I visited this salon on Saturday and I must say I was extremely disappointed,  I went in for a full set and I regret trying this place. Staff was friendly but the gentleman that initially started my service did not want to do the shape I asked for, then I had them remove the initial  tips he had applied. So then they handed me over to another manicurist who file my skin on almost every nail to the point  where I have paper cut like cuts on the sides of my fingers.THE process took almost 2 hours I walked out with no polish and really felt like I had not been to a salon . I could not wait due to a family member waiting for me but still I just felt that the manicurist 's were not experienced with the term "coffin shape". Most dirty and unsanitary nail place, cross contamination, first of all they do not clean the card that has the menu on it does not get wiped, the towels are suppose to be white, but are brown they reuse the towels from customer to customers. I was looking for a place near work were I could do a mani-pedi and I went to Daisy based on reviews on yelp, which seemed great. Well, for one, they made me choose the color AFTER I showed them in a picture what I wanted.  Second, the lady that was in charge of my pedi got upset because according to her I had to match both my mani and pedi colors. I would give this place 2 stars at most. My mom and I walked in and a man sitting in a chair texting asked if he could help us. We told him what we wanted and he didn't even bother to get up. He just sat there and told us to get polish. Next we got 2 pedicures and they gave us a brochure of MORE expensive prices without even offering the cheaper pedicure. After I explained that we wanted the cheaper price I got gel nails. I asked multiple times just for gel polish and no manicure. She ended up charging me $25 for gel polish!! On top of that my mom had a gift card and they only took off $15 with that gift card even though it was worth at least $25. I just paid and walked out but the unfriendliness of the first male employee and their changes in pricing will not bring me back.If you're looking for a nail place with good quality service, do not go here. ***Quick tip if you are paying with a credit card it is an extra $1 to charge it & tell them the amount you want to run it for- including tip (when they give it to you to sign there is no place to a add tip)*** I have been going here since 2007 to get acrylics put on. Wendy & Rosie are awesome! Every time I feel welcomed, they greet me by my name as soon as I walk through the door, they recognize my voice on the phone, and I am constantly getting compliments about my nails- because they do an awesome job! Ehh, not the best place. Walked in ,not busy at all. Wendy did my nails. they looked okay when I was there, my R thumb was not even, I let her know she just said okay and didnt really bother fixing it. 3 days later they were already turning yellow and the sides were lifting (like when they are getting old) .. My 40$ gel manicure was chipped and dull after one week. Usually they last about 6 weeks, at the place I usually, and now will always go to. Friendly woman, accepted a walk-in, but his manicurist was just lazy, putting only one coat of color, did not color the tips of the nails which usually ends up strengthening my longer nails. This is more like a 3 1/2 star. I made an appointment with my friend to get my toesies all prettied up since we wanted to do it on a Sunday midday. As it turn out, they only had one other person having a mani so no appointment was really needed. It's a small place and their chairs are not new or fancy as newer places. I appreciated the fact that they allowed me to converse with my friend without interrupting us. That was great. As far as pedi goes, I can paint my toe nails at home just as good as they did. Having said that, it's worth the price to have them cleaned out and softened my hobbit's feet rough spots, ewww haha. Plus the little old lady does a fantastic job massaging your legs. The minty lotion applied left me all freshy feeling. They take credits cards, great because I carry no cash. Great experience. My daughter and I walked in and were helped right away. She got a regular kids manicure, which looks great, and I got a gel manicure with acrylics. Both girls that helped us (I forgot to get their names) were kind and did a nice job. The salon was clean and well staffed. Altogether it cost $56 for the two of us. We will be going back! Read Less

Don't go to daisy nail.. They don't tell you the price when you go in. The nail prices n the wall is not current and they don't have the price for a gel manicure. When the girl was done with my manicure I noticed she didn't put the right color on my middle finger . I told her it didn't look like the blue glitter polish  picked out it was more green than blue . She goes it's very pretty cause obviously she didn't want to do it again.. After they told me it was 30 dollars I was blown away... Then they charge 2 dollars to use your card . So $32 for the manicure .. Never again!! I don't mind paying for my nails when I'm satisfied and they tell me the price up front..  Nail salons are getting out of control with there nail prices they are taking advantage of people. I think there should be a cap on what they can charge, not just make up prices as they go along. Miss leading is what they are, and what can you do once the job is done I could of refused to pay, but that's not what kind of person I am. I pay for services rendered.. I have had acrylics for over 30yrs and this is the absolute worst fill I have ever gotten!!!I had to show the girl to fill the sides as well as the top.The top is so thick and lumpy !I asked her 3 times to smooth out the lumps and she still didn't get it correct.I asked her to trim the length and no two nails are the same length!I wanted to get up and walk out but I don't have a electric drill at home to fix her job!Do not go there!!!Huge waste of money!!!! I usually come here often when i'm in town, i recommend Ryan. He's the best, and i never leave disappointed with his work. They other lady's are ok. One lady who did my fills always make them chunky and leave corners of my nail unpainted/uneven, sloppy.. As for pedicures they do a good job, for nails I try and make an appointment w Ryan. They rushed the whole process, I still have skin peeled up on the side on my cuticles and my feet feels as if I never got a pedicure. My favorite place to have my Pedicure done. I really enjoy every of my visit here and totally love their amazing works. This place is super clean, neat and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Since Heather left its been a little fit of a down hill. Ive tried different people and there is always lint and stuff left behind. Everyone works fast paced while Heather took her time with each client. I had an appointment and even then I was rushed through. then I left my nails hurt and seemed like the last layer of nail polish was not applied fully. My manicure lasted about a day. So i walked in a day or two ago with a friend because i decided to get my nails done. Walked in, waited not too long which was great because i'm not a very patient person no matter the situation. I guess you do get what you pay for. I got a reg full set done for 26, which was pretty awesome compared to the normal 35-40 i usually pay for. The lady who did my nails was polite and nice, but did a so-so job. The color came out awesome, exactly what i wanted but they weren't really dry, so i ended up getting a fxxked up nail. More my fault than i guess. My natural nails were disgusting as i had just come from work, but she didn't really do a great job cleaning them up. She just kinda buffed way too quickly and glued the nail tips. She was pretty gentle for the most part. , but i wasn't too happy with the nail shape. Granted i should've probably told her what i wanted, but she kinda just went at it and assumed i wanted the oval square tips. Things were fine but when we were finished, i noticed that my nails were not really even. There was quite a bit of residue left around my nails, which wasn't really my cup of tea since im used to having full on clean fingers after having them done. The place/atmosphere was ok, tools/towels used kinda made me cringe. Wasnt too sure if they were sanitized properly. I feel pretty bad because i forgot to bring cash for a tip, but kinda glad that i didnt really leave one. Garbage is the word I would use to describe my experience at Daisy Nail. I don't know what the lady's name was, but she was older and obviously couldn't see. I paid for a 30 dollar gel manicure. She used the completely wrong color, then when I told her it was wrong told me it was the correct one. I had a cut on my finger which she persistently rubbed alcohol into. Total Fan! I remembered this place when I was out on my lunch break today (which is only an hour).  I was a walk in and they got me in and out, but not rushing at all. If I could give less I would. I went there for a gel manicure. She butchered my nails getting current nail polish off. They were long and now are none existing. When done with my nails they were horrible. The polish was uneven and all over my skin. I paid for a it but decided to go back and get a refund. Never going there again. Very rude. I was a walk-in, hoping to get a spa pedicure mid-day. There was only 1 other customer in the shop so they were able to accommodate me. However, after the pedicure (which I admit was fine), they allowed me to stay in the chair 3 minutes only (count them... 3 minutes) before handing me my sandals. I reminded them that my nails weren't even close to being dry and I would like to stay until they were dry, but the woman thrust my sandals in my hands. She was acting a little agitated. Again, there was only 1 other customer in the shop (she looked a little startled at this outburst) so there were plenty of chairs available if other customers came in. Anyway, very upsetting. Won't be returning. Perhaps this pedicurist was having a bad day and just decided to take it out on me, but that's no excuse for bad behavior. I used to love going to Daisy. I went every time without hesitation, but the last 2 times I went they cut my nail so short and dug so deep my toe seems infected now. The first time it wasn't bad but now my toe is almost purple. When I went in to tell the manager about it she did nothing. She had the nerve to tell me not to have them cut so short next time!!!
