My initial visit for mani and pedi was awesome.  However, my second visit was a total nightmare.  I felt rushed and my nails looked sloppy.  The tech dug in way too deep during cuticle trim and kept hurting me through your the entire session.  Never going back. Read Less

I'm very particular about the appearance of my cuticles before polished applied. It's hard to find a technician who will do a pedicure and manicure, both to perfection. Jasmin Nails did just that! Nancy took me as a walk in and provided a stellar service in addition to a relaxing experience. This nail salon is a joke. Online says they open at 9:30, the door says 10:00 and when i talked to the staff she stated 10:30. Even after that I still went ahead with a gel mani and pedi, not 2 days later the gel on my finger nails literally slid off..... had to pay another nail salon 20 bucks to fix their mess. I went to 4 places before I found Jasmine.  Atmosphere is pleasant,  nice mellow music. I was greeted right away by Miki who patiently indulged while i tried to find a color I liked. 2 stars are purely for how nice they were and that it was clean. Missed the other 3 because all my nails were shaped differently, when i clearly asked for almond. So I went home and had to file them all myself, losing length and feeling like i definitely lost my money. I don't get my nails done often so I was so excited but I spent $37 to have nails i filed myself, plus nails that are already chipping not even a weak later. Oh well. Like I said, clean place and nice people. But nails? Not good in my opinion. Really really sad and disappointed. Read Less

Love this place! I come here all the time. This place has great customer service and affordable prices. Every time I go there, they always remember who I am and that's a great feeling. They have regular nail polish colors and they also do gel. They also have these amazing chairs!  The massage chairs there leave you feeling like it actually worked something in your back. Horrible experience. Was told "5 minute" wait time. Waited 45 before asking the man when he could give me an HONEST wait time or I was walking. He then, of course, miraculously had an available chair to not lose my business. I was treated rudely, they did a horrible job and the pricing was outrageous! I always get my nails filled and a pedicure. Any other salon would charge $60-$80 for this. I was charged $120! Never EVER returning. Thoroughly disappointed. Read Less

First time here came in for a fill  & i am very happy with how my nails turned out I came in last minute & they seemed to be in a rush which made me a bit nervous as to how my nails would turn out but overall they did good! the place is very nice & clean. Great experience. The lady that did my mani-pedi took her time to clean my nails. They have great collections of nail polish and the salon was clean. Reason why its not a 5 star is they only have 4-5 person managing the salon, tho walk ins are allowed but if you dont have appt, you have to wait longer than usual or they will ask you to just come and check again. The only reason I'm giving them three stars is because they were so friendly and nice but, I can understand why they weren't crowded or busy either on a Saturday afternoon. The lady who did my pedicure was a bit rough and kept hurting me, when she was doing my cuticles. The lady barely spoke to me and seemed to mainly just do her job, strictly business and a little small talk. Well anyways...back to the service I was getting frustrated because I had shellac (gel) on my feet and I had asked to get an color to match my hands as well in regular nail polish. They found a color and brought different selections to try and find something as close. The lady who was doing my manicure kept insisting that the color matched my pedicure which it did not. Overall I just accepted it and let her paint with the color she choose because I just wanted to get out of there and go about my day. However the next day I noticed chipping on fingernails, I don't know if it was just the polish but I know even with regular polish, it shouldn't be chipping less than 24 hrs later and I wasn't even rough with my nails. I really like this place, my 9 year old daughter loves it also... We both got pedicures and they gave her juice and they gave me a water bottle!!! This was my first time here.  I was searching on Yelp for nail salons since I'm a newbie to the High Desert.From what I seen, it's pretty clean inside and they took their time on my full set. They are very clean, but unorganized. My feet and hand weren't even the same color. And they even forgot how I wanted my hand done in form of design. So they just did it all one color and no design.
