I have a very good experience with elegant nails I have being going to them 4 three years and I love them the lady giving them a bad reveiw I was there when she came in the nails shop she came in early 4 her appointment she did not have 2 wait for them to do her nails she left without paying 4 her service I felt bad 4 them because they work really hard and they do not deserve that. I have found my go to place for my acrylics! I just got my first new set in years, and wanted to try a few places to get an idea of the best place to go to keep them up. Katie does a fantastic job! I never go anywhere else. I don't care how long the wait is it's worth it. It does get busy at times and hectic but they do their best to get you out. I've never had any problems here. The staff may seem rude but they are just doing their job and working as fast and efficient as possible without hurting someone. I would rather they take their time than hurt me. We called in to book an appointment for Three to get a full set of Acrylics at the same time. When we called they told us they could take all three at the same time in roughly 30-40 minutes. When we arrived it was super busy, very dirty looking and they didn't even care that the guy with his two kids waiting was using the display hands as head/Back scratchers. We decided to give them a chance under the circumstances, we were visiting family and had only a short time together left. So we waited and one lady took two out of the three to prep their nails to be ready to be shaped and so on. The third girl was never even touched. We waited for over an hour! To get only one at a time started. And that was only after we waited that long and I began to get very upset and frustrated with them. So due to our time crunch and unprofessionalism of their business only two out of the three girls got addressed. Not only that but they were very rude, tried to lie and say we arrived at 2:30pm when we called them no later then 3-3:05pm. All in all it is NOT a 'salon' I would go to or chance. One girl could not stop yelling her nail was burning the whole time. So be careful where you go, not only for a good price, and services, but you never know what you may get! Read Less

I came in the day before Easter and I got the $27 pedicure, a full set and eyebrows waxed. Loved the pedicure and she did and amazing job on my eyebrows. I loved my nails! I asked for coffin cut and she cut and styled them herself. Was very happy spent like $70 at the end of the day. The biggest disappointment was not even a week later my nails started lifting! I had to go buy super glue. And now it's not even 2 weeks later and 2 nails already came off! Read Less

Got a manicure here. The day after my nail polish started chipping and peeling off. Two days after my entire top coat peeled off in one piece . I had came here to get my nails done  for a wedding. Needless to say i had to go elsewhere and the guy did an awesome gel manicure. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read Less

I personally miss the old owner, she was very easy to talk to.But I have been getting my eyebrows waxed here with three different owners and I love the results.For a cheap price, my eyebrows always come out looking nice and clean.  I went to a fancy spa down the hill and their work is nothing compared to this place!Always a satisfied customer when I come in :) Read Less

The place may appear to be a little shabby but this place is great. They are very clean, the tubs are scrubbed after each use, and the tools are from steril packs.  The foot and leg massages are great, they take their time and do a quality job.  The people who work there are very nice and the prices are very reasonable.
