This was the worst nail salon I've been to.  I like to keep my feet and hands nice and was very disappointed with there service. I didnt appreciate how she rushed through my deluxe pedicure with a 1 min massage because another customer came in. My wife got a mani-pedi with a full set and she was disappointed.  I also felt I was at a used car dealership with all the up selling.  Never again will I go there!!!!! Read Less

Went in for Pedicure w design on my bigtoe. First off, asked for no cut and she cut them anyway - crooked too. Got design on bigtoe and it literally looks like a 13 yr old made the design. I asked if someone else can fix it (whom has done the exact design for me before), and she said he's busy and told me to return the following day. She never offered to fix/redo it (knowing I was dissatisfied), or to take his place while he fixed my toes. They rushed the work on three different occasions, and never offered to fix it. Isn't a nail artist supposed to and expecte to be DETAIL ORIENTED? I will never return. Go there if you don't mind TACKY, and poor customer service. Seriously. Read Less

Used to come here years ago & stopped because you'd be waiting 1 hour for your appt. Visited three times in the last 3 mos, always two people, always same service requested, and always a different price. That I don't understand so I won't go back again... I've been coming here for years and years, and I always get excellent service. The ladies that work here are always quick to get started on whatever service I need. They do great work! I recommend the deluxe spa pedicure. Best in town!! I work retail and this is what gets me through the week. Must check out this place. Super friendly staff. Read Less

I will never go here again. Went in for a mani and pedi. They kept trying to upsale and you saying no over and over again they do it anyways.. and omg the pedicure! She digs soooo bad into my toes that a month later my toes still haven't healed! They are so swollen red pussy I can't even bare the pain I'm in when I have to wear shoes. I should have read the other comments before coming here. My regular place was closed today so I figured I'd try somewhere new - bad choice. The service felt rushed and I'm not pleased with the manicure or pedicure. Also, a previous client called asking if she left her purse in the shop and the gentleman stated NO. First of all I got a pedicure before she just start cutting she didn't ask and cut it short. She was digging all in my toenail a pedicure isn't suppose to hurt. Thu cut me with the drill and rubbed off my blood with her bare fingers. HIGHLY ILLEGAL & does not follow blood procedures at all. The sign said Full Set $18. When I got inside, another sign said Full Set $20. When it was all said and done, she charged me $28.  She kept trying to upsell me as well. My biggest issue is LACK OF FOLLOWING state guidelines for sanitizing when blood is drawn. Read Less

My review is almost an exact repeat of a review below. The guy that did my pedicure insisted on doing the "Deluxe". I was not at all interested in massages, or hot towels, or anything of the sort. I was simply too lazy to do my toes. Anyways, the job he performed was absolutely atrocious and looked very unprofessional. There were spots that he missed, and spots he went over - come on, man. This isn't kindergarten coloring time! Stay inside the lines!! So, the guy actually YANKED out a hangnail and I now have puss coming out of that area!
