apologize. But my nails didn’t came out good he left most of my nail shorter than my actual nail, very unhappy. Got charge $40 but with tip was $45. Went in last Friday to put gel on my real nails paid 20.00. The man didn't use bare coat so a week later all my gel is pealing off. I got clear gel with a little glitter brushed on and he called it ombre and charged me another 5.00 but didn't tell me until I was done. Never again will I go back there. Read Less

Do NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THE OLD MAN WHO DID MY FILLS SUCKS and they wouldn't tell me who the owner was. It's partially my fault because I left my glasses in the car and I was so upset. He didn't apply the nail polish on smooth and with that you can see that the nails weren't smooth out and I had some blood on my thumb. He SHOULD HAVE SEEN THAT. THIS PLACE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give this place NO  I would! They are very rude I mean down right disrespectful! I took my ten year old daughter here today after cheerleading tryouts to celebrate . No one spoke to her when she walked in !!! They all stared I spoke and asked for a pedicure and they told my daughter to pick a color! She picked a color and we had a . After 15 mins another mother and daughter walked in and they were seen before me and my daughter! The older I mean real old looking Asian men the back began throwing his hands up! Staring and pointing and when I asked what he was pointing at he looked down and stopped talking! Then my daughter tapped me and said "LOOK MAMA " the man was pointing at the clock on. The wall I guess implying they were out of time for my daughter ! AGAIN I ASKED WHAT ARE YOU SAYING TO ME I TOLD THE MAN I DONT READ HAND SIGNS AND SIGNAL BUT I SPEAK TO COMMUNICATE! I went in on a Saturday and there was no wait which should have been my "here's your sign" moment. I got a mani and pedi by the same lady, she was super nice and friendly but her work is not up to par. After my nails started to dry I noticed bubbles and weird lines like the polish was separating from the top coat. Overall I could have done a better job myself. Read Less

Annoyed! I went to this nail salon to get my very first manicure and pedicure. The lady who attended me did not have good customer service to begin with. when asked if she could fix how she had left my nails uneven she was rude about it. The nail polish was not even brushed on properly and the top coat was throw on; she was in a rush to get it done. A kid could have done a better job. So dissapointed. Honestly....Run away from this place!! I wanted a quick underarm wax and all I've got was bruises under my arms and after a week still red and dark...I usually get wax quick and it shouldn't hurt if you had it for many years and hair starts to thin out. From the entrance looks nice but be AWARE they DON'T CARE about doing a good job. This place is hit and miss. Not worth the gamble of getting a miss. Horrible..save yourself time and money, just go somewhere else. My nails look like my 4 year old son did them. I didnt bother going back to have them fix my nails because of the way I witnessed them treat another woman who came in to inform them of an extreme mess up. Horrible!!!!! I ended up paying almost twice as much as I expected. The guy made my fingers bleed and I kept pulling away and telling him it hurt! His work overall...I got three fingers that bled and a acrylic nail that is smaller than my actual nail. He didn't even apologize for hurting my fingers. Please don't waste your money here. This place is terrible ive kept going there because i really think it's important to support local small businesses  to keep our area growing but every time i go they do a terrible job the owners son is very rude and the employees are fighting with eachother , personally i go to a spa to relax....u can feel the tension not a good place to go definitely my last time going to them ...ive sat in at least three chairs and my nails are always crooked n sloppy looking.#nostars Read Less

If I could write negative stars on this I would. Linda the owner has no customer service what so ever. I went in to get a clean up on my brows. I explained to her I still wanted them thick. She made them so thin I almost cried. She is mean has the most horrible attitude and extremely prideful. No customer service skills at all. Please don't ever go there. Read Less

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS!! i went there yesterday to get my nails and toes done. i asked for a gel mani/pedi and it was nice at first until there was a bubble on one of the nails that the lady didn't want to fix....she said "ohh the gel has it like that"....yeah ok no it doesn't but whatever....so he lazily starts pressing it trying to make the bubble come out, which is still there.....then one nail has red spots on it.....and she didn't want to redo that... one either!! so whatever I'm starting to walk to pay and i look at my toes and not one but THREE toe nails were crappy so i told them to red them and she lazily just put a new coat over it. so i pay and leave cause i had work....today i woke up and notice they were 2 different colors. i went back and asked why and they said because your toes are reg and nail are gel...WHAT?!?!?!?! i asked for both gel so politley i explained and asked for them to do them over that i asked for gel. they sure for extra $13.....ummmm NO!! you messed up you fix it. so i talked to the "manager" who then left me talking to some lady who claimed to be the "other manager" and she said no i did your toes and you said reg. pedi.....i never even talked to the lady except to tell her i wanted the parrafin wax......and since the guy who i origanlly spoke to as i entered wasn't there he couldn't say anything. she claims to be an "eye witness" and says I'm lying. even my husband was there and heard and i said id bring my husband back and she said go ahead idc you pay $13 and no money back. some f*ckin nail place this is. don't even want to admit to there mistakes.....or at least try to fix it so they don't lose a customer. I went in for  pedicure and a nail fill an Color. I wanted a blue ombre. It was so bad I went home an took it off. They had no idea what they were doing .I would have gone somewere else if I knew how crappie it would be. Read Less

I called asking how much there full set with gel was and the lady lied and told me $25 when it was actually $35, to top it off my nails came out so crooked, clumpy and thick & he left my nail so sore. Never again. I recommend pretty nails on amethyst and bear valley. Read Less

Was there yesterday for gel nail, I went there a few years back and wasn't happy with the service. So I figured I'd give them another try since it's all new people. First thing is the language barrier, the guy had no idea what I was saying. He missed the side of my nail and I asked him to please put some polish on the sides. He said "I do later". I trusted him. He finished everything and my nail still needed the sides done. The nails came out lumpy and you can see the brush strokes. The top of my nail had a lot more polish then he rest of the nail. So if you touch it it feels like a little hill. They are now getting bubbly and just looks horrible. I am never coming here again, that's for sure. Read Less

Horrific nail place! !! Please go elsewhere, went 4 acrylic nail removal. They don't know how to properly remove nails so they damaged 4 of my real nails and cut the edges of 6 of fingers with a craftsman drilling tool not meant for drilling nails. then proceeded to use same bloody drill on some else's foot pedicure  unsanitary at its worst. The tech I had was not understanding what I was explaining on how I wanted my pedicure's outcome. The salon is beautiful but the language misunderstanding is a challenge.He was not cutting the cuticle at all I noticed  and pointed out , he said  ,"he said  , I do later!? Lol what ever that meant.!? LolAnother of the techs came to ask how all was, I explained my misunderstanding and she took over..now she know what to do !!!! He just stood observing., she did all basically that need to be done and did my French tip as I wanted .She was to par so thank god she took over.I will come back only if does my pedi next time. So it wasn't so disappointing after all.I saw all or most reviews of other near by nail spa's and I was so disgusted and disappointed on reviews of this so called professional establishments. Sad to see esthetics so called professionals being so gross on lack of sanitation mis  handling as well as lack of performance on end result of pedicures. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! Horrible place! Do not waste your money or time here.  Went in for a mani and pedi, didn't get out of there fast.  They took 3 hrs! They kept telling customers that the wait was 10 to 20 mins when in reality it was at least an hour.  A lady came in to get her daughters eyebrows done and there where five other women waiting to be seen, and all the chairs were full but they thought it was a good idea to stop working on me to go do this girls eyebrows when I was already there for an hour.  They charged me 7 more dollars for my "Difficult"  nail design and it didn't even come out right, it looked like a kid had done it, actually I think a kid would have done a better job.  Also they cut too much on my thumbs cuticle and it's swollen. This nail salon is horrible. I've been there twice both times  my nails are horrible. There's a ton of glue under my nail and on my finger, I have acrylic all around my finger,  and not to mention around my cuticle my fingers are red and tender from the nail file. Thinking my gel color would make them look a bit better...I was wrong there's lighter spots on all my nails and  the color looks chunky. the end result are very very poor. I'll never go again! THis place is a total rip off! They advertised 15$ pedicure but charge 5.00 extra for treating your heels. Couldnt understand a thing they were saying...noone speaks english. The 15 dollar pedicure ended up costing 23 dollars with an extra dollar charge to use my debit card.....TERRIBLE SERVICE AND UNSANITARY!!! DONT USE THIS PLACE! They are horrible with Gel! They do not understand simple English. Asked if I wanted my nails shorts, I replied no, they filed them down anyway, thick application required 45 minutes of drilling down now my fingers are so sore. Do not waste your time, money or your nails. ARGH! Read Less
