HAPPY with Samantha Beasley's work in coloring my hair!! First time I've let someone else do my color after coloring it myself for the past 30 years!! I Love how we were able to talk about different looks, showing her a few sample pictures of the small sized highlights, etc & she was SO receptive to my wants & needs, all while giving me her professional input!! Shes a very sweet person & I Love that!! I did such a drastic change in my hair color, trying to help blend my natural dark brown & whisps of pure white, to let my roots grow out to where I'll eventually let it go natural, this way I can grow old gracefully... Every time I go get get my hair done or nails I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome!  Laura the owner is extremely kind & always has everyone's best interest at heart! I love getting my hair and nails done here! Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere! I've used several of the stylists for cuts and colors and have never been disappointed! My whole family goes here for their hair - even my daughter who lives down the hill! My gel manicures and pedicures last for weeks! Didn't even have a chance to get services. I brought my kid in for a haircut, no one greeted us, I was standing there and when I asked if anyone could cut his hair right now, the stylist said no and kept working and stopped talking without even trying to help or find someone. I wish I could give a good review on the services I received. However I never received any ! I made an appointment for a blowout before a Vegas trip. Traffic was heavier than expected so I called to inform them 3 times and no answer. Once I got there, 10 mins late, the stylist has went home and no other girls were willing to take me. I highly recommend Maria if you need an updo for a special event. She went out of her way to be available to my sister and her wedding party when another stylist had to cancel. This salon is great. It's hard to find a salon that can do a great men's hair cut. Shannon S does the best hair cut I've ever had. I've seen some of the girls cuts and colors on the salons Instagram. My family and I were in town for a wedding. Made appointments the day before for a shampoo/style for myself and a pedicure for my niece. It was a disaster. I wanted soft curls and came out with kinky curls that would not relax. My hair looked terrible and I did not have time to redo it.  My niece was given a bad pedicure by a hairdresser that admitted to her that she does not do pedi's but there was no one else available. Went in today for my haircut, and this is the first place in Victorville that did what I asked for. Everywhere else I've gone I ask for a certain hairstyle and they A) mess up and shave it off, or B) shave it off in the first place. I got a very nice young lady by the name of Ashly ( I think that's how you spell her name ), whom I HIGHLY recommend, and she was really attentive, nice and good at carrying conversation.
