I was in Victorville this morning waiting for a friend who had an appointment. I had a few hours to kill and I happened to walk past Chip-N-Nails and, being in need of a haircut, I popped my head in and asked if they took walk-ins. Naomi was able to give me a cut after a very short wait. Everyone there was very nice and Naomi did a great job. I wish I lived closer! I would definitely be a long-term customer.

Five stars for Kelly! She gives great work and does not nickel and dime you to death. This salon is a booth rental type of place so appointments are made with the gals directly. I came across Kelly by calling she happened to answer the phone. I have never had the same set of nails twice, she has a great imagination (which is good because I don't). I like being able to come in with a few color ideas and then let her do her magic with the rest. She is fantastic. The owner could definitely turn on the air because it will be 7 pm and I will be sweating. Other than that I would check this place out. You won't walk out with boring or plain nails. See Kelly, she is sweet, friendly, artistic, and FANTASTIC!!!

Walked In and no one acknowledged me and no greeting. Rude service. Don't know if these woman are racist or like to stereotype the people that walk in their door. Inside looks tacky. My coworker went as well and she was treated with the same disrespect. Get off you high ass horse. Don't support them until they change their attitude. If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star!!!

I walked in and the staff completely ignored me, I sat down and still, nothing. It was really awkward and uncomfortable so I left.

Excellent experience. Great location however the place needs some serious updating looks very outdated. Had a great experience with Kelly she's a great manicurist. I highly recommend Kelly for designs...

Location good. However their customer service was not good. New to area. I walked in two workers busy. Other workers in back talking. They asked the busy worker to help me meanwhile ask to wait twenty minutes. So...I went to Paris Nails which they gave me a five star service as I entered their salon. They know customer service!

I was in Victorville this morning waiting for a friend who had an appointment. I had a few hours to kill and I happened to walk past Chip-N-Nails and, being in need of a haircut, I popped my head in and asked if they took walk-ins. Naomi was able to give me a cut after a very short wait. Everyone there was very nice and Naomi did a great job. I wish I lived closer! I would definitely be a long-term customer.

Five stars for Kelly! She gives great work and does not nickel and dime you to death. This salon is a booth rental type of place so appointments are made with the gals directly.
