Honestly, the service here is remarkable! They take the time to ensure the customers are completely satisfied. The background music, the atmosphere, and the workers are amazing! One time, my nails were messed up from going to another nail salon and they were the first I could think of to help fix my nails. I definitely regret going anywhere else. It may be pricy, especially as a student, but it is definitely worth the nail treatment. They simply provide and recommend the best treatment whether it’s gel, gel acrylic, dip powder, etc. I know some people who get gel nails say theirs last minimum over a week, but whenever I choose to do gel, it lasts me 3 weeks at most a month!! I come here specifically for the next gen nails. Less damage on my nails and lasts me up to 3 weeks, and they have a really good selection of nudes and light pinks. Mai is amazing. I usually get my nails done almond shaped and looking natural, which not many nail techs get right. This girl gets it just right. She's very meticulous and really takes pride in her work. She's also always very cheerful and her positive energy is amazing. Keep in mind this place is pricey. For next gen nails with a manicure costs me $55. With a pedicure I've paid almost $85. Came here because a friend recommended this place for the BEST PEDICURES. I am not kidding I think they might just be the BEST for pedicures. Omg I love the hot stone massage. They use like beach rocks of some really soft stones that are heated and give you a massage with them. They are super precise about cleaning cutting & shaping nails. I got the callus removal and the lady made sure to get all that she could possibly get off (I had A LOT). I didn't catch her name but she was so sweet and I really enjoyed my experience. Horrible service. Horrible old nail polish. I regret coming here. My pedicures never last. The polish is so bad. I usually bring my own for that reason. The Nail polish is always gooey or watered down. I have a hard time when the person that does my nails ignores me when I'm trying to tell her something because she doesn't speak English. This place has the rudest staff and most unprofessional/unwelcoming atmosphere. I came with my wife to get a pedicure and she got her manicure. All of her nails came out crooked and bubbly. The lady made my toe bleed because she slipped with the file. When my wife went back the next day to have her nails fixed, they called her a liar saying she didn't have them done here. This was the worst service I had ever had. I wanted a manicure and removal of acrylic nails. My fingers were soaked in cold water (3min or less), nail clippers used to break up the nail at the tips. No regard for my natural nail. Then, a barbaric use of an acrylic nail wedged under my set of acrylic nail and yanked down without regard of pain or natural nail. It was very paunful . My left thumb was yanked so hard it bled due to the ripping of the nail. Then, no base coat was applied. 2 coats of polish were applied with a top coat.  A fan to dry. The only thing applued to my arms was a small amount of lotion. I was there about 15 to 20 min with an 18.00 charge. Awful! The table I was told to set at was less than sanitary.  I should have left but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Also, the smudges were left on my fingers. Terrible. Read Less

Way over priced for the services they do. Since when does a gel manicure barely last a week? And since when are manicures less important than a long pedicure? When people come here they expect good service for high prices and sadly this place doesn't deliver good quality. I went here because it was the only place in the area that wasn't busy and I really needed a manicure & a pedicure. My manicure was rushed & my pedicure looked like a 5 year old painted my toes. The only good part was the actual massage. When the lady was putting on my sandals she smudged 4 of my toes and when I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes like it was my fault & such a hassle to do. I won't come back here. Read Less

I've been here a few times - but this last time I asked for a mani-pedi when I called over the phone for my appt. I waited for 25 minutes after I got there in a pedicure seat - and the woman changed my toe nail polish - when I told her I had asked for a pedi - she insisted I hadn't. Apparently the cost of changing your nail polish is "only" $8 which I could do at home for free. She then did gel on my manicure which looked fine at the time, but it is now 5 days later and in Texas for a wedding and my gel nai polish is peeling off! The gel nailpolish cost $24! Gel nail polish, especially for that amount of money should def last longer than 5 days. What a complete waste of money and time. Now I'm going to need to find a salon locally to fix this before the wedding on Sunday. I'm never going back - save your money and go someplace else. Anywhere else. Read Less

This place is ok.  I don't plan on going back. Pros: the place is pretty and close to my work Cons: over priced. 34 dollars for a full set that was awful. They looked grown out and we're new. I have gone here 4x now for both pedicure and gel nails.  The pedicures are great and Lonnie is Amazing.  However the gels have been "horrible".. All 3 experiences.  Twice I ended up with the same person before realizing it and the 3rd it was just torture.  The 4th time the lady walked up toMe, picked up my hand dropped it and said "I don't do this!!" I saw this place in passing because I get my wax done in the area (European Wax Center is amazing, by the way). My usual nail place is in Glendora (Le Clinique Nail Spa) and I figured I'd try to see if I could find a place closer. No thanks. This place is subpar, which is odd because it was packed when I went in. I was seated almost immediately though, but my gel manicure came out average, at best. She only put 2 coats, and we all know you need at least 3 to get that bright hard candy look. She slapped it on immediately after buffing my nails with all the grit right on there. It looked like I dipped my hands in chalk, and then she just started painting right on top of that. The lines at the cuticle are sloppy, there's polish on my fingers, and she used legit cold water to soak my fingers in. Pedicure was useless; good thing I didn't have an ingrown because she didn't even come close to the sides of my nails. Some more ice cold water to rinse, and she scuffed my pinky toe as she was putting the little paper sandal on and she ignored it. And I did too cause I wasn't even in the mood to stay any longer. They both used about an entire bottle of lotion on me; stuff was dripping everywhere, and it was really quite disgusting. The manicurist was nice; I'll say that. The pedicure lady...not so much. Didn't even say thanks for the tip. And she was pretty rough by grabbing my feet and throwing them around all over the place. Maybe it's cause I didn't shave? Who knows. I was done in about 40 minutes, and I imagine it was due to the corners they cut; cold water and polish on top of sand paper nails and skipping costs. I'm used to spending at LEAST an hour at my usual place. So, I'll drive my butt to Glendora to see Michelle (always ask for Michelle cause she does not mess around) at Le Clinique....it's worth it, for sure. Read Less

I've been to several dozen nail salons in my life, and this one definitely is one of the top 5 I've been to! I love the atmosphere, the professionalism, the decor, and the quality of their service. I rarely receive the level of customer appreciation at a salon as I did here. The men and women dress professionally, speak articulately, and treat everyone with a high level of respect. Had the worst experience here. If I could give it a negative star I would!!! I got my nails Dipped here not realizing when you do this you do not get a manicure with it. Just to get them dipped it was $38. I asked the lady how long do you think this will last and she says, 'at least a month you will love it and I will not see you for a good month." I was like wow okay great cuz who wants to be at the salon every two weeks if they don't need too. Besides working and having two kids under 4. Anyways I was done in 20 mins bc I didn't get a manicure. Wow! That's a record. Gave the lady a $10 tip! So two days two days later one chipped than another day two more chip. (Got my nails done that Thursday at 4 and did not work the rest of the week besides wraping gifts) I was live it! Went in the following Monday and they say we don't have time today come in tomor. This place is awful I will never be back. I came an hour before closing and called in advance to make sure they would take me for a gell Manicure (way over priced btw). For one the guy working there was smoking a cigarette in the back of the shop with the door open stinking up the place and when me and another person complained about it they laughed at us, so incredibly rude because I'm 7 month pregnant. I asked the lady specifically if she could do my design (just a heart) before I sat down with her and her response yes after being very rude and rushing and doing a horrible job and flat out ignoring me and checking her phone every minute I reminded her I still need my heart done and she straight face tells me no, I immediately ask her what does that mean she said it looks ok without. I'm sorry but I didn't ask your opinion I'm paying for a design and then she tell me she can't do it and send another guy over for him to tell me he's going to "try to do it" and of it looks horrible and i said it fine but I don't want to get charged for it and he says its 5 dollars and so made him remove it making it seem like I'm being ungrateful for his sad attempt to rush me out the door. Then at the end I'm supposed to receive a 5 minute hand massage which didn't last long and she was very rough because they were rushing to close and so I told them I wasn't paying for the massage.Now to come home and find a bruse on my arm I will definitely be filing a report this is not a business I would recommend to anyone !!! If I could give them a negative star I would. I had a pedicure on Sunday and today I went to Urgent Care because of the infected cuticle I have. They are not sterilizing the equipment and several times I have gone they over cut my cuticles. If you want to spend an extra $350.00 and take antibiotics for 10 days than this is the place for you. The spa is clean, their decor is beautiful and upscale, the music is calming, and the staff is always friendly.
