*Sips tea* Arrived at 10am on July 10th (Monday) and waited 30-45 minutes to be helped. Eh, I was fine. I asked for a regular gel mani and pedi for a wedding and being experienced with getting gel polish, it SHOULD last three weeks. Yeah no. Not here. Leo Hoang, one of the manicurists, applied FOUR coats of gel polish, making my nails look like hills, and for it to chip and pill the next day. I paid $50 for it to fall apart??? It has been a week now, and both my mani and pedi are gone. Worst $50 I've spent and will not be going back. Not only that, but the main older male who does acrylics spoke badly about another female smelling of weed to another female getting her nails done. I got my nails done Monday by Tracy she was so sweet had a conversation with me the whole timeWhile doing my nails which I loved , I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and I know I can be a pain at times but she did everything I asked didn't stop until I was happy and satisfied with my nails and didn't give attitude like some nails shops I was very pleased and will be going back to her! I had my first pedicure in 3(?) years....I had been doing them myself. I was fortunate to sit in Li's chair. WOW! She really went to work on my muscles during the massage portion I had the deluxe, added the paraffin wax and after $10 tip I paid.....$40. Yep. Very cheap place and definitely NOT worth your money. I got gel nails done and not even a week later the nail polish they used is pealing off!! Very very disappointed. A coworker recommended her favorite nail shop to me this morning, knowing I needed to get my nails done. so I thought I would check them out. I looked up a could of nail designs on pinterest and found a couple that I loved but knew would be way to intricate and settled on something simple. I arrived for my appointment and was seated immediately. the gentleman was wonderful. he Asked  me what I wanted and I showed him the simple design, then showed him the other one and said these are awesome and he said I could do it. They are rude and unprofessional i went in on oct 6 on a positive note and came out pissed i love that they are cheap but i was offended when the man may be owner asked me if i live close than he said were do you stay the crest i said no why would you ask that because im black he was sort of stuck when i said that. Let me start my review by saying I am not for anywhere near the area. I'm from Los Angeles, so I don't know how you want to take my review. I asked for coffin nails with gel polish and matte. And I got what I wanted. BUT, my nails were not at all even or straight. And when you doubt their work or ask them to fix it they prefer to argue and say it is fine. Literally!! I heard them tell two people before I was complaining about mine. And the lady just touched my nails and said "okay you're okay".I definitely laid way less than I would have in LA, but in LA I get good work. So I've been going to nail studio design for seven years now and I've always loved their designs and how they did my nails but 3 weeks ago I went and I had the older gentleman do my nails. first off my nails were perfect when I went in and then I got the full set with gel colored and I left out of there with about four of my nails crooked and uneven then a week later I had to get my nails redid but I was out of town so I went to a different nail shop and they took all my nails off well on my left hand my middle finger restarting turn white so the lady told me to keep an eye out on it well 2 days ago my entire nail came off it is completely fungal and it's disgusting and I called them and they wont do anything about it so for now on I am never going to this place again and be careful getting your nails done because you might get a fungal like I did. I'm from Atlanta. I guess I've been spoiled, because you can pretty much walk into a new place and get good designs and a better color selections anywhere.They give a good pedicure and foot massage. But unless you just plan on getting very basic things such as French manicures or plain color w/ no design I would not recommend coming here. So disappointed! Read Less

i went here with my sister, the people were friendly . HOWEVER the quality is not very good . The acrylic did not cover my whole nails,I had air bubbles in the acrylic. My sister got her's done with me and they made her nail bed bleed and her nails were so crooked it looked like her nails were completely diagonal. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL PLACE. Read Less
