Worst place ever, I had to pay $35 for just a clear nail with little to no sparkles, you can clearly see my original nails, they did my nails 3 times and still go it wrong. If i could.. i would give ZERO stars!! Took my niece to get her eyebrows waxed and they totally messed them up! She almost took them completely off!!!  At first she made one eyebrow thinner than the other, so we had her at least even them out... it was just downhill from there. If I could I wouldn't give it any stars! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I asked the young girl who was doing my pedicure to cut my nails a bit and remove the bit of ingrown nail I had. All she did was stab my toe with the nail clippers repeatedly like she didn't know what she was doing so then I asked for someone else to finish my pedicure which pissed her off and started yelling in her language. Then the other lady that was finishing my pedicure was highly irritated with me and also didn't know what she was doing so then I told her to just paint my nails so I can go on my way. If I could I'd give them ZERO stars! I had a young girl do my pedicure and it was horrible! I asked her to cut my nails & she kept cutting the side and stabbing me! After I politely asked her to get someone else to do my nails she was pissed off and grabbed someone else who then also just kept trying to cut the side of my nails and was really irritated. They ripped off my girls! My girl was charged for a full set which was $18.00 and $5.00 to take off nails. My little one got her nails painted for $5.00. They paid for the nails however; when they were about to leave the front desk demanded another $5.00 from them stating my girl got French tips. She did not ask for the French tip nor did she get these. We were quoted $18.00 when we walked in together. Horrible rude people. I will not go back again! Read Less

Last time I came in, the lady cut all my nails off, down to the quick. I told her that I did not want them cut at all. The manager came over and asked what happened. Both the manicurist and I told her the same thing. She cut my nails after I told her not to. The manager said the next time I came in she would get me a discount. This time when I came in the manager said that she refused to give me my manicure for free (which I did not ask for, all I did was remind her of the past incident). She kept saying that she did not do my nails last time, so not her problem. I told her 3 times that I was paying for my manicure, but reminded her that I was supposed to get a discount. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!If they allowed me to give No stars at all I would!They are very rude, the first time I went here I called and they told me that my nails would cost $15 and then when they started doing them they changed up and said $16!! I know it's not that much a difference, but what if I only brought that exact amount. Then when I told the lady that she said $15, she had the audacity to raise her voice at me and say NO! $16.. I chose to ignore her and just say ok so I could just get them done and get out of there.. I chose to give them a second chance and brought my sister so she could get hers done for her birthday..They did a half ass job on her pedicure( they were very stingy with the products) and when they were filing her nails, they filed them so hard that she was in pain.. When she said something about it they told her that she could leave and get her nails done somewhere else.. But they made sure to remind her to pay for her pedicure!! Rude..Rude..Rude..do not go to this salon UNLESS you want to be talked down to, in two languages experience bad customer service and pay for it, this is the place for you. Out side they advertised $16.00 for a full set. So took my 14 year old daughter in for a full set. Before we sat down wanted to make sure the price that was on the outside was accurate and what was included. I was told short which I expected and wanted for my daughter only difference was the shape of the nails which was oval but same length I was told it would be $4.00 more only, inquired again wanted same short length..instead answering the question in a professional manner the older lady with a jet black bob responded by sarcastically telling ne the difference between a 99¢ burger and a chicken sandwich and did this in front of the 2 customers that was there, really did not need the bad analogy or the rude, unprofessional comments...and I was asked after if I wanted to make a appointment..Wow..Really? OkThey did a terrible job on my feet you can still see the mail polish from before underneath and I asked for her to put a callus remover on my feet and as you can see the dead skin is still there. And then we start talking about you in their own language very rude. Read Less

Glued my best friends eyelids shut when applying lashes, forcing them to pull and cut her lashes apart. We both went through the most excruciating stinging pain for about 30 minutes each. We stuck though it all patiently and silently. The woman made me feel as if it was her first time applying lashes. She totally looked over the discomfort and watery eyes dripping down out cheeks. Disappointing!  I now know why there was no wait when I got there.  Half ass jokes when I walked in that we're not funny...although it could have just been me that didn't think they were funny.  I went in for a pedicure and fill.  Pedicure was $13.Pedicure was fine.  Nothing special.  The problem was the paint job.My person did a horrible job.  The paint was choppy and uneven.  I stopped her before she even finished my second coat.  I had her remove the polish and said I would just do it myself.  When removing the polish, she couldn't even do that right.  The a second person came to repaint my toes after some protest.  I had brand new polish, never used, expensive.  She wanted to put thinner in it like it was the polish's fault.  NO WAY! I stopped her after the first coat and said not to bother with a second.  I chose not to get the fill.I will have my toes repainted tomorrow and my fill done right. Read Less
