Update: the ownership has changed. Only a few of the bright stars remain. Tracey is awesome! She's my usual and is the best there by far. Beware of Julie. She's inexperienced. I asked for my usual ombré and received no color, tons of glitter, and rough edges. Barely an arm massage. She even had other workers trying to correct her but she refused to fix it. Just got the best mani pedi of my life at lavender nails and spa! I went all out and got the lavender deluxe pedicure complete with a warm soak, lemon foot scrub, lotion/massage, hot wax dip, hot towel wrap (legs), arm/finger massage, shoulder massage with hot towel, and hot rock treatment. Tony was was very thorough and precise. I about fell asleep by the end of it. Next on to the manicure. I always request a special gel-fade-sparkle kind of manicure (not sure what the technical name is but I'll leave a picture). Once again Tony took his time and it came out beautiful. No skipped steps, no awkward poking with the clippers. This came with a warm hand soak and another arm/hand massage. Now if you're a germ freak like me- let me be the first to tell you this place is clean! Not only is every single nail (toe and finger) sanitized before a polish brush touches it, but my favorite part was the pedicure drains. The pedicure wash bays are not only washed and lined with a plastic sanitary coat but they have special drain stoppers in place that keep ooie gooie waste from going down the drain and washing back up for the next guy. I've been seeing Jason at Lavender Nail Spa for the last 5 years...The first time I ever came in was with my sister, as a guest visiting during my summer vacation!! When I moved to Vacaville, Jason continued to be the Nail Tech I'd see for my manicures, pedicures, or gel (full set) nails. He is always available for me when I come in for a Lavender Creative Pedicure, Gel Manicure, or Full Set. Sometimes, I will go months before returning, but Jason remembers my name, and face EVERY time. "Long time", he'll say to me when I walk in!!He is also really good at re-creating design ideas I have for him (try Pinterest). His pedicure always brings relief to my tired legs, and feet. I admire Jason's work, and would definitely recommend him. The only, and MOST important change I'd like to see Lavender Nail Spa--the entire beauty industry, really--is better VENTILATION of the Spa. I am greatly concerned for my own personal health, and that of ALL Nail Techs. Working in very close proximity to VERY toxic substances is NOT good for anyones' health. This is an Industry-wide problem that needs to be solved. ***It might also be added that I don't like getting my nails done because the products are so toxic, and I do NOT wish to expose myself, or others to the substances used for "beauty purposes". Occasionally, however, I treat myself because I believe that moderation is the key, and a solution to this issue is coming *** If I could also offer a couple more pieces of advice: 1) the interior design (decor) needs to be updated, and the shop decluttered to give it a more professional, polished look. 2) Switch to natural/organic products for people with sensitivities/allergies to synthetic chemicals Overall, I would definitely recommend giving Lavender Nail Spa--request Jason if he is available. Service was horrible and the people there are so rude. I accidentally bumped my nail and two people yelled at me and told me to be more careful, the man that did my nails didn't even fix where I bumped it. Then I went to dry my nails and they didn't turn the lights on.. Worst experience at a nail salon ever. Never going there again!!!😡 Read Less

My friend and I came in today to get a pedicure and it was perfect. My gal Nancy was super sweet and took a really long time cleaning and perfecting my gross nails that hadn't seen some love in a great long while. Got a sweet leg/foot massage and my legs feel silly smooth. My friend had an amazing time as well and said it was the best pedicure she's had. I felt like like both our folks really took their  time with the polish as well. Money well spent! Also! This is my go to place for brows. I have some pretty beastly eyebrows so trimming them down is definitely a challenge. They always make the look amazing. Read Less

For the last 14 months, I've been searching for a great eyebrow person in Nor Cal! Finally, I have found someone in Vacaville who does my eyebrows the same way i have always had them done the last 20 years before moving here! Im so disappointed with this place.1st of they don't have prices posted anywhere. I have been coming here because I generally come with friends. I always get the same thing. A full set that cost me $30. Today I didn't ask for anything extra. The color I chose, ended yup looking more salmon then hot pink. ( I'm pretty sure them and grabbed the wrong one) my nails were cut shorter than I wanted them, & when did they used their Dremel tool they made my cuticle area bleed. After all said and done, the lady at the front desk said it would be $40. When I questioned her and told her I always paid $30, and I have never changed what I get. She told me I was wrong. Then I showed her my punch card and pointed out the name of the girl that always does my nails, the lady at the front desk insisted that that woman did not work there and that card did not belong to them. As I flipped the business card over and showed her that it was her business card, the lady then changed her previous statement and said "She's off today, be back tomorrow. But it still $40"The quality was awful, they overcharged me, and I walked away feeling ripped off with overpriced nails. I would not go back here, nor would I recommend it ever! Read Less

Very clean and friendly. They use the plastic bags in the pedicure buckets which I appreciate. I have seen more men in here getting pedicures then I've ever seen anywhere else. The low lighting pedicure section is relaxing and the massaging chairs are just what the doctor ordered. Read Less

This place is incredible and nothing compares. It's lowlight, amazing service, hot drinks and the best pedicures around! Lisa is great too. I moved away two years but every time I fly in I rush straight there. It's the best of the best. Read Less
