I came for a pedicure because it was a code blue and I needed it!!! I did not know Anna was going to give me the best pedicure I have ever had!!! She was gentle, took her time, and payed attention to detail! 3 weeks later I needed a fill and my regular shop was booked! Kim did my nails! She is sweet and takes pride in her work! I came into star nails without an appointment at about 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and was seated immediately for a pedicure. I chose to do the zen pedicure because it included a hot stone massage ( my favorite part). This was one of the best pedicures I've had! I didn't feel like they were rushing to get my pedicure done. I would say that I was there for at least 40 minutes, it was nice and quite. Some people might like talking but I like to relax and enjoy my pedi, so that was perfect for me! I have gone to this location for 10years they have changed hands at least 4 times. Yesterday visit was horrible. Not enough workers, $55 for a pedicure and the gentleman kept getting up getting things for the other customers. A lady set next to him they spoke and laughed in their native language for a while. Horrible. Went yesterday for a pedicure. Big toe got infected so I called them to tell them and they told me to come in. All they did was poke at it more and make it hurt worse. Have a doctors appointment for the infection tomorrow hopefully they will fix it. Wont be going back to this nail shop. Read Less

My daughter got a pedicure and the guy was rough. The next day she had an infection on the side of her toe. Shop is very nice and appears to be clean. Staff was not very friendly. Doubtful we will go back. Read Less

This is my third time here since the new management took over and I always feel like I get a rushed job. The finished product has always been good up until today. You come to a nail salon to be pampered and I just don't get that feeling here. The issue may be not enough employees to service the demand and if that's the case they need to hire more people. I stumbled on this place today & thank goodness I did!!I had my nails done yesterday by a different salon, and unfortunately I was not happy with the service or my nails. I was driving to Costco, and spotted this salon, walked in and Jenna saved the day. I feel very disappointed of this place. I called to make my reservation ahead of time because I wanted manicure & pedicure. After I got there it started to get very busy, lots of people started to show and although the stuff was completely busy I knew I was going to have a great experience or so I thought. The girl serving me did my pedicure first and then started w another client, then came back to me to star on my manicure I asked for gel in a French still and the girl was taking turns; before she even started working on my nails she charged me and when she was done w my nails I told them I wanted gel not just a regular pain coat otherwise I would've  done it myself. The girl acted like if I was being crazy and just said that I got gel. And left to help the other person. I left the place pretty upset and to make it all worse the manicure didn't last me for a whole week it started to peal off the next day. I must say I used to love this place but after this I will no longer come here. I live in Fairfield and I always went to Vacaville for my nails but now I will look for another place where they actually do their job and don't try to kick me out rushing me to help others. First time coming here since being a long time customer at another salon. Got right in on a Saturday afternoon. Only a couple other customers in. Very clean and organized salon with elegant decorations. Jenna was my technician and she was great! Andy was also working, maybe the owner/manager. My pedicure was amazing! They did full cuticle care, a scrub, a mask with a hot towel wrap and a massage that put me to sleep! Next I got a fill on my hands. She did an awesome job. Great pedi!!!! For $25 I got the basic pedi and the massage was amazing! This young man went above and beyond with me when he didn't have to. He did such a great job I even got a gel manicure from him that I wasn't planning on. I used to be faithful to lavender but this is way better and less money. I do really like this place, they are thorough and friendly.... so after seeing that they had a 35% off check in offer - I decided to splurge on one of their fancy pedicures, along with getting a gel manicure.  When it came time to pay - they wouldn't honor their check in deal -said it had expired, although it was still active on yelp.  As a general rule, If something is misadvertised, the customer gets it for the advertised price.  I told them they really should take off the check in deal if it's not going to be honored.  Fyi - it's still on. Love this place! Just went here today with a friend and we each got gel manicures and basic pedicures. The basic pedicures comes with a stone massage which was awesome! We each ended up paying $36 with the 35% off. We will definitely be coming back even after the discount period over. Paris Nails is a nice place to get your nails done... if you have an appointment. This place is beautiful on the inside. My mother and I have gone to get mani pedis... They do the manicure and then kick us out for they're more "important" customers. They also treat their younger clients like they do not matter. They seem to believe that 7 year olds do not care how sloppy their nails are done. They throw paint on and do not clean up the edges. The paint is uneven. Darker in areas, lighter in others. This has happened several times, so we have started going to Galleria Nails by OSH. Read Less
