I've been the this nail salon several times and have only had one good experience. Why did I go back? I had a gift certificate! This time the lady that did my pedicure was already upset before I sat down. So when I made a request she was rude and snappy. Her motions showed she was irritated and in her frustration she cut me and tried to hide it! Didn't even say sorry until she was reminded to do so.I should have ended the ordeal there...but I allowed her to carry on as they were busy and I didn't want to make an ugly scene. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Linda, is amazing she is a perfectionist, she takes her time and does an amazing job. First impression means a lot, I had surgery on my forefinger (my crooked finger) many years ago and was embarrassed to have my nails done. Went in for a fill and to shorten my nails. My nails came out extremely bumpy, probably because she was more focused on my eyebrows. The tech kept telling me i needed my eyebrows waxed. I told her over and over again that im good, i do my own eyebrows. I was just letting them grow out a bit so I can reshape them but she kept on asking. I just left the salon with glue and partial tips on my fingers because the girl insisted on cutting my new set of nails very short and I told her I was going to a party and I wanted them longer this time she said it's too long for pink and whites. I have worn pink and whites for 20 years and they are an active link and I know what I want yet she still continued to cut them short. Barely over the edge of my finger. I showed her a photo of the length I wanted she was fine with that but then continue to do what she wanted. So I asked her to please take these tips off and she had me soaking my fingers in acetone which I'm not crazy about anyway I don't want chemicals like that on my hands. This was the first time in the shop and the experience was terrible. Now my fingers are full of glue, acetone and some of the artificial nails still on it. Hidden gem! I'm so lucky to have found Emma and the other ladies at Blossom. After living in Fairfield for over 2years, searching and firing nail techs I have finally found a place that fulfills my expectations. Customer service is prompt and what I most appreciated was the equal treatment I received. I am very pleased with my fill and color change on my toes. I thought I had already reviewed them, but don’t see it. I love this place! I went to another place for years and will always come back to Blossom now. Nice, clean shop. Friendly staff. Love the pedicure room. Tons of colors to chose from, never have a chopping problem. They ask every step of the way if you like it. They talk things out rather than just doing. Prices are pretty good too! They get busy and parking is hard, but there is parking by other shops across the lot that’ll take a 2 minute walk and just call ahead. They’re awesome! Read Less

I really liked blossoms employees and I was really happy with my nails. But first let me begin by saying I waited about 45 mins when I had an appointment, and this is my first time ever coming here. Got them done last Friday. Next day (sat) one nail was already broken, went and they fixed it for free. Tuesday comes around and 2 more broke, went and got them fixed this time was 5$. The lady told me next time she will do the nails thicker for me because I work hard.... all these nails have broken at a simple picking up of a blanket or accidentally tapping my nail by the couch. Either way the point is people go get nails in order to not have them break so why charge someone 45$ for thin nails that are all going to break within the first week. So now Wednesday comes around, what do u know another nail broken simply from grabbing my laptop. At that point I was irritated as f*** and I wasn't going to play this back and forth game with them. It's bullsh*t I'm pretty busy, I don't have time to go back and forth. My solution was to just find a nail salon to take them off for me and do a full set all over again... what do you know it's Thursday yet another nail broken. Emma did AMAZING!! I've been going to different nail salons around Fairfield / Vacaville trying to find the best nail spot and this is it. Emma was so patient and took her time and put so much effort in the shape. And I LOVE my shape. It's so hard to find someone that is good with coffin now a days and she nailed it. This was my 3rd visit. The first two were just fine I was happy with my experience. This time was enough for me to review. I was a walk in with my two daughters tonight all getting mani pedis as special treat for an event. They were busy but told us to wait (which I didn't mind and wouldn't have minded if they told us they were too busy, we would have come back). My daughters loved their nails and the techs were nice to them which upped the stars for this review. Mine, howeve...r, not so much. The pedi was ok. The nail tech was nice and polite and did a good job except four hours later I threw on boots for a quick errand and now the tops of the big toes have spots worn off already. I had a different lady for my nails and that was bad from the start. She answered her phone and then made another phone call as she dremmeled my gel off. Cut me twice around two nails where it now still burns 9 hours later. Didn't ask me how I felt about the shape before starting the color like the person did last time. Then to top it off the nails are uneven. I didn't fully examine them at the salon because my daughters finished first and were waiting on me but I really should have. Bottom line. After just moving here I was looking for a clean professional nail salon and I'm happy to say I found a wonderful one! Being a cosmetologist, I'm rather picky about the cleanliness and professionalism of my nail salons and everybody here seemed very nice and the salon was absolutely beautiful and clean. I asked for stiletto acrylics and she did them perfectly with a wonderful point! (I've had a problem with other manicurists rounding the point too much) and the paint job was BEAUTIFUL. This salon was recommended to me by one of my besties who had just recently got her nails done here. My friend usually is on point when it comes to recommendations for things so I decided to go here and get my nails and feet done by Vanessa our regular girl is on maternity leave at another salon so this will have to do. This place is located in a very small strip mall, there is a hotel and a couple of small restaurants and Starbucks. But when I say small, I mean it.! Parking is real tight here especially since it's a few doors down from Starbucks and jerseys mikes sandwhich shop. When you walk in you're greeted immediately. I told them I made an appointment and they sat me in the spa chair quickly. I got the Blossom Honey Princess spa pedicure for $25. The person that sat me down asked if I wanted a beverage and I got tea. It was very good. Most places don't seem to do that anymore. Vanessa did my pedicure and I must say she was very good. Very detailed. She was also the person that would be doing my nails. I asked for an ombré look on my hands and she did just that. My whole experience there was great.
