I miss being so close to this nail salon. This is the only salon I can really count on to do my nails how I like. They might be shorthanded sometimes but it is WELL worth it. At least they dont employ rude techs. The easiest way to get an appointment is just to walk in and set it up. Every nail tech that has done my nails here has been so nice! Came here recently with a friend to get a deluxe pedicure and had a nice time! They serve wine and cocktails, and seating is set up to come with a girlfriend(s) or spouse, which is very cool. Love coming here. My go to girl is Teresa! She is amazing at coming up with unique nail designs. I always get the Gel Express and fadded design. Which is like and hombre look on nails. Autumn is a sweetie and Daniel is too, both ladies did fantastic work . Those two girls really made me want to leave such a great review. This place is so clean and the service is great. The couples chairs make for a great date. Especially with football playing in the background. Even if it's for you and your friend it's great to sit next to each other and chat. The ladies were rude. One of the nail techs jammed me with an instrument and my finger started bleeding bad! She didn't even feel bad! She just kept mashing on my finger to try and stop the bleeding. When it finally did she just went on, business as usual. No discount was even offered. That night my finger start swelling and became infected. As sure sign that their instruments were not properly sanitized. Only one nail tech that was working on my daughter was even remotely friendly. I brought a snack in my purse and I was told I couldn't eat outside food or drinks. Not even my water! I had to buy a soda. Love, love, love this place. They do amazing work and I always leave feeling well pampered and beautiful. Everyone who works here is extremely attentive and if you're unhappy with something they are very quick to fix it so you are. Whenever I have "cheated" and tried to go somewhere else I'm just reminded that it's worth the extra money to get it done right. They do waxing too which is nice. I recommend booking an appointment but you can do it through text message (best feature ever for a place to have). Great experience at Theory Nail Lounge! I was first greeted very nicely as I walked into the salon. That is always nice, especially because it has been awhile since I have come in. The prices are very reasonable, and I love the fact that you can order an alcoholic beverage while waiting and getting pampered! Worst nail salon ever! Beer and wine lounge? What a joke! My family and I went there for Mother's Day, a party of 8, and were never once offered a drink!Then I had my nails done by Theresa for my daughter's wedding: full set acrylics, gel polish, French manicure tips, and a design on 2 nails. The acrylics were lifting off before a week was up! Again, NEVER offered a drink and I was there about an hour and a half!Went back for a fill, but ended up needing a full set. The manicurist Theresa physically RIPPED the acrylics off my nails instead of soaking them! Talk about pain!! She then chose acrylic nails that were way too large for my petite natural nails and used a TINY dot of glue to apply them. After asking what length I wanted she ended up filing them down to stubs! Never was given the hand massage and then when she asked if I wanted cuticle oil, she hurriedly squeezed on a dot on each nail, not even rubbing it in and was off to the next client without a 'thank you for your business' !! For $44. RIDICULOUS!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I'll stick with the little hole-in-the-wall nail salon by my house! Read Less

Went here today with family, the girls at the front are very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and they have a great selection of alcohol which is obviously a huge plus. The people working on the clients could be a little friendlier their personalities were a little cold towards us but over all we would go back because the 21 and over with booze is what I liked. I have called MULTIPLE times attempting to get an appointment and they are always booked for acrylic fills. I really like the way they do my nails and am willing to pay a little more to go here, but they never have an opening. The girl on the phone told me they only have four nail techs. Super disappointed they don't have enough nail techs to accommodate the volume. I don't refer friends to them anymore, because I have called six times, sometimes even a week in advance and I always get the same response I give up. Read Less

Luxury nail spot for sure. Offers adult beverages, which is awesome. Great ambience. Clean. Mostly nice folks working here too! I will be coming back with my sister.Sorry but.... they refused to do a gel pedicure. A little annoying, but I will say the non-gel nail polish has lasted 3 weeks on my toes with no chipping. So that's a wash. The chairs are slightly uncomfortable as there's very little low back support. Lastly the gal who did my manicure was a sour-puss, just kinda rude. This is my 2ed yelp review I've ever done....My first yelp review was about this nail Salon as well!Unfortunately I've had not 1, not 2, not 3, but MULTIPLE BAD experiences at this nail salon, especially with the blonde front desk girl. In all of my bad experiences there, never once was anything done to assess the situation, just a mear apology that wasn't sympathetic at all and me not getting my hands or nails done because they did not have the time(even with a appointment) or they did NOT stick to the quotes of prices when asked and appointment made.Due to my 1st Yelp review being negative .....this nail salon has decided that I'm NO longer allowed at their facility, even tho I've done nothing wrong but want to pamper myself at their place of business.I find it even more rude and upserd of this business to kick out someone who has had bad experiences here, rather then fix the "problem"What's sad is I work next door to the salon, ive heard Lot about it.I feel if I wasn't spending more then 40$ that my business didn't matter to them.And it seems my business is not wanted or welcome because I've been banned from this nail salon based on my very first Yelp review of this nail salon being negAtive.I do like the nail salon, the concept it has and the drinks they serve, its just 1 of the employees are what made my experiences bad and the opinion I have on this review.This is not what i expect of a business. Ok this place might be pricey but it is totally worth it. My husband took me for a couples Mani pedi with hot rock massages on Valentine's day. The ladies working in there are fantastic. On the spur of the moment, I decided to get my nails done and had an idea for a nail design. I've only been to this salon once before because of the high rates but they do a good job, so I decided on treating myself. They got me seen in a reasonable amount of time for someone without an appointment and I also decided to order a cranberry and champagne mimosa while waiting. Because of David Bowie's Birthday, I wanted the Bowie thunderbolt design. And since the anniversary of his death is only a few days away, I asked it to be drawn on my middle fingers since cancer took him and eff cancer, right?  Autumn did an amazing job and the picture doesn't really do it justice, but I was really pleased. She's only been there a month, but if you want a design, try her out because she won't steer you wrong. This salon is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They offer an experience and that's what you get. It's very calming and the customer service is great. You feel like you're at a friends house sharing a glass of wine.  It's clean and everyone is friendly and the girls are checking in you to make sure you're comfortable. Once I went here I was spoiled,this is the best nail salon. The workers are all very nice and respectful they speak English, they don't talk around you only to you. They help each other out. I had high expectations for this place, aside from the not so good reviews on Yelp I have a lot of friends that rave about how good their nails turn out. We were running a little late due to certain circumstances but luckily the manager said we can be a bit late before losing our deposit. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The girls doing our nails acted and looked like they hated their job. Didn't say a single thing, I even tried to make convo with them and it was like prying teeth to get an answer. The concept of this place is amazing I give it that and all cities should definitely have something like it but for the price you pay it should be a little better. Massage was ok and the deluxe pedicure wasn't far from what a usual classic one is. Here is the worst part... My fingernails chipped the same night! Paying good $ for nails that shouldn't happen! I go to other places and pay half the price and they last. This wouldn't be a regular spot when I visit but I might go back just for a pedi occasionally. Read Less

I love that this place is so clean n friendly. I like that the manicurists are not chatting to each other, (possibly talking about us clients) and or eating in front of me. I think this place is very professional and I appreciate being called by name after signing in. The liquor n drinks are just an added bonus. It is pricey but worth it..... Had a gel manicure n reg pedi done on a Thursday. The gel polish came off from some nails the day after. I called n all they could do for me was to go back in and get the polish "fixed." But I couldn't get in till Monday. They're closed on Mondays. The next day I could go was Thursday again but by then, all of the polish had chipped or peeled away. What was there to fix? Won't ever get a gel polish done here again but I still enjoy their cleanliness. Read Less

I am a regular at Theory Nail Lounge and I truly do not understand the various bad reviews. I have always been treated with the utmost professional attitude. Kelly and her husband are extremely courteous and friendly. I had to go back one time for a little problem and it got fixed with no dirty looks, no questions, nothing. They have menus waiting in their lounge area and the price of all the beverages are clearly noted. It clearly says at the door that you may not bring your own beverages. Many of the operators are of Asian origin, and they always and only speak English (among each other) when they have a customer. I appreciate being able to relax, have a drink and get my nails done. The wife and I checked this out today after mediocre service at the usual nail spot. It was very clean and modern, and service was outstanding!
