I love this place! They are always accommodating and fast to take you in even as a walk in. The staff is always so nice and helpful picking out colors and designs. I love the Deluxe Mani Pedi. It is so relaxing and they even give you a bottle of water and a glass of wine! They are always busy but don't be fooled you will always get all the attention you. Would expect at an upscale salon. I spent way too long in this place and receive a poor pedicure. Even with speaking up it didn't get better. The male nail tech cut my cuticle causing me to bleed, and he didn't even get all of my gel polish off before trying to repolish. I will never go here again. Very poor service. Read Less

I w I'll never come back to Signature Nails Spa again....  The guy I had rushed my whole service the massage I was supposed to get was not good on my pedicure. The lady that did my mom's nails was so nice and did a good job with her nails, the lady that did her feet was so rude kept rolling her eyes at my mom and I wanted to check her so bad but I looked at my mom and told her we will never be back they don't value their customers and they're very unprofessional. If you want a rush service this is where you go. From now on I will continue to go to Jovance Salon and Spa like I've been doing where the environment is all about professionalism! I went here last week to get a fill. I've been trying to find a new nail spot where the prices are decent and the nail work is nice. They had so many different colors and really liked how my nails turned out! The people take their time and do not rush the process even though the place was full. Will comeback soon. Read Less

I am here at the nail salon now and I am experiencing very poor customer service which I have seen time and time over again to others but I continued to come back as it is literally 3 minutes from my house. John, who I believe is the owner IS ALWAYS rude to customers when I am here but I have never experienced it firsthand until now. There was a misunderstanding with the services I wanted and he skipped two people ahead of me so I told him like hey I asked for a pedicure and I was here before them, he proceeds to get an attitude per usual saying that he did not hear that and pointed at an open chair and rudely told me to go have a seat. After he walked over, I told him that he was extremely rude to his customers and he replied, "If I am so rude then don't come back next time". Moral of the story is that I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and I would advise others to take their hard earned money elsewhere!!!! Lastly, I rarely, if ever leave bad reviews so you have to know that I am highly upset about the level of blatant disrespect that John displays in his shop especially to the people who help maintain his livelihood. I went here yesterday to get my nails done. The scheduling is a bit disorganized, I had to wait a long time....... not sure if they double booked or something. But despite the wait, I was very satisfied and happy with the outcome. He was apologizing that it took a long time before I was seen. John didn't want to rush his customers and would want their nails to be perfect. And yes! My nails are perfect lol thank you! Although the job that was done on my gel nails was decent and their price was fairly low, the headache wasn't worth it. All I wanted was some relaxing time to get my mind off some stressful things that had recently come up. My husband was nice enough to send me extra cash to pamper myself and do my nails. I wish I had gone somewhere else. I was greeted by one of the gentleman there who was very polite and was seated for my gel manicure in less than 10 minutes. Everything was fine until it came to the colour. I believe I was with Linh, who had some difficulty understanding what I was trying to explain for my nails. I'm used to this in nail salons though so I didn't think twice about it. But when another girl had to explain to her what I meant at least 4-5 times throughout that was tiresome. She also was not going to do another coat of white for my French tips initially until I said something. They did look thin, she said the sparkle would cover it, so I asked her just to make sure the white was solid. She was very polite and would do the things I would ask for, but language was a barrier for us. She had a very hard time doing a design for me, a simple paw print, the girl in front who's on the left when you walk in attempted to do the design and was even worse. After that girls rough handling of my hand and also rubbing my thumb raw at the cuticle removing failed paw prints I said " screw it, keep it solid." The woman that was rough then offered stamp designs, so I asked if she had a paw print like I wanted and she said no. I don't see why she offered the stamp of she didn't have what I wanted. They had then another girl attempt the design and thankfully, she got it! Gina was my saviour! By the time she had come I was almost so angry that I was gonna be in tears, but I was polite to everyone the entire time. Even after all this I still didn't get quite what I wanted, there's a funny bubble in one of my solid nails, and I have stray sparkles in my French tips which I'm not sure why since I said they could do sparkles over them as an ombre. So some have a few sparkles some have none. When I paid Linh said $35, then a gentleman that worked there told me $41 literally as she was charging me. I still tipped and said thank you when I left. Had I known simple designs would be a problem I wouldn't have come. Had I not been so stressed by the experience I would have given at least 3 stars. I'm going to try my luck in Napa next time with someone that understands me. Read Less

I will never go here again after going to them multiple times I went in on a Sunday to get a full set as usual they took me in pretty fast especially since it was a Sunday I was seen by a man name David he didn't say much at all but he did what I asked for and I loved them than here comes Tuesday I had a nail pop off normally I never really have a nail pop off but it was ok I went back so they could fix it but David wasn't in this day he than through someone who was inexperienced on me which was fine also but after 15 mins on this one nail it was a little annoying especially when i come alot and i had chrome nails he was not ready i felt like, he even asked me what shape I wanted when clearly all the nails on my hand were the same as he continued than the owner had to come over and guide him as well as put on the chrome when he was done he told me for her it was going to be $5 after 25 mins on this one nail I was than irritated I stated to the owner I always come in and never have a nail pop off he than told me it doesn't matter we can't guarantee what might happen when you leave I than told him ok that is fine I will pay the 5 but I am very unhappy because I come here all the time and also tip no problem but I will not be back is what I told him after he kept arguing with me than he kept trying to argue with me more after I told him I would give him his money I felt embarrassed smh I will never come back here again so than here comes today all of my nails besides 4 popped off I'm really upset about it because now i have to go to another nail shop and probably spend the same amount which was 45-50 for a whole new set when I could of easily gotten a fill Its ok just wanted to leave my review I will never be back here and that is. My nails were done on May 29th. Three have cracked off in between that date and now. I don't know if they just apply too thin a layer or what but I have never had that happen before. I was closing a door and lightly tapped the doorknob and this happened (picture included.) I was grabbing something from my husband and my thumb nail cracked off. My other thumb nail is on the verge of cracking off. I got my nails done while on vacation and I am so disappointed. I wish I could be given a refund as now I'm going to have to get my nails done far before I should have needed to. I gave them 2 stars because they did the Foo Fighters design I wanted and also came up with the color even though my nail artist kept telling me that they had the holographic gel and when the time came to put the gel on.. everyone told him that it they didn't have any... but I'm incredibly disappointed that my nails are only a week and a half old and they're all cracking off. I had a wonderful technician doing my nails. She took her time and did a beautiful job. The salon is nice and well kept. The technician that did my feet barely paid attention to me the entire time. She was watching the television and forgot to clean my toes and burned me twice with the coal they use. There is still paint on my toes that she didn't get all the way off when I asked! One of my toe nails is missing half of the polish. I will come back for nails but never again for a pedicure. Update** my nails peeled two days later. I went back to see about getting a full set after making an appointment. Not a good experience! I wish I could say the same as the rest of the good reviews but unfortunately can't. Read Less

Hi Signature Spa... I'm not going to say who did my fill today, but I am hoping to either get half off or a free fill next time. They did a good job, only that it was done while I was getting a pedicure so she did not have good lighting and the angle probably wasn't good.. if you zoom in, you can see my natural nail at my cuticle. By 2 weeks from now, my nails will look like I've gone a month without a fill. Please let me know how you will resolve this because I really want to come back. My fill was done today Saturday March 4th @ 2:30 pm. I called for a fill and pedicure for 1:30 pm and waited an hour. I really like the pedicures... maybe you can advise a nail technician I can schedule with next time. PS I never write reviews, nor post photos.. but I don't want to be accused for this photo being a few days old after my fill... I just realized it after wanting to post a picture of my nails online.
