Had an appt with Brenda. She was late. Told me she only does nude acrylics and gel. Not once did she mention this before my appt. I asked if anyone else did what i wanted to get, olive green acrylic, and she said no one does that. I've never been to a nail salon where they don't do any other nails but nude. I immediately left. If i could give 0 stars i would.. they cancelled my nail appointment super last minute when i had plans to go to vegas the same day. They sent me a text rather then calling me to let me know. They overcharge completely. I got a fullset for $45 when i should have gotten charged $25 or lower with the amateur work that was done. The girl that answers phones doesnt listen well at all . I had to repeat myself to her over 10 times when i was speaking clear as day. When i tried to reschedule with another tech for my friend and i , she tells me she only had room for 1 fill and wouldnt be able to see my friend , but said it with complete attitude. She seemed to lazy to do it. Having a buisness in the mall, makes them believe that they could overcharge for their inexperienced work. I booked an appointment for a full-set for my sister and I on November 28th with Justine. I personally messaged her on Instagram. She never sent me a confirmation message. I messaged her this morning and she did not reply. When I called the salon this morning to confirm they told me she wasn't going in tomorrow. They told me I could go in Saturday afternoon for an appointment. I booked her with a long time in advance because I am getting married on Saturday. So now I won't have my nails done for my wedding. This is the ONLY place that I'll ever go to for my nails. Lanae always does a good job, she takes her time and does everything right. Ramen is who I go to for threading. But in my experience I've noticed that ALL of the technicians and threaders are good at what they do. Read Less

I went with my boyfriend to get a pedicure and they were short on nail techs so one girl said she would do ours both side by side. That was very nice of her and I really do appreciate it. I like the paint on my toes. But the pedicure was not good overall. My feet had tons of dry skin still if not WORST that night after the pedicure. My boyfriend works on his feet and said he doesn't feel a difference at all and looked the exact same when he went to get all the dry skin off. Won't be going back but we do appreciate the tech. Customer service was great. But 25$ each pedicure for that was ridiculous.Read Less

The whole staff @ sadanas is great 🤗 starting with Gisele she always greats you with a smile💁. Brenda ,Brianna ,Justine, Lanae.. all these girl are awesome they all do a wonderful job with nails 💅 with there own unique styles. Heater does excellent 👌waxing and is very professional. Raman does a awesome job with🙇 threading . I visit this place at least 3 to 4x a month. I love ❤there service all the girls here are easy 😆going and cool to talk to...Thank u girl! Read Less

I just waited 45 minutes to get a fill , which was fine because I was a walk in. Except!!!! the person who was going to my fill decided to start pedicures on a woman who had been waiting 5 minutes, and did not have an appointment. I will never try this salon again. Read Less
