The nail tech that did my nails was extremely rude and unprofessional. He got frustrated when I didn't agree with what he wanted to do on my nail. He agreed to do a design and once he was done doing my nails he said he doesn't know how to do it. He did not do what I asked because he was too impatient to listen. When I walked in there was literally no other customers, so it's not like he had lots of customers to get to. I will not come back here just because of the terrible service. Ugh why didn't i read the reviews!!?It was awful.  Went in to get acrylics removed and the guy just starts prying my nails off! I said "what are you doing?! I can do this at home! I want them soaked." He said it takes too long.  I repeated that i could have ripped my own nails off at home. A lady came over and soaked my nails and tried to be nice but that idiot man had already ripped part of my natural nails off! She had to trim further. Horrible place. They take you in just to have more business. Not a clean nail shop. The woman who did my nails not only did a horrible job but initially refused to polish my nails with the color I picked because it was too light. I said "I know, I like light colors". Always go based off the rating and this one is the worst....  I'm disgusted and disappointed went in for a fast and cheap full set and the guy who took me was rude and clearly didn't know what the hell he was doing did my full set... after constantly complaining about little things i didn't like how he put globs and globs of acrylic on they were uneven the nail polish job was disgusting uneven and not clean he finally took the nail clippers and started clipping my nails grabbed a bowl poured acetone on it and dunk my hands in there then proceeded to file them off full force my hands are done and they hurt so badly please think about this review before going in and getting the worst full set ... not to mention the place was dirty as hell they obviously did not sweep in years nails everywhere did not clean the pedicure stations after use very unprofessional!! I went in for a repair and a color change, I have coffin nails done from a previous salon. The nail she repaired (middle finger) is shorter than my other nails, they aren't correctly shaped and the color change was horrible. Repairs and color change don't make them much money so they're careless. She argued with Me that my nails aren't properly painted because I need a fill (my nails were done 1 day before the color change) I'll let the pictures speak for incompetence.Read Less

Stoped in for the first time today! I WILL NOT EVER RETURN!  Started with a full set. $22 decided on regular polish because gel was $15 EXTRA .. The most ive ever paid was $10 extra for gel. The lady glued my nails on and was friendly then someone came in for eye brows so she asked if i wanted a pedicure, I did. She sent me to start my pedicure so she could get to the eye brows. T got tge deluxe pedi. $30.. The lady did take her time triming with the nippers and did a good job at that. Deluxe Pedi is supposed to include callus removal... from experience one the treatment is applied you wait a few minutes before scrubbing. The callus removal was a waste and nothing more than I could have done with a scrubber and water at home. Deluxe pedi includes a clay foot mask and a massage. The foot mask from my experiences always leaves a tingling and refreshing feeling, I experienced none of that. The massage was just a quick application of lotion.  The polish looks good on the pedi. Not my nails thats a whole different story... The guy who finished the first ladys job cut me badly on my ring finger it was bleeding he put some green blue stuff to stop the bleeding. It hurt and my finger is still red and swollen. He then cut me under the nail on my thumb trying to clean all excess acrylic he got down there. The job is very sloppy and the polish lines are terrible. There is uneven polish up my cuticles and acrylic stuck under my nails. I had to scrub my fingers to get all the extra acrylic off my skin. I did not tip the man that did my nails and that is something I NEVER do. It was a terrible job and he was not apologetic for the injuries to my fingers he caused. The worst part was it took 2 hours for a full set and Pedicure!  If my nails looked great I wouldnt have minded... but 2 hours for a poor job is not acceptable.  My recommendation is to find some where else if you are considering going here! This  place was absolutely horrible!!  If I could give them no stars I would.  I came in with my long beautiful nails and walked out with all crooked different shaped nails. The gel polish chipped in the next day and had black residue on it probably bescuse the gel polish they used was old or cheap!  When I came back to fix it the young lady ran to fix it because she knew the other one messed up and felt sorry for me!!! Didn't give five stars because it could have been cleaner and there was a gal (one of the workers I presume) sitting in a pedicure chair eating noodles. Thought that was a little unprofessional. Left Bleeding in extreme pain, acrylic nails ripped off, no use of acetone, and charge for a nail removal.Went in to have them remove my acrylic nails and put on a new full set, have a manicure and pedicure her. Rather than soaking my acrylic nails in acetone and removing them properly, they basically ripped off the acrylic nails they did not soak them in acetone. He rammed the tool so hard it hit the skin that holds my natural nail to my finger and completely sliced it on two fingers. I started bleeding and showed them the blood but they didn't care at all. In fact the lady that works there told me I was bleeding because my skin is dry and cracked.It was so painful I'm still in pain...the entire time I was getting the nails done I was in so much pain. Getting my nails done was complete torture.Then when I went to pay he charged me for "nail removal" and I asked him, "why are you charging me you were supposed to soak my nails in acetone and remove them properly that's what I paid for and you didn't do that." He said "oh it takes too long." I went on to explain that the reason why we come in to have acrylic nails removed in the salon is so that it is not painful and I am bleeding and in pain and I don't see why I should have to pay for that. He just handed me my receipt and ignored me and walked away, very rude people. Next, the manicure: rather than giving me a manicure before putting on the new nails he didn't he put on the full set and then clipped off some of my cuticles and charge me for a full manicure. All of their products are cheap. The cuticle lotion they used was pure liquid because it was watered down they don't use anything quality. I will never go here again. Went yesterday for the first time. It was my third fill on my set; I finally found a place that I liked. My nails are not too thick natural looking  .  I was however surprised at the price...a little expensive compared to the other salons. Overall nice clean friendly people salon. Read Less

Horrible gel pedicure! One of the male manicurists cut my nails on the side with nippers and made me bleed. Now 4 days later I have an infected toe. I will NEVER come back to this salon again. Also, in America it's RUDE to speak another language in front of your customers. Read Less

Honestly this has been the Worst nails experience I have ever had & I been having my nails done since I was 15. The First couple times it was okay experience but my last time & the time before was Honestly Horrible. Both times the lady cut me 4 times, I was even bleeding & she didn't care. & did a crappy job it was so bad I took them off the next day. & the next day was my birthday so I didn't have my nails done like I had planned I took them off because they look like a 5 yeared did them. This place is very dirty and does not follow State Board protocol. They cut my grandmother and put  oil on the cut from a brush that has been used on others. They did not have antiseptic to clean the cut. They are using unsanitized tools on clients. Ladies beware, you can get fungus, staph, mrsa and many other diseases from places like this. If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I had the worst experience ever. The guy who did my pedicure painted one of my toe nails bad when i told him that it looked bad he fixed it by adding more polish so it ended up having like 4 layers which obviously didn't dry after being under the back light I told the owner and he started fixing it but he got nail polish and acetone on my brand new sandal when i told him he started yelling at me yes yelling at me in front of other customers and worst of all in front of my 4 kids :( He kept saying my sandals where like that I could believe it. I told him he didnt have to pay for them or anything and that I just brought it up so that he can be more careful next time He continued yelling. I had been at this place many times before even tho I know of cheaper places because the owner goes to my church. What a horrible surprise to have had him act like that. I had the most horrible experience at the nail shop it was my first time getting my nails done in the city. The man poured cuticle remover all over my foot. I didn't have my bill done but forgot to put oil on my skin my hands are so dry just waited till I got home.  I really don't think they may have had licenses it was so unprofessional. This is my favorite spot! I always go to see Tracey and I have been for years. She does my pedicures, gel manicures, threading my whole face, and waxing my legs. I have always loved her work, she's so sweet and has even stayed late for me before. I will recommend her to everyone! Horrible horrible customer service guy cut my finger then proceeded to have the nerve to ask to put super glue on it!!! He was rude and had no customer service at all. Arguing with me over me telling him I should Ef a discount because he cut me so bad not like a paper cut but where I can see my flesh it still bleeding. Worst experience. Went in today for a full set.. Usually I go in with lawry but she wasn't in today and apparently won't be in for 2 months ;( but I did find another lady who works exaaaactly like her! I've lived up here in the high desert now for about 6 years now. I like to take my daughter, and a lot of the time her friend. The problem with me is salons and their dishonest ways. Dishonest meaning you ask for the cost or you see a sign hanging that says mani/pedi $ xx.xx when really the cost is xx+ xx+x, because the sign has expired....well take the sign down. When you go with 2 girls along with yourself and you want the works, I expect it to be costly but not different every time. I don't know if it's just me, but it happens all the time. Well let me tell you, yesterday I found the salon I've been looking for, for the last 6 yrs. clean, professional, talented, and most of all honest!!! Hallelujah ! They have a deluxe Mani/pedi that includes all of what those other salons nickel and dime you for, and I'm talking ALL, in one sitting. My gal was Maggie, I'm not sure the names of the girls who tended to my daughter and her friend, but it doesn't matter cause they were great too. If you want nails and toes and the works, then Natural Nail Salon is the place to go. And if honesty is as important as it is to you as to me, you'll never go any wear else! Enjoy!!! Worst salon ever . I went in to get a mani and a pedi . First of all the lady started with my pedi and left my French tip all messed up so I asked her nicely if she could fix them and she got all mad like hello I'm paying you it's not like your doing it for free. Then she did my manni and then finished it like in 5 mins no joke . My French tip was ok but then she walked me all the way to the Uav light grabbing my hands saying " oh I don't want there to be an accident " . Worst French Manicure I've ever had... I usually go to Lee's Nails at the Mall and I stop by before work to this place because my usual place was busy. Requested a French Manicure the lady had no idea what she was doing cut my cuticles a little too much and the white tips are all messed up. Ok , 2 stars as I received the best gel manicure I have ever had . Technician took a lot of care and time prepping for the gel . The rest of the manicure very basic , spa pedicure not a great experience , my daughter and I were together and she only received  basic pedicure even though we asked for spa pedicure .. Foot soaking tubs absolutely filthy , still had debris left in from previous customer.. So gross . My pedicure technician cut my small toe while trimming cuticles , did not acknowledge or apologize , just dabbed away the blood , lol ... Best salon I've visited! I won't go anywhere else but to see Tracey for my waxing. They are a little higher priced than other salons but its worth it no doubt. Last time I had to wait for Tracey a few minutes she filed and clear coated my fingernails for waiting. So sweet!
