*** BEWARE OF SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES !!!! ***I absolutely HATE writing bad reviews for small businesses because I know how much of their business relies on Yelp. I did a luxe pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. The reason for such a negative review is the shadiness of this business. The first red flag I had was how extremely DIFFICULT it is to make an appointment here. They do NOT answer phones. The only time they can answer phones are at 8:30AM when I am at work. I always leave messages and no one gets back to me in a timely manner. There has been about 6 instances where I wanted to schedule a pedicure and they could not accommodate me so I took my business elsewhere. I did the math and that is roughly $500+ I was willing to pay them. If you happen to schedule an appointment they have an automated confirmation system that sends you a text two days before your appointment. Although they have a way to confirm your appointment there is no way to change your appointment. I hope the management reads this and invests in a better way of communication. Your business is losing money if you cannot communicate with your customers better.Whatever you do, never pay with your credit card here. They save your credit card info and run it behind your back. I have been charged $35.50 even though I was never there. Running a customer's credit card without their consent is ILLEGAL. When I have called them about this  issue no one ever got back to me. I was very impressed with the cordial welcome I received. Kathy gave me an amazing "zero gravity" pedicure experience which was very relaxing as well as excellent.My pedicure was followed by a manicure with Ashley who was also friendly and professional; a true artist, and very knowledgeable.I would recommend this salon. Coastal Pedicure is the cutest nail salon around! I saw Kathy for both a gel manicure and spa pedicure. She is super sweet and really takes her time. I felt super relaxed and love my nails!!! Definitely worth the cost. Will be coming back for sure :) Read Less

I come here once a month to see Ashley, and I absolutely love it here. They use all organic non toxic products. Such a different experience than other nail salon places and much more of a spa experience. You almost can't compare because it would be like comparing apples to oranges. Its super cozy and nice in there and they always have a chill atmosphere. Ashley is the best! I highly recommend her, she's always booked but there's a reason why. WOW!!!  The BEST birthday gift ever...and even if I had known about the place to do this myself, still the best!!!  Worth every penny...the most relaxing, quiet!!! experience.   The chair you relax in, the blankets, the warm towels, the warm neck wrap, the easy way they handle your feet, you barely feel a thing.  Can easily fall asleep!  My only regret, this wonderful discovery as I move to new state!
