I called to make an appointment and at first I was told she was on vacation and then when I called a few weeks later was told she was no longer working at the salon. I was heartbroken when I found out she was no longer working there. I am extremely picky about my nails and she truly was the best manicurist I have ever been to she was always did an amazing job, was fast and patient would sing. It was the cutest. Do not read the OLD reviews, this place is awesome! Especially my manicurist Amy. She does the most fabulous nails. Not only do they look great, but they last forever. My daughter and I were looking for a clean, reasonable nail shop and thank goodness we have arrived. Read Less

I've been coming to this nail salon for many years. I travel about 30 minutes but it's definitely worth it. I love Michelle,  she is the best!!! However, everyone else is just as nice. Hanna gives the best pedicures. You should definitely give this salon a try. Read Less

I wish I could give zero stars. Went here for the first time yesterday asking for marble nails with a gel manicure, that is it, which they said they could do no problem after looking at the picture I had showed them and they sat me down immediately to start once I mentioned one broken nail they moved me to someone else. Very nice and polite and clean place, but it took two hours to get painted! No exaggeration I got there at 10:12 and it was 12:07 by the time the gel was put on my nails not even at the design part yet. No fancy oil massage or anything just a regular manicure and fix one broken nail. Does not take two hours. Now to the design part, she looks at my phone for about a half hour during doing my nails and then after painting them, all she tells me it won't be exact but I'll do it for you. I said okay and she just drew lines on my nails and said that's as good as I can do it. I proceeded to tell her how to do the design to help her and she said no it's too hard pick something easy. She whips out her design palette which consisted of straight lines in a grid and some glitter. I said no. After 2 1/2 hours I was irritated I would've just gotten a different design if she were honest at first, then she pointed at my phone and said I could do that one and it was a cross on one nail and three lines on the other, she did it and all the lines were crooked. I was not happy, so since it was after she already told someone she'd do her full set, once I told her to just take the two design nails off and do them the other color my nails were, she got mad said I had to wait a half hour more for her to fix it! Then the manager had to fix them herself and charge me an additional five dollars. So I sat there and paid $40 for a three hour gel manicure, one broken nail, with no design. Worst place ever. She even made three nails bleed and she told me it happens when I go in with natural rather than acrylic nails. Read Less

Very talented staff here. They are a little stand offish, but I don"t care as long as they keep doing awesome nails, I can deal. My nail technician was Amy, and she is fantastic. She did my nails about 6 weeks ago (yes, 6 weeks!),  and would you beleive it, not a single cracked, chipped nail. They were all in perfect condition so all she had to do was fill in and polish. I have tried several places in the area and this one is the best.  I am allergic to acrylic and could never get nails, but they suggested the dip powder and it it fantastic.  It is sturdy like acrylic but does not thin the nail out and I have no allergic reactions!Michelle is very nice and makes sure you are taken care of!Mimi and Hannah are also very good!I love Amy- she does my nails exactly the way I ask.    They are all very sweet and do great jobs! I've been coming here for a little over three years now, they have acid free primer which I have found not many salons have and it's necessary for me as I'm allergic to regular primer. Amy is my go to girl she always does an AMAZING job, never have I left disappointed, she is very skilled when it comes to detail, and very sweet. When Amy hasn't been available (weekends sometimes, last minute appts) however I have seen mostly everyone in there from Michelle, Pam, Diane, Mimi, and every one of them is great and does a wonderful job on both acrylics and pedicures. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable and gives you compliments while you're there, and it comes off very genuine which I appreciate. Prices are not the cheapest around but for the quality and customer service it's totally worth it. Yesterday I got my nails done by Amy for a trip to Cabo this weekend and they are my favorite she has ever done! Spoil me always is my spot! Read Less

I was in the area visiting family and desperately wanted to get my nails done before heading back to Sacramento. I was a bit nervous nothing would be open due to it being a holiday.  It after searching, I called the salon based on the reviews and photos I found. They were able to get me in right away. When I got there, I did a pedicure first. Overall, it was good, nothing to fancy. The gentleman that did my pedicure was great. Super nice and friendly. However when asked if I wanted the pumice stone (a usually normal feature) he mentioned it was a $5 fee? Something I personally never heard before, but I went with it because it has been awhile. Next came my power full set. Another technician did my nails. I believe she may have been the owner considering where her station was in the salon. She blew me away with her skills. I walked out feeling great, however the $5 charge and the overall bill of almost $80 is the reason I gave 4 instead of 5. I don't like surprise or extra charges and I just felt it a bit pricey but would definitely go back due to the style of nails. Too bad I live so far :( Read Less

The guy that helped me spoke no English at all and was doing something that I didn't ask for. They charged 25.00 dollars for a pedicure and also charge .75 cents when you pay with your card. I'm never going back again. Read Less

Very clean, they are constantly wiping, sweeping, they use a a sterilizer for all of the manicuare/pedicure tools. They clean and disinfect the spa pedicure tubs after each use. You really feel spoiled and pampered by staff and they all give a good manicure/pedicure. My favorite is Hanna, she's very good and detailed. Read Less
