Horrible, it was my first time going there and it will be my last. I got a gel French Manicure, the girl that did it for me was very friendly and when she was done I was happy because it did look good, when I walked over to the counter she asked how I was going to pay I said debit, she told me it was $1 fee for using card she also asked if I wanted to add tip I said yes $5. I was never told how much it was for the manicure but I never asked. When I saw my receipt I couldn't believe my total, I had just paid $41 for a gel manicure when I normally pay $25 with the lady I go. Well I left it at that and left. The same day I washed dishes and noticed that the nail polish started cracking, this never happens when I get gel. I was furious. I called n they told me I can gi back so they can fix it they dont do refunds. I went back. The lady that fixed it didnt remove the who thing she just filed it down n retouched it again. I came home did my normal things n again the gel came off the corner in 1 off the nails. Why is it that they pay extra attention to certain people but not to their new customers. I hate that. My money is as good, so they not realize they charged me $41 for a simple gel manicure. I'm so freaking mad. Read Less

This place is absolutely amazing! I have been coming to get my nails done here with Lou for over a year and I won't go anywhere else. I own a rock business and so I am no sweet and gentle on my nails kind of person... yet, these nails have proven again and again that quality is a guarantee at Beauty Nails and Spa. Been coming here for over 15 years. I have cheated on them twice because I moved but returned both times and will NEVER cheat again. The drive is so worth it. Lu and Claire take such good care of there clients and Kelly has been doing my toes for years. I get compliments on my toes weekly because she always puts the cutest designs on them. I've been needing my nails to be done for WEEKS now so while I'm on my business trip, I looked up places to get my nails done at. I called beauty nails and they were so nice and picked up on the first ring and got me in right away. Pretty busy place, everyone was at a table assisting everyone else and they got to me quickly. Excellent customer service. Diana helped me and she was the cutest ever! Super friendly, super clean and super wonderful environment inside I was super relaxed. Simply the worst manicure I have ever gotten :( I had gotten a full set with the dip color/powder. The shape of my nails were all uneven (and much longer than I had requested but I had just decided after several miscommunications to file them down at home). The sides of my nails were showing and looked uneven. When filing them down the sides had chipped off on several nails and she did nothing to fix them. The nails themselves were too thin due to filing them down too much, to the point of transparency. The top coat looked uneven and did not even cover the whole nail. Even the color itself was not right, it somehow ended up with specks of other colors in it as opposed to the flat color shown on the swatch. And then afterwards she left tons of gunk/excess product underneath the nail. I know she saw it bc i brought it to her attention and she just picked at it wirh her own nails for a second. I'm used to other nail spas uaing a file or grinder. There seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the finished product. I almsot wish I hadn't tipped! I used to always go here and never had any issues. This last time one of the girls in the back gave me a full set and saying I am upset is an understatement! I have had my nails for 10 days and 7 out of my 10 nails are lifting! Really not even two weeks! I don't do anything that would make my nails last such little time so I am very dissatisfied. They are always quick but provide amazing service. Nails that last, great quality product! And they stand behind there work, if a nail breaks, chips or gets messed up (which I personally have never had happen) they fix it for free! I just bought a house in the area and I was searching yelp for a nail salon. They didn't have the best reviews in the area, but I just happen to be visiting Lowes and it's in the same shopping center. I am glad I came to this establishment! Today on April 19 at about 2pm, I came in for a fill and a pedicure. I am.... well should say WAS a loyal customer. My mother and I both. Pedicure was fine! I asked how much it would be all together, and was told one price. Here comes the fill... the guy that sits in the front (not the owner) was doing my nails instead of the lady who did my feet. He didnt take alll the polish off before he filled in the nails! He fixed a broken nail and it is actually longer than all 9 of my other nails and looks way thicker!!! At this point im pissed. He then tells me that he cant make my coffin shaped nails more skinny!!! When they dud my nails from the beginning!! I go wash my hands and TELL ME WHY THE WHOLE RIGHTS HANDS NAILS ARE HALF WAY FILLED IN!!! He tells me one price, then when i go pay they tell me another price!!!! 50 %$&$)& plus dollars! Based on most of the reviews, I am shocked by my experience yesterday. I came in needing acrylics removed and a new set redone. The woman who did mine used a nail to pry off my old set, severely damaging my natural nails, and left one nail ripped halfway down, completely off, and bleeding. Half of my natural nail was literally ripped off of the nail bed and was bleeding and I was told by the woman working next to her, as she did not speak very good English, that it was "normal." I was shocked that the woman did not try to apologize and that she showed such little care for my nails, and me as a customer. I felt like it was all about quickly getting a new set on and getting paid. I was very upset that I was asked to pay full price ($45) for the set after being injured. (And I'm not the type of person who is always looking for a reason not to pay, so I paid for the service. However, I was extremely unhappy with the whole experience, obviously.) I will never come back, and I'm leaving this review so others will be knowledgeable about this salon's practices. That is NOT the way to have nails removed. ***Update*** I spoke with Claire over the phone about the incident and she apologized and reassured me that the nail grinder used on my injured nail was fresh and should have been thrown away after use. So, I am hopeful that my nail will be okay. She was very nice and I do feel better after speaking with her. If you choose to go here, please be sure to let them know how you want your nails removed. Prying them off is not the right way to take care of your natural nails. It is painful and damaging, as it removes the top layers of your natural nail, and can potentially cause the nail to rip, or come off, as mine did. I hope this helps someone else. Read Less

First off, I usually only get pedicures.The thing I like best about this place is I feel comfortable coming here. I've been to several nail shots in the area and this is my go to spot. I know people are peculiar about their nail people but I always recommend people give it a shot here as service is great and staff is friendly.  Just don't expect to come in and be seated right away as they do get busy. I went in today t0 get my nails done and a pedi, the lady who did my pedi was great but my nails did not come out like I wanted, it seemed like it was her first time doing nails like I requested because she messed up big time not even close to what I wanted and for the price I should get what I asked for. I went in yesterday for a pedicure the salon was beautiful and I was very happy when I walked in. D uring my pedi the lady handed me a service menu to pick the type of pedi I wanted. most places will have a list of services included in the pedi not this menu. when the the standard pedi is $26 i was expecting a little more service then received.I have no issue paying more money for great service. my pedi was horrible! I dont even recall her massaging my feet or legs. I love getting pedicures and go all the time I have to say this was the least enjoyable least relaxing one I have ever received and by far the most expensive  (other then going to the spa). I was referred by my boyfriends sister and I was not disappointed. Lou and his wife run a nice shop- fairly busy each time I've gone in so they have a healthy business for sure! I got a full set on my initial visit and Lou did them for me- wow- he is very talented! He took his time and made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time. My pedicure was also a very good experience- I've had two so far with different ladies and each time was gentle with quality paint jobs.
