I had a new set put on. They asked me what shape I wanted. I told them square round is fine. After they were done they charged me an extra $5.00 I asked why.The lady asked the owner the same question in their own language. She stated that it was because of the shape of the nail.  REALLY??!! They nickel and dime you every chance they get. They should have someone monitor these businesses and penalize them for overcharging customers. They have no control.. I will never go there again. First time here, I read all the reviews and I went in any ways because I needed to get a fill. Should have known from all the reviews. I went on a weekend and they are not busy at all( red flag) so I didn't have to wait. My pedicure was horrible and my nails looks so bad. She rushed my polish and looks so disgusting. Horrible job. The guy Thomas who did my nails nicked me really bad where it was hard to stop the bleeding. He didn't apologize by the way and then slightly nicked me a couple other times. They were advertising $14 fills and somehow mine were $20 and I have short nails with regular polish not gel. They had 0 other clients in the spa and 5 other techs. The man there was really nice as we walked in. Started doing my nails. Then when I told him what I wanted he got upset that I didn't want white tips. He started getting frustrated with me. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention he kept slamming stuff when he was doing my nails. Then he would stop every time to check the receipts that the other girls had checked out. I come here evertime I need to get my nails done. This last time Lani did me and my daughter's nails. They are so gentle and friendly everytime we come in. I do not recommend this place at all. First of all, they take forever to do anything. Second of all, they are way overpriced. I had them do gel on both my fingers and toes and after 2 days, yes 2, i had already had 2 fingernails chipped. So not worth it and will absolutely not be going back. Like the others, I wish I could give NO STARS for their slow and rude service.  I took my daughter here hoping to have a nice day out- that did not happen.  Both women and the man were beyond rude.  I wanted to get an eyebrow wax in addition to my mani/pedi and when I asked about it, the lady practically yelled, "LATER".  The man who did my mani was awful.  He took so long and instead of cleaning up the extra nail polish around my cuticles, he would dig his nail into it to scrape it away. This was the worst experience of my life at a nail shop. I would give NO STARS if I could! I went in with my fiancé for a fill and pedi and the guy who did my nails had a awful attitude and was so rude and didn't even know what he was doing. I wanted a fill with gel polish and I asked how much it would be before he painted them and said $38! What the hell so I said how much for just polish and it was $18 and so I went with that and he was using way to much polish and it was dripping everywhere and on my skin! If I can give no stars I would!!! I went in today to to take off my nails, and a manicure to smooth my rough nails since I was taking off my acrylic nails. The lady asked me multiple Times if I wanted a manicure and I continue to tell her yes. I couldn't tell you how many times she made me bleed from taking off my acrylic, as well as leaving my nail rough as sandpaper. All she did for a manicure with cut my cuticles and that's all!! When I went to pay she said I owed her $27 to take off my nails and a manicure. I then questioned her and asked what about my massage she said "oh I forgot" so $25 then. This was probably the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The sign outside said $20 for a gel manicure so what could I really complain about right? The manicurist, Hanh, did a less than decent job at pushing back and cutting my cuticles- none the less cut the shit out of one of my fingers because she was trying to get it does as fast as possible. The color is blotchy and quite opaque still after finishing. The worst part is that when she was ringing me up she told me $30... $20 for manicure+$10 for gel polish which was quite misleading from the sign outside that said $20. Worst $30 spent ever. I am currently receiving a pedicure which is much better than the full set I received which is the only reason they get two stars.. The man who did my nails was literally done from start to finish in 25 minutes. He was obviously more concerned with time rather than quality. He never even cleaned up my cuticles. Wow this was honestly a joke of a nail salon. I don't know where to start. One of my nails was very crooked, there was pieces of lint/air bubbles left in my nails, and then she smudged my nails. I let her know and she said "omg" when i told her. Keeping in mind it was not my fault. She did not retouch jack, she put a clear coat over it and it was still smudged and not even fixed whatsoever. I was very upset and just came to realize my nails were never going to be what i wanted at this point. Then as my nails were drying, I took out $25 , when a full set costs $22 and she had the audacity to tell me I still owed $2 because of the "$5 retouch" Um retouch where?!?! I let her know that I was refraining not to complain about the awful job as it was but that she can keep the change. She was trying to act like she was doing me a favor by not making me pay the $2 more, so I gave her the $25 and told her to keep the change. Awful job. Went in for full set with a narrow round tip. The tech got upset because i didn't want them square. He did a very shity job!!! Today was my first time at the salon for a full set acrylic & pedi. I don't live in Victorville. None of the nail salons where I live are any good. They are rude & expensive. I had a meeting out here so I took the opportunity to get my nails done.At Enter nail salon I was greeted when I walked in. I was told it would be a wait, no time was given. There was 4 workers each had a client, so I figured it would be 15-25 minutes. They called someone in to help. I waited for 20 minutes but I've waited 30 minutes before elsewhere & left. Full set gentleman started on my nails once he got on. Once someone was available to do my pedi the gentleman doing my full set had me sit on the message chair for the pedi. While having my pedi done the gentleman doing my full set came over to me to finish. The staff was friendly. The price is affordable. The quality of work done was really good. This place has horrible service. I went here to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. I came out of the waxing with a burn between my eyebrows and a burn on my upper lip yesterday. Also the man who did my eyebrows got wax on my neck and in my hair, he was very careless. When I went to complain they said the redness would go away in an hour and wouldn't give me a refund.
