I had went here to get both legs and Brazilian done by a fantastic woman, Debbie. This is my second place getting waxed at, and I wish I had found it sooner. They have such a nice room setup, and it's relaxing and comfortable. Debbie kept conversation going that way I wasn't so focused on the pain when the strip was pulled off. Hands down best place for a wax! I have had so much trouble finding someone who does facial waxing and does a good job. I have courser than normal (chin) hair and have left other (nail) places in Victorville with hair still on my face. Debbie is very thorough and genuinely cares and talks to you. I felt so at home and comfortable there and now I feel like I can only trust her to do a good job. I'm extremely happy with the results and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for facial waxing or any kind of waxing. Thank you again Debbie! I will only be coming to you from now on! I just went there today for the third bikini wax. She does a great job making everything smooth and nice, but there was something I noticed today that I have not before. Now, the first time I went I did not pay attention to how she used the applicator sticks, but there was a big box of brand new ones she had open and a box on the side for used ones, so I didn't think much of it.The second time she opened a new box right in front of me, and seemed to be using both sides of the stick before throwing it away.Today, my third time getting waxed by Debbie, I didn't think of it at all. I mean, she has great reviews, and I already viewed her as a professional. I finished the wax, got off the table, and to my horror saw one lone applicator stick sitting in the hot wax. The one she used on me.Another note, not a single box of new applicator sticks could be found in the room, and no trash bag full of used sticks either.I looked in the wax, and there were debris.Now, i think a professional should keep in mind the health and safety of their clients. A professional with over 20 years of experience should know the risks they are taking when giving a bikini wax.I really wish this was a lie. Tomorrow I have a viral screening, and i am thoroughly disappointed. A pot of hot wax CAN carry harmful bacteria when double dipping. You are waxing private areas, where bacteria can immediately spread and cause serious infections. I don't know how many clients used that same pot of wax, and I don't know if they had an STD or bacterial infection that brewed in that wax for everyone else to become sick from.I don't know if someone tore, and someones blood became introduced to the wax and carried into my open pores.I could now be carrying an STI, an STD, or some sort of staph infection thanks to the laziness and carelessness of Debbie and Lloyd's salon, and so could anyone else who received a wax of any kind. I am devastated. I will never return to this salon, and I suggest anyone who does ask for a new pot of wax, ensure clean and unused applicator sticks be used, and demand the person giving the wax to wear gloves, no matter what. This is a serious violation of health codes, and absolutely disgusting. Read Less

I came in today to get some wax on wax off action. (Summer is right around the corner) Debbie is definitely the person to see. I'm so glad I found her. She greeted me right away and was very friendly. She explained the entire procedure and made me feel completely comfortable. Can't be shy when it comes to waxing right? Debbie is awesome!  She takes the time to do acrylic and gel color on top to ensure that my nails stay on and withstand the abuse I put my hands through!  She's always consistent and if I do happen to break a nail (which I normally do) she always fixes it!  If you want awesome nails that hold on for a long time...call her! Love this place. It's the HD version of Barbershop. Everyone who works there has been there a long time, and are very welcoming and friendly. Theresa does my hair and does the best perms, cuts and color. Tosh does my nails, and has been doing them for over 10 years!! She's the absolute best, but only by appointment. She doesn't rush, does must work by hand, and if she ever stopped doing nails, I'd probably just take mine off ;P Everyone there is wonderful. Debbie does amazing nails, too. Also, Jesse is an amazing hair stylist, who can also chat it up with the guys about motorcycles, guns, etc. There is someone there for everyone!! Prices are reasonable, and service is at it's best.
