My wife just came from from Professional Nail & Spa, disappointly they are far from meeting up to there name. Overall poor CS and attitude. Originally she went a couple days before but I noticed couple of nail tips looked crooked.She went back to get them corrected and was told at no cost. Wrong she came out paid full price for nail fill and cut. She rebuttle but was told rudely told "well if you don't like you can go some place else". Run away. This place was awful. You get what you pay for. When you walk in, it's humid and musty and smells like a kitchen. They don't put bags in the foot soak tub. Tried THIS place Years Ago,  I recently received a gift certificate to this place so I recently Revisited this place again . Had a Horrible Experience again, Absoloutey DISGUSTING food On the counter as though they live out if the shop when I walked in they'd sat and chatted as though I didn't even walk in. And then I asked one of the representatives could they do a full set she then chuckled and responded what type of full set I then responded with just a regular full set nothing special. They then begin to speak in their dialect which is fine I love diversity however when it comes to conducting business in a predominantly English-speaking Community you then need to communicate in a way where all can understand you. So then I sat down to have my nails done mind you I have a gift certificate there for I'm obligated to be there. The station was dirty, professionalism she lacked, as I begin to just glance around I noticed that this place has not changed one bit it progressively has gotten worse. My nail job needless to say was unfinished incomplete. I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the work that was performed on my nails. My nails are so bumpy and full of air bubbles! It's looks like a beginner did my nails! I asked for a gel full set but I'm sure the nail tech used regular polish with a gel top coat and charged me for gel. The air bubbles on my nails tells me that's exactly what the tacky money hungry scammer did. Also the drills and everything are unsanitary -they don't use disposable drill tips. It's my fault for going to an Asian nail shop knowing their reputation. Unsanitary, cheap product, sloppy work, and they give attitudes when you ask them to correct their work. Absolutely wonderful. Great prices. Very skilled too. Had absolutely no trouble with messed up polish, cut fingers, or incorrectly applied acrylic nails. I went here yesterday for a fill and a pedicure.  It was horrible!!  My fill was ok but I got gel nail polish and it is all over my cuticles. I was there almost 2 hours and had 3 different people working on me.  The 1st lady that started my fill left me to go work on another lady and then did a pedicure while I had my pedicure.  After my pedicure was over she finally cam over to finish my fill.  When I got up to the register to go pay they charged me $75!!!  For a fill with gel and a pedi with gel.....never again!!!! I went in for a full set and pedicure and eyebrow wax. I asked "The nail tech that sits next to Wendy" if she could do my pedi first, incase I run out of time and she got an adituitte and from there it all down hill. Mind you I was the only customer in at the time, she got up 5x never even in gaged in a conversation with me instead she ridley carried on a conversation with the other two nail techs the entire time. After she called herself finished with the pedi she proceeded to polish and that's when I got pissed! I had acrylic on my big toe from my previous pedi that CLEARLY needed a fill and the heifer didn't even offer to fill it! So I said you don't see that I need a fill??? Probably didn't notice because she was so busy running her mouth, but anyway... After she filled my toe nails she put the gel Polish of my choice on. The job was so sloppy I asked her to re due the two nails that were the worse because they looked dirty. Instead of her lazy ass doing it she sent Lyn to clean up her mess. By now I'm fuming I told her nevermind on the full set and brows paid without tipping her because she didn't deserve it and left a very unsatisfied customer. I will NEVER go back to that shop again. Called ahead to make sure they had an open chair, I got there around 6:30 and they had a spot for me. I sat down and soaked my feet...only had to wait about 20 min before it was my turn. I like that this place seems very clean. Prices were not posted up so I asked to see a price menu. Even though my French tip pedi was a little odd I left a happy girl! I will definitely be back! I came into get my nails taken off and the lady that took my nails off was not to friendly she was speaking another language to her coworkers. One the other workers looked like she was filming me. When they give you the wrong information on price they don't care and still have you pay even if your nails are horrible I use to love this place but after they did horrible on my nails and still had me pay 45 and the lady said 25 and I even repeated to her she said 25 again and I was still charged 45. It's really bad. When I walked into the salon there were literally employees with blankets and pillows sleeping in the spa chairs! and they didn't bother to move . There was food everywhere! a coconut with a straw poking out of it cooked rice, bagels hot cocoa.  Like the salon doubled as a break room. The towel over the wrist cushion was dirty yellow instead of white with visible stains. The overall look is unsanitary. It's funny because they had several cards by the register for a local cleaning service that they apparently don't use. The manicure was shotty there was chips of my old nail polish color left on my nail. One person started my manicure and I told her what I wanted and began small talk but with out any words at all , Two fingernails in, she swapped out with another employee after a customer came in asking for her. I had to repeat what I want it all over again. She was very pushy. I didn't see many licenses posted I think I saw one but they were five employees in there. The state may need to shut this one down. if you go here i recommend having the young man with tattoos do your nails. he definitely knows what he is doing and also removes nails quickly. i'm impressed by the way my acrylic nails strength and aperiance after two weeks. however his choice of the 3d was poor. i ended up sanding the 3d acrylic off of the nail. because it was way to big and looked odd, caught on everything. on the down side, my girlfriend had the a women do her nails while he did mine. at first she understood the simple gel colors as my friend provided a picture. my friend was shocked to see her only put one color on and than finsh with the top coat. she excepted it and than asked for one dimond on each hand. the women insisted on large flowers that totally clashed. my friend didnt get her point across needless to say. the fallowing day my one of my friends nails broke right off. poorly done. i would not recommend going here inless you have the man technician. The salon was not clean and I am tired of having to listen to loud conversations that I can't even understand. I would much rather pay more and go to another more professional establishment that understands what it means to  provide a relaxing nice atmosphere . This place was dirty. They offered me gel nail polish and i chose one and then when it was time paint my nails they said they didn't have it. Their nail polish collection is old and out of date. Nothing new or spring/summer colors. The older lady that did my nails was very rough, not gentle at all. They had the front door open and all the wind was blowing in our face. NOT relaxing at all. I'm still trying to find that nail place that I really like in the high desert.This one is okay, they were rushing and I could tell and there are holes in my gel and they are all uneven. I wouldn't go back or recommend this place to anyone. There is gel on my skin and when the lady was trying to clean the around the edges of my nail with her fingernail she took off like half of the gel she just applied. So far the best nail place I've gone to. The people were nice, they took their time and didn't rush through my nails even tho they had other people waiting. They gave me exactly what I wanted. Awful! Go anywhere but here!! Went here to get a pedi for a wedding (bride picked place), worst pedi ever. Old, shabby chairs. Water was too hot, cut my nails too short, paraffin too hot. No one speaks English, that's not uncommon at nail places but usually there is one person who speaks English. Not one here. She Didt ask me what services I wanted she just went to work. So rough.
