Ok so my best friend Annadean recommended me this location because I have been needing a day of pampering and relaxation. So I was kind of reluctant because I haven't gotten my nails done in months and trying a new place is always scary because I always wonder: what if the nails are ugly, what if the place is dirty, what if the staff is rude? Well they surpassed my expectations here. I got a full set coffin tip (done by Rose the owner) gel #53 Which is a true teal with a matte finish no streaks. They fit my nail beautifully and feel like a natural nail. My pictures do no justice. My toes are white no streaks (done by Lyen). My best friend Annadean got her toes white as well, her nails look beautiful as well (done by Tina ). We were there last customers for the day. They stayed until 8 for us, because they close at 7 and took us in with full sets and pedicures at 630 (my best friend showed up at 645). While doing our nails they spoke to us, made great conversation, we were all laughing like we've known each other. These ladies are wonderful and make it a point to remember your name. I loved the calm and friendly atmosphere. I will recommend everyone I know here, and I'm very happy with my friend introducing me to this location. Ooh Rose's husband who she referred to as her 'Jack' (like Titanic) was sweet and funny. This place is very welcoming!

This nail shop is the best place in Upland ca and the women are super friendly it's nice and clean very relaxing been coming here for about a year now don't want to go to anyone else

Love this place especially Rose! Rose has been doing my pedi/mani for over 5 years now is is the best. The place is clean, calm and relaxing. Make an appointment as they get busy at certain times.

2 hours and 35 minutes for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. 38 minutes of sitting in the spa chair before someone actually came to help me. There were only 3 clients in the shop !! Sitting there gave me the worst anxiety they were so slow. I will never go back.

I love this nail salon. Rose is so awesome! I have had my eyelash extensions done twice already. Price is great!!! I've also had a full set done by rose and a pedicure done by another sweet sweet lady...
I love this nail salon. Rose is so awesome! I have had my eyelash extensions done twice already. Price is great!!! I've also had a full set done by rose and a pedicure done by another sweet sweet lady. (I forgot her name) :/. They give great customer service and the wok is great as well. Elite nails will be my regular spot moving forward. Thanks Rose!!! You're the best!!!

Omg I officially love this place!! I came in with my daughter and they treated us so good!! It's very peaceful and calming. I got a full set with gel color and I'm a nail biter so that's hard as it is but the lady took her time, cleaned my cuticles and was very professional . My daughter got a nail polish and the lady that helped her was very kind and very friendly to her . Most places I've gone to I've felt like I was an annoyance to them or like they were talking smack but I didn't feel like that one bit here. I have officially found my new nail place and I love it!!

I went with my friend to this place just the other day. The wait wasn't long and the customer service was amazing. They make you feel like family by talking to you and asking you about your day. The atmosphere is kept very sanitized, resembling somewhat of a fancy setting. The machines are very up to date as I can tell because of the careful use and care of these products. I definitely recommend this place if you want to just sit and relax while you enjoy your nails getting done after a long tiring day. Most salons I've been to are really loud but this is kept at a reasonable setting for a public area such as this.

Wanted to try a new place and maybe save a few dollars. I wanted a manicure with gel polish, she did a pretty good job. I was not impressed overall, as the place seemed to be dirty and I was unable to tell if the instruments were clean or being re-used. The price is right and I saved $10 on the manicure, but at what cost?If you're not concerned about those things, then I guess this would be an okay deal.

I've been coming here for I don't know how many years. A long time. It's close to home, not too expensive and the best service! Janet, the owner does a fabulous job on my nails and she waxes my brows too. My nails never break, chip, come off, lift or whatever ... Their always great. I totally recommend Elite Nails. I usually call the same day I want to go in and they always fit me in. I've had services done with the other ladies Kathy & Tanya and had exceptional service with them all. Thank you:)

So first off, RUDE! the type that tap your leg so you can move it to their liking. The girl I got told me it was $16 pedicure if I didn't get the scrub treatment on legs, if i did it would be $17 and ...
So first off, RUDE! the type that tap your leg so you can move it to their liking. The girl I got told me it was $16 pedicure if I didn't get the scrub treatment on legs, if i did it would be $17 and so I declined. But then she began to apply so I quickly said no no and she then told me it was $17 no matter what. I was upset but I said fine. She tapped my leg to give me commands. She worked hard, to my surprise. I loved her work she applied the nail polish and it was great. Within an hour the polish on my nails started to fall off...not chip... whole nail polish fell off all in one piece. This confirmed it more. they need to check their polishes. I do not recommend this place.
